WhileI am excited to be apart of this community, the overall finish work on the house is sloppy and disappointing. Their standards are quite low.

This builder doesn't take the greatest of care in building their homes. When I moved in the house had paint/caulk/drywall on the wood floors, backsplash, windows, etc. There are still cigarette butts in my backyard as well as other debris was left. This is obviously everything I can see. I'm hoping more care was taken behind the walls

Del Webb - Had 4 different building managers.

Had 4 different building managers. 2 didn’t give weekly updates. Lack of supervision of subcontractors resulted in poor workmanship requiring redoing of work resulting in delays. Five weeks after closing home remains incomplete. I do like the lifestyle and neighborhood!
