Overall the experience was top notch. Our general contractor was outstanding and kept us informed the entire way. Any issues were resolved very quickly. Top quality build. The only negative I can say is the sod layed in the yard was just really bad. Has taken months of work to get it looking even below average.

The entire process went smoothly for me from selecting a home & options within my budget all the way to getting my keys on closing day. I kept my expectations reasonable and they were exceeded. If you are truly wanting to simplify your life, down/right size, have an active wellness & social life this is the place for you. Make sure you can live with HOA covenants, which are not a problem for me at all, but some people just can't relax & they have problems adjusting. I love it here!

Great quality for a production build. Good choices for interior and exterior options. Very pleased with build process.

Very slow to follow up on deficiencies. Still waiting on plumber to fix toilet placement in that doesn’t meet code. Been behind house is full of weeds and HOA nor builder has solved the issue.

Del Webb met all of our expectations. They were prompt, and reliable with their information. The home was completed when promised.

When we signed the contract to purchase our home we were told to expect a February or March close. We were hit with a combination of weather and poor communication. In fact, the day before closing and just after wiring the closing money, we received another call about another delay. It took a VP and area manager to finally take seriously our concerns and get to the closing table. We finally closed at the end of April. Mega company with lip service about the importance of having satisfied customers.

Our 1st DelWebb home be built and our experience was awesome! Our Field Manager was the best! Our 2nd DelWebb home was an inventory house, we knew nothing could be changed and we were satisfied with 95% of the choices which had been made by the sales team. When considering an inventory home, pay special attention to all the outlets and plugs, some folks are not tech saavy. Always pay the extra for irrigation, well worth it! Be sure the sod is watered from the start or there will be many weeds to contend with. The 4 ft extension on the garage is also well worth the price! The pull out drawers in kitchen are well worth the price! Also under cabinet lighting is very helpful. We returned to DelWebb to be with folks our age and the amenities in place! Cabinet drawer still not replaced. Countertop was damaged and 2 visits by installers said it has to be replaced. Not getting any updates.

Recently moved into our Del Webb Chateau Elan home. Several issues have presented themselves in the first few weeks. Fortunately the Supervisors have been extremely responsive and have taken care of them promptly. The overall level of fit and finish on the home was “good” but not exceptional. Based on the price of the home I would have expected a bit more. Thus the Value rating was only 3 Stars.

I called multiple times sent more than one request written request to have my lawn rolled it looks terrible and to have a plant put in front of my air conditioner both things were promised to me weeks and weeks ago still no reply I'm not even a call or an email saying that we can't get through it yet so I'm really disheartened.there's also piece of granite that should be behind my stove to cover up the hole when my stove was mounted that was never taken care of either so I'm not a very happy customer.

Overall I am pleased with my new home. However, I am giving a 3 star average rating based on quality review. The kitchen cabinets were not hung evenly. Kitchen windows were uneven. The bathroom cabinets are also slightly uneven.

We built this home while we lived out of state. We had challenges with the first building manager keeping in touch and felt frustrated and uninformed but Del Webb reassigned us and the experience completely changed. The second manager assigned was great, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. He took over right at the point our framing was completed, he spoke with us weekly, providing pictures and details on the next steps. We love the area, the floor plan and efficiency of our home. The bathrooms in the homes are not build for 55 and older people. The assign builder for my home has been unprofessional in his deal with me or my concern family member. I have not heard from his since the closing. The home has several problems which he is support to handle!!!!!

Sales experience was superb. The on site Pulte manager for our home was awesome. Response to in house issues was great. Response to dead bushes noted at inspection very poor. Lawn damage immediately after closing from mowing crew very poor. Sliding berm fix very poor.

Contractor was awesome!!

House was not clean: paint, grout and glue on floors, trim, tile and cabinets which created extra time and expense to clean up construction “dirt.” Concrete on outside patio/ porch had blobs of concrete and red mud stains.; doors nicked on edges likely when put in; bath tub and shower pan scratched/damaged.. Basically home was put together well but finish work was not what expected in home of this price range.

Many many little issues and a few larger ones. The larger issues were fixed fairly quickly, mostly by 3rd parties. HVAC by company that installed the unit, same for electric and plumbing. Issues with appliances were done by warranty service companies. Important tip- register ALL your appliances and equipment the day you move in. Chances are you will be asking for assistance before the day and/or week is through. Del Webb people are very friendly but you need to stay on the locals to get things done in a timely manner if ever. If you are good as a handyman, fixes and corrections will get done a lot faster (by you). ... More

Although I moved from four hours away, the whole purchase was stream-lined to help in any way they could. When the move finally came I was very pleased with the quality and value.

Been here 1 month. We understand now why we were unable to use a flashlight during walkthrough closing, we would have seen & been able to identify ALL the poor craftmanship on the walls. The walls panels are not smooth notices inconsistencies such as small circle and lines. The floors make noises/air pockets, unlevel. The kitchen cabinets have dents.

My builder supervisor(David) was great, responsive and prompt. My house's quality exceeded my expectations. Thanks You David!

The homes are well constructed and displays that some pride and thought was put into the designs.

The build process was great and very much stuck to the schedule and even finished earlier then I expected. There were some quality issues, and I advise anybody buying a home to make sure they really take their time during the walk-through to look at everything!. I would also make sure everything is spelled out about what your upgrades are, there were things that weren't completely spelled out on the pintail build sheet. All this being said the house looks great, my overall experience was great and I look forward to many years living in this home.
