Love the house and neighborhood but finishing work is a concern as is handling of incorrect grout color that was recolored versus removed and redone.

The overall experience of selecting finishes, scheduling construction and closing on the new home went very well. The sales staff was very supportive as was the construction management team. Transition into the home was smooth and we look forward to life in this community.

There have been good experiences in this process unfortunately there have been some that have been not. It’s a shame that the construction manager who should manage the building of your home settles for a standard called, it’s close enough. He will tell you what you want to hear so that you move along and when he doesn’t deliver, he will not answer your emails, texts or phone calls. The warranty customer service area is slow and does not keep you in the loop as to where your work order is. Overall we are loving the neighbors and location. But, the quality of most things are not what we expected. From bad workmanship in garage doors, flooring, and other construction. Our microwave has been broken for over a month( only in the home for less than 60 days). Warranty work from both Pulti and appliance vendors is painfully slow to non responsive. We had heard from current residents about these issues, but did not think it could be as bad as we have experienced.

We love the design of our Martin Ray home. It was finished on time and we love how the community is laid out and how nice all the neighbors are. We are very happy to be a part of the neighborhood.

In the beginning many things should have been thoroughly discussed and explained instead of assuming I knew everything about building a home. Things like what the different elevations meant. Telling everything that was extra vs what came with the house (standard). The quality of my home is good but only gave 4 stars as some items were not completely done. Example when we were changing out light fixtures a few we loosely hung. We corrected that when hanging up my fixtures. Time turn around on requests could be more timely. Upon first glance the homes are lovely until you are actually living in them. That is when you notice all the little things that are not so little. Paint or glue where it should not be, paint, scratches or dents on wood floors, unfinished and damaged doors that were installed and more. It is very disappointing for the money spent and the supposedly good reputation of Pulte. I am not impressed.

The overall workmanship on the home was poor. the interior had many areas that were done poorly. After we move in, we called the customer care line twice (gutter problem) and have never received a call back.

Quality products still being offered on home construction. However their workmanship level has diminished when it comes to actual installation of those products. Built a home in same community five years ago and had absolutely no issues during construction phase. With the second home built in 2020, had to constantly bring up issues during construction; missed options, options I did not select, quality of installations on tile, drywall, cabinets, etc. Very, very different unexpected experience. We love the finished product and had good relations with all staff we worked with. However, we were very disappointed in the attention to detail and the level of cleanliness of the property at closing. There are paint spatters throughout the driveway, sidewalk, and front porch as well as stains on our screen porch floor. The garage has clumps of drywall throughout along with paint splatters.

Several problems with quality of workmanship, such as garage door not installed properly and falling off. Doors put in wrong place and opening wrong direction. Need to watch closely to make sure the home is built properly and as you requested per the plans as approved. Our insurance company did not initially want to insure the home for the price paid. Paying for more than just the home, such as the amenities. Love the layout of the house. Neighborhood is lush and green. Even with Covid, neighbors are friendly when you meet them outside. Only problem is lack of storage, but I've heard everyone has this problem. Plan for this when you build, especially if you are used to having a basement.

We love our new home in Del Webb at Chateau Elan! While the neighborhood is still under construction, every effort is taken to provide comfort and convenience for current homeowners while continuing to make new home buyers' dreams come true! The amenities here are spectacular and the staff here is the friendliest on the planet! We've met new friends and are learning new sporting activites, as well! Can't say enough good things about our experience. Would highly recommend!

It is a good experience...our saleslady missed giving us some of the available options, but overall we are very pleased with our new home. It is not a custom house..we understood that going in but able to fulfill our needs in most ways. Our builder manager did an excellent job and was easy to work with. Our only complaint was that there were some options we did NOT want, but not taking them was NOT an option. Lack of follow up for move in issues

A number of items needed to be addressed after move in. We have had 2 Builders (superintendents) transferred out of this project. The lack of finish quality is a real disappointment. I am hoping the Del Webb (Pulte) follows up and corrects the problems. So far they have not become engaged.

The overall buying experience with our first field manager went extremely smooth. It made the home buying /build process an easy one. Our team were responsive. The new environment in which we all find ourselves in found us toward the end of the process therefore responsiveness changed due to staff changes. We have had an issue with communication with current field manager we are working toward resolution.

For the most part the Sun City Peachtree community is the best place you want to live of you're looking for comfort, safety, peaceful bliss and so many activities to be able to be involved with I can't even count. There are tons of great neighbors, and frendly people from all nationalities there is no other place like home. I am home here....
