Door bell has never worked. Door to bathroom doesn’t close. They were supposed to come yesterday to fix it but didn’t show

This is our second Pulte (Del Webb) home, overall quality home construction with very few issues and a very good build team. There were no surprises during construction and after living in the home for a month the only problem we have is a drainage issue on one side of the house.

We love our new home. We have encountered very few issues and each problem has been immediately addressed.

everyone we dealt with in the process of building at DWLO was responsive, cooperative and easy to work with. The experience from contract to move in was quick and seamless.

Great experience, sales team and builder were knowledgeable and professional. Our home was completed on time and closing was easy. Builder was great in taking care of after move in issues. We love our new home.

My husband and I had a brand new experience with building a new house. Jenna made the process for us seamless. She was always there with a smile and was prompt in answering all of our questions. Pulte has been amazing. Garrett and Harrison are so professional and attentive to the issues we had and have. We have never dealt with builders who truly care about the homeowners. We love living here. Thank you for everything.

We bought a spec, so we weren't on board with the entire process, but from when we initially purchased to final move-in, it went well. A couple times, my spouse wondered how Garrett and team would get it done, but they did and on time. The quality and value of our new home is a "heap sight" better than many homes we have lived in. What matters to us both is what happens after the keys were delivered to us. The warranty guy David steps up strong and gets things taken care of. There is always going to be a little something here or there that is not 100% perfect -- built by humans after all, but David gets it taken care of and follows through to make sure fixes are done right. Our experience with the builder’s team was great. They did what they promised and more. Every time, Garrett responded to us in a timely manner. He was quick to respond. Appreciated his non-hurried, careful, and helpful approach during the walk through before closing. What can I say . . . Garrett worked extremely hard to deliver a complete home in the short time allotted to him. When he had questions, he quickly asked what we wanted. He was respectful and polite and we quickly ascertained that delivering excellence is what drives him to make sure the client was happy. Above all, you can trust Garrett. The entire process went pretty smooth, there was a couple bumps but they were taken care of. Glad to be in our new home.

The sales and field manager are great. I am very happy to have this beautiful new home. The community is very beautiful. The people who live here are very friendly. Some work inside of the house are rough. You can see the holes and stains here or there. A microwave is still back order. Not sure when will it come in. One garage remote doesn’t work. I reported these problems to the field manager but he is working in a new location, nobody has come fix these problems

Explained what was going on and keeping me updated. Very accessible to answer questions. Good follow up.

Everything as far as the buying process and all the way up to closing was great. Everyone was super nice. I think after we closed a couple issues came up. We have now lived here 5 weeks and we haven’t had an oven that works. I have been through the warranty department and everything but have not gotten anything resolved yet. Still no oven. I also think that when they pressure wash your sidewalk and driveway that they should do the curb and sidewalk in front of the house. My sidewalk and driveway are clean but the curb and sidewalk in front of the house looks like red clay. If I want it cleaned I’m going to have to do it myself. ... More

My Lake Oconee building experience went very smooth and the home was completed within the original time line. The Sales & Builder Professionals were always great to work with !

Experiences with employees of Pulte and Del Webb were outstanding. For the prices Pulte charges we could have built a quality custom home elsewhere, with quality finishing touches, and the ability of being able to choose a number of custom features. The manner in which the lawn and soil are prepared for sod is horrible as is the installation process. Options are too expensive and too limited. We chose Del Webb since we wanted a senior only community and one that offered a large number of activities and two pools. I think the home is well built but the finishing work leaves much to be desired. The finishing work complaints seem to be ones also echoed in other Del Webb communities. Also, is no reason why cement cracks should appear within three weeks after cement is poured. Perhaps the company pouring the cement should use a good strong quality concrete, use the right amount of water in the mix, use an experienced team than can work with a stiffer dryer concrete mix. Yes, it will cost a bit more but you can pass the costs on to the purchasers. You will have less frustrated customers because at this point I have heard people wonder if the concrete in the slab under their homes has also started to crack. I guess Del Webb does not care about such complaints, since nothing has been done here or in other Del Webb communities where friends reside. Fortunately the Pulte staff and Del Webb staff are remarkable to work with before and after the move in. Workmanship is very poor no supervision of construction

Pulte followed their timeline for building and delivered the home within the time frame they originally told us. The process from breaking ground to closing was great! Our construction manager contacted us weekly with updates during the process and sent photos. Pulte mortgage could have been more competitive with their rates as they are in other areas of the country. The sales team changed over during our build so we needed to follow up on some things ourselves. Currently we are preparing our home to move in and are looking forward to living in our new home.

So far, I have enjoyed my new home. Seems to be of good quality and the neighborhood has many amenities. The HOA is taking some getting used to although they were very responsive on my first request. First home I've owned in 43 years where I do not have control over what I can do from a landscape and decoration standpoint. But I knew that going in.

We were very pleased with our builder team, especially our project manager Daniel. He kept us informed throughout the process and responded immediately to our questions/requests. More importantly he was honest and trustworthy.

It was strange buying something as intense as a house on line but the people here at Del Webb Lake Oconee were amazing. All concerns were immediately addressed and resolved and they sent weekly pictures of each phase of construction. Did I mention how wonderful all the people in this community are?

Good experience. We communicated via text and communication was good and timely. We like this community and the concept which Del Webb developed. Lots to do and a good place to downsize. Safe and secure!
