The experience overall was good. Once closed I had some cosmetic issues that I was told need to wait till my end of year review, which I felt could have been easily taken care of. Also during the sales process I made my salesman aware as well as the building supervisor of me bringing a freezer for my garage. The movers delivered my freezer and plugged it in. Apparently it was not a designated outlet nor was one installed in my garage. The hot water heater was on the same outlet and I lost all my food. I would not purchase another Del Web home. There are a lot of hidden charges and they are not flexible at making changes.

Very disappointed in quality of home construction. Multiple issues since closing. Not worth money laid. No attention to details. Cheap materials and finish for a $800,000.00 home HOA rules on landscaping your yard are extremely restrictive. Had I know the extent never would have built in here. The activities are only positive thing yet they won’t add new pickleball courts for fast growing sport in country. Not good value for money

The realtor we first met, Bryan, was fantastic. However, our experience with Pulte Mortgage was absolutely awful. We would not recommend using Pulte Mortgage. The build supervisor, Ryan, did a good job and the customer service team for the little issues we have had since moving in have been good. Overall we love the house and the community, but we will always have regrets for the process because of the bad experience with Pulte Mortgage.

Sam, the builder, is a great guy and worked very hard to accommodate our needs, wants and concerns. However, he was limited in what he could do by the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. Lacy, our Pulte contact, is wonderful. She has been very responsive and understanding in correcting all the issues we have.

The complete experience from “Just Looking” to closing was amazing. I only have positive feedback from the Del Webb sales office, Pulte mortgage, walk through to the closing process. The construction manager (Luixavie L.) was easy to deal with. I won’t say the whole process was pleasant, but it was manageable.

Our home was already built so we didn’t pick any options. However, we are very pleased with our new home and this community! Neighbors and the amenities are amazing. Our construction manager Xavier was extremely helpful in all areas and the steps in our journey to closing. He is a very helpful, detailed professional who takes pride in his work! When some functionality issues occurred after we moved in, the process to report the problems and the quick responses and resolutions by Lacy have been exemplary!

First rate. David, the sales representative, did an excellent job helping us select a model and assist us to modify it to fit our needs and budget. Nicole was exceptional in assisting us with lighting, floor selections, cabinets and window treatments. Russ, the site manager, was always a call or text away. I bought a spec home because I didn’t have time to build a new one. There are things I would have changed if I could. . It was easy working with Josh, my construction manager for the first 30 days after move in. He made the move in easier, He was very responsive and informed me with the process to correct any issues that needed attention. I give him a perfect 10. Let’s call him Mr 10. It was some what confusing when Lorie, I believe was her name, interrupted the process and changed things. I did not do the walk throughs, however, my realtor and my daughter did. I believe the workmanship that goes into the "bones" of the house is very good. There were some minor issues that came up during the home inspection but nothing that couldn't be corrected. Responsiveness of the Warranty Team is exceptional. I do have some issues with the finish work, nothing earth shattering but of minor annoyance which are: -no toilet paper holders or towel bars in the bath rooms -shelving in the laundry is very high and difficult to reach -garage is drywalled but not painted -master bath door stop could be better, the way it's designed there is a high probability that ...
