Not being familiar with the process ahead of time, I found I was behind the curve and in hindsight may have made some different choices; however, all issues were eventually addressed and we were satisfied with the contracting and design process. What was outstanding was the weekly updates from the building manager, and his responsiveness to questions and concerns presented to him. I cannot say enough about his concern to make everything what we wanted and had contracted for. The pre-closing process was amazing. Again, great response and helpful in identifying the cosmetic things that needed to be fixed. My biggest disappointment was the attention to detail by the contractors. Things like corners not meeting - and not puttied to fill in the gaps; putty missing in other places. A warped baseboard was used and not nailed to the framework to make it straight. Doors were delivered with the edges rough, as if they had been run through a saw and shipped as is. There was no attempt to sand them smooth, and even after asking for that to be done, some were missed and had to be recalled. These seem like minor things, and they are; however I built a home 30 years ago, and the workmanship was a step above and I expected the same. ALL WERE FIXED TO MY SATISFACTION! I was just disappointed we found so many little things. The post closing service process is outstanding. There have been a few things we found after moving in, and the process to get them corrected has proven effective and timely. Thanks to great coordination with the building management. Had a great experience with Delwebb overall.i had a contractor assign to me and Dylan kept me in the loop every week on progress of the house. Everyone at Del Webb was great . If you buy in Del Webb i hope you get Dylan as your contractor.

David the Builder was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well and was trustworthy. I never felt like we had to "check behind him". We did, but only because we wanted to be responsible home buyers. The contractors used were respectful and did quality work. Is the house perfect? No. There is no such thing as a perfect house. We are very pleased with our home and we love living in SCP.

The quality is not good at all. My tile floor has cracks already. The carpet is awful it has runs in it and it looks filthy all the time. My counter top in the kitchen , I don't believe is quartz at all. It is so hard to clean. My shower door is not fixed as per closing. Quality...what quality? I am a Realtor and will have a hard time selling in here in the future because of the quality of your merchandise. Not your builder.

We are enjoying our new home. We have only had a couple of minor things that will be addressed soon. We loved our construction manager, David. He was amazing to work with. When we bought our new home we did not realize that most everything costs extra, including the land. We are enjoying our new neighbors that we have met so far, as our street is new and not many houses completed yet. But, will be soon. Everyone we have met is super nice. We had a good experience over all

I moved into Del Webb Chateau Elan on September 14,2024. My partner passed away in May, and our Gainesville home was too far away from my friends and family. This new home offered the perfect place for me and my two cats. The design is perfect and the Pulte warranty department has been responsive to any problems so far. My construction manager, Ronnie, took care of any problems during my move-in and the home has turned out to be a place where I feel safe and secure. All of the employees I have met on my home buying journey have been helpful and competent. I am glad I made the move here. My neighbors have been kind and helpful and it is a very quiet neighborhood. Deadlines met at each stage of construction and closing process. Post closing and move-in very quick response to questions and small issues. I could not be more pleased. I love my new home.

I retired 2 years ago. My plan was to sell my home and move across the country to be closer to my daughter. Upon my visit, I found Sun City Peachtree. The moment I set eyes there, I knew this is where I want to live out the rest of my life. I called, scheduled a tour, was welcomed by Sales Agent, Mark, who took my daughter and I on a lovely tour riding in a golf cart! Mark was fantastic! He was kind, patient, and explained the process to me. Gave us a voucher to have lunch at the golf course restaurant. The food was five star quality! The tour of the homes was outstanding with so many styles of homes to choose from. I made my selection and was able to see the progress of my home being built online. The entire process was very easy, with no major hiccups. Close to completion, I met David, who was the head person handling the building of my home. David was also kind, patient, and was happy to answer any questions asked. Long story short, I'm very pleased with the staff I encountered. I wish I could remember everyone's name. I have to tell you, everyone I encountered in person, phone, or email was very professional, easy to contact, responsive and just pleaseant. Even the residents we met during the tour were very warm and friendly. They were sharing their own experiences and informing me of all the social activities here. I am looking forward to checking those out after I get my beautiful house in order! I've only been here a little over a month and I absolutely love my new home! What a blessing this has been for me and my daughter who lives not too far from Sun City Peachtree. She's happy that her mom is just a stones throw away! Community and neighbors are very good. Highly reccomend this location and facilities. Most residents I have spoken with are happy with the community but have horror stories relating to the build quality. A little more attention to detail in the interior finishes would yield the builder a totally different review. I hope the Del Webb brand is listening and raises their standards. House plan is very good. Finish work such as sheet rock, painting, tile are poor. The subcontractors Pulte hires are not held to any standards in the rush to get the house built and closed. Plan on spending at least 2 months after closing waiting for repairs and settling for less then full satisfaction. ... More

Working with Steve was absolutely great!!!!

Pulte is proud of what is behind the walls. Unfortunately, their ability to deliver quality finishes simply isn’t there. Their subcontractors are sub-par, and with the number of houses they are throwing up… think of a little bit less than minimum, and that’s what you get.

Our experience with building a home in Sun City Peachtree was excellent primarily because of our construction manager David. This is the sixth home we've owned across the U.S. and the second time we've built one in a 55+ community, and David's professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, follow through, and customer-oriented attitude were all exceptional throughout the entire construction process.

We were out of town buyers. They like to rush the past two weeks before closing. Good lesson learned. The paint application is not acceptable inside and out. Paint on outside of home under cover porch and trim will need to be repainted. Debris left by paint roller and brush on walls and trim throughout the house. Drywall still needs work and had sections repaired by my outside painters. Paint, caulk, and grout left of tile floor and fixtures . Laundry room plumbing not installed properly. Shower door crooked.

Project Manager provided timely updates.

My experience with Del Webb homes sales was excellent The builder's team is great they walked me through every step. Help was there when I needed it most.

The loan process was long and involved.Be prepared to be " financially undressed".

Make sure that you use a mortgage company that will give you great interest rates and cash incentives.

Excellent very responsive to any inquiry and made certain all concerns were addressed/fixed

Our construction manager was very friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. His name is Brad O'Brien and he was a really nice guy.
