My experience with Del Web and Pulte was very good. Although we ran into some rough snags due to my purchase being based on a contingency, the team worked diligently with me to get everything done in a timely manner. Phil was my contractor and Dave was my sales agent. They were both outstanding during my purchase process, always responded to my emails a calls. Purchasing a new home can be overwhelming with all the information you are given. Although I have built several homes in the past from the ground up, there were some things that my experience I thought was standard. However with Del Web everything is an option. This is not a negative blow, buyers just need to be aware so you can get it added. By the same token many of the standard items I received were surprisingly nice, as they had not been standard with my previous builds. My overall experience was great and I love my community!! ... We are enjoying our new home. We have only had a couple of minor things that will be addressed soon. We loved our construction manager, David. He was amazing to work with. When we bought our new home we did not realize that most everything costs extra, including the land. We are enjoying our new neighbors that we have met so far, as our street is new and not many houses completed yet. But, will be soon. Everyone we have met is super nice. THE NEW HOME EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.

Overall very pleased with experience and the weekly updates provided by my builder Ronnie. Very happy in home. My only negative comment was length of time from signing contract to closing, process took 8 months which seemed much to long.

This is a lovely development. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The floor plans are excellent for downsizing. Pulte puts a lot of emphasis on energy efficiency.

Experience was really good, but too many restrictive HOA rules. Would not do again due to the restrictions.

Ronnie was great. Kept me informed each week. Made process easier since I lived 2 hours away

Great experience from start to finish

This experience was our first, true build from dirt to home. Our sales consultant and our project manager provided timely updates and worked diligently to meet project deadlines. Once we closed, our project manager took care of several small items of concern. Our only area of concern was the cleanliness of the house at closing. There is room for improvement in that area.

Overall satisfied with our new home, disappointed in the quality of interior paint and wood trim. Everyone at the sales of was professional and responsive.

Having a few small issues with hardware coming loose, and outlets not working in past two weeks

Representative responded to our requests sometimes the same day. Corrections were immediately made.

Steven our builder was very responsive to any and all concerns we had. I have experience in construction, and Steven was great to work with. Pulte has several builders I recommend if you are building in Del Webb Chateau Elan you ask for him by name.

Love this house, We were a little concerned about the total build time. I know materials were a big issue but the delay couldn't have come at a worse time due to interest rate increases.
