Overall quality of workmanship was average at best and I would recommend that any buyer not to build in absentia but rather be there to inspect construction on a regular basis.

Overall I am pleased with my new home. However, I am giving a 3 star average rating based on quality review. The kitchen cabinets were not hung evenly. Kitchen windows were uneven. The bathroom cabinets are also slightly uneven.

Sales experience was superb. The on site Pulte manager for our home was awesome. Response to in house issues was great. Response to dead bushes noted at inspection very poor. Lawn damage immediately after closing from mowing crew very poor. Sliding berm fix very poor.

Many many little issues and a few larger ones. The larger issues were fixed fairly quickly, mostly by 3rd parties. HVAC by company that installed the unit, same for electric and plumbing. Issues with appliances were done by warranty service companies. Important tip- register ALL your appliances and equipment the day you move in. Chances are you will be asking for assistance before the day and/or week is through. Del Webb people are very friendly but you need to stay on the locals to get things done in a timely manner if ever. If you are good as a handyman, fixes and corrections will get done ...

Pulte mortgage was excellent to work with. The quality of building materials was not equal to the cost of the house. Builder had no flexibility to correct design flaws.

Good customer service but poor quality interior and exterior wood trim. Interior doors cheap and very poor finishing of sheet rock - particularly seams on ceilings. I’ve been In home for one month and many, many sheet rock nail pops. Paid for upgraded kitchen and appliances, but cabinets of poor quality and garbage disposer is under powered. Sod is full of weeds as well. While I like the lifestyle in neighborhood, Pulte should use a better grade of wood for trim and do a much better job of ensuring their trade people properly finish the interior

I’m disappointed with Pulte

Pulte is proud of what is behind the walls. Unfortunately, their ability to deliver quality finishes simply isn’t there. Their subcontractors are sub-par, and with the number of houses they are throwing up… think of a little bit less than minimum, and that’s what you get.

We were out of town buyers. They like to rush the past two weeks before closing. Good lesson learned. The paint application is not acceptable inside and out. Paint on outside of home under cover porch and trim will need to be repainted. Debris left by paint roller and brush on walls and trim throughout the house. Drywall still needs work and had sections repaired by my outside painters. Paint, caulk, and grout left of tile floor and fixtures . Laundry room plumbing not installed properly. Shower door crooked.

The seller was poorly trained and seemed inexperienced. We feel options available we not all explained adequately to us leading to disappointment about our Pulte experience right from the beginning. We moved from a smart home in an upscale neighborhood valued at less than what we paid for this one. Frankly this one is sub-standard compared to that one. The workmanship is rushed and shoddy in comparison. Terrible warranty response! Plumbing back up several days after taking possession. It was a Friday afternoon. Pulte sent an incompetent plumber. Two days later sewage backup returned. I called a competent plumber who fixed it. They refused to reimburse.

The quality of materials is not acceptable for price of home. I purchased a Spec Home, so no upgrades, but thought the basic level would be good quality. The Pulte sales agent was confused at times and did not have answers. The mortgage process with Pulte seemed to have communication issues between hand-offs/departments. The landscaping looks good until you actually check how trees/bushes were planted and discover uneven ground under grass/turf. When you do a walk-thru, take your time and inspect every inch of home. Our builder was excellent. He got things done as we requested. The things of concern were not the builder it was with the quality that’s put in your homes which is NOT the builders fault. Paint is poor quality, flooring poor quality. Fixtures poor quality and guest bath looks cheap. Looks like bath fitters grade. When you pay 400,000, 00 for a home it should look that way. Garage comes unfinished, which is ridiculous! Insulation over the garage wasn’t included, the garage door when opens sounds like a bomb went off. The initial experience was pleasant however things quickly deteriorated right before closing. Issues with Pulte Mortgage, items not fixed that was noted during final walkthrough. We had an issue with the electrical outlets not working in the island and it took many follow up and escalated calls to get it resolved. Broken promises made by Pulte customer service manager and sales manager was no where to be found. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to be the one chasing. Several neighbors provided similar experiences.
