The house was move in ready, clean, and had just a few fairly minor "fixes" that were needed. Overall I am pleased with both the design and quality of the house.

I bought a spec house, so i didn't choose flooring, cabinets, etc, but i really like everything in my house. They building superintendent was easy to work with and overall it was a good experience. This is the 3rd time that I've purchased a brand new home and Pulte is much easier to work with and the workmanship is much better than the previous new homes. There were a few bumps along the way, but all the issues were resolved fairly quickly.

The closing process was very smooth, we had the opportunity to visit our home several times before completion. The sales person was great to work with. We were introduced to building manager and manager of the sun city peachtree.

The building process was precise, informative, and extensive. Russ was there each step of the way keeping me informed about the status of the build as it progressed. Russ was honest and helpful in keeping me abreast of inspections and concerns with regard to each phase of the construction. He kept me up to date from beginning to finish. Kudos Russ.

A good house. A great community. Some issues but they have been responsive to my needs.

I will certainly encourage friends to buy a home in SCP.

Not being familiar with the process ahead of time, I found I was behind the curve and in hindsight may have made some different choices; however, all issues were eventually addressed and we were satisfied with the contracting and design process. What was outstanding was the weekly updates from the building manager, and his responsiveness to questions and concerns presented to him. I cannot say enough about his concern to make everything what we wanted and had contracted for. The pre-closing process was amazing. Again, great response and helpful in identifying the cosmetic things that needed to be fixed. My biggest disappointment was the attention to detail by the contractors. Things like corners not meeting - and not puttied to fill in the gaps; putty missing in other places. A warped baseboard was used and not nailed to the framework to make it straight. Doors were delivered with the edges rough, as if they had been run through a saw and shipped as is. There was no attempt to sand them smooth, and even after asking for that to be done, some were missed and had to be recalled. These seem like minor things, and they are; however I built a home 30 years ago, and the workmanship was a step above and I expected the same. ALL WERE FIXED TO MY SATISFACTION! I was just disappointed we found so many little things. The post closing service process is outstanding. There have been a few things we found after moving in, and the process to get them corrected has proven effective and timely. Thanks to great coordination with the building management. David the Builder was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well and was trustworthy. I never felt like we had to "check behind him". We did, but only because we wanted to be responsible home buyers. The contractors used were respectful and did quality work. Is the house perfect? No. There is no such thing as a perfect house. We are very pleased with our home and we love living in SCP.

Everyone I dealt with to buy my home were very friendly and helpful.

We came here to look about 31/2 years ago.back then we looked at Sterling on the lake and crosswind along with del web. At that time we put del web aside since we thought they were more expensive but after 3 years we found out other 2 has gone up in price more than del web. Del webs hoa is little more expensive but I believe they keep you more busy... we were lucky enough to find the almost center lit in big cul de sac with lots of trees behind and streams running thru. It truly is healing place. Especially builder, putty, n project manager were great. Quality of the house is pretty good and price is good too. We found everyone we dealt with to be so nice and accommodating.

We came to Sun City Peachtree and immediately knew this is where we wanted to live. We worked through the detailed processes with sales and most everything went as planned. The few hiccups were easily and quickly rectified. Our build team were also excellent and easy to work with. Phil, our Del Web Construction Manager was beyond excellent. He stayed in continuous contact with us on everything. We are in and almost settled and so excited with the choices we made.

Our builder Ronnie was great he responded to all issues quickly.

Overall, my experience purchasing my Del Webb home was a gifting adventure. I had previously been through an arduous home building/purchase attempt with a local builder that left me disenchanted and financially poorer. I’m happy to say, my experience with the Pulte Group and Del Webb have been a Blessing in waiting. Assurances and get it done attitude persisted to allow a quick and easy Closing.

Pulte Mortgage did a great job with the people who were my contacts in Colorado (Jordon & Trisha). At closing we only had the attorney present. Wish we could of had a Rep. from sales and Del Webb Sun City HOA. Had some questions should be answered (Mail box key, Garbage can & pickup, Gate pass) Still don't have mail box & Key after one month, Must go to post office for mail. House is good. One thing to mention is the paint used in house is not of the same quality as the model homes. Talked with contact from paint MFG. they said it was a low grade that they used,

Overall an ok building and buying experience. Make sure you do your research and know what homes and options are available to you as the sales people don’t know themselves or want to spend too much time with you. The initial build was great and solid. But the self inflicted damage weekly by workers was hard to believe. One tradesman finishes their work and someone else come along and damages it. The paint job was very thin on exterior and interior fit and finish is questionable. . Protective materials are removed way to soon and paint overspray is expected. Overall I am very happy with my new home. My sales person, Mark did a fine job as did Tim, the builder. The only reason that prevented a great rating was my horrible experience with your sub contractor, Phoenix Systems. I had upgrades of about $10,000 in my home including surround sound. They were to prewire the house and finish after I moved in. After moving in, they came for the installation and quickly realized that the entire pre wiring was done incorrectly. The installer stated it looked like they took someone off of the street to prewire the house. They had to take down all the speakers and reset them, resulting in insulation all over my home. They then had to reschedule and come back for what I was told would be a "quick fix". The quick fix took another 5 hours as the house had to be re wired correctly. This all should have been done in the construction period. The original installer also added a meaningless wall plate that serves no purpose and is an eyesore. I contacted Phoenix systems and wanted them to fix the eyesore they left, but I never heard back. I'd love to send you the email's I sent them including pictures showing what they had done. The customer experience with Phoenix systems was horrible and they never even apologized let alone replied to my complaint. Phoenix Systems prevented Del Webb from getting a great review. ... More

The process for design and layout went very smooth. Robert was terrific to work with in sales center. Mary was also a jewel in helping with design decisions. Our first builder Tim was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Shane our 2nd builder was new to the job, but did his best. There needed to be more attention to finishes, painting, sanding, cleaning, concrete and concrete work .

We were extremely please with the process of building a home at Del Webb in Griffin. We had looked at other 55+ communities, and they just didn’t have the feel of community as this Del Webb. It just seemed like the perfect fit for us.

Very good experience for new construction. Quality home.

I would have liked to have more input as the build progressed.

Overall, the experience was very good. There were some quality problems with painting/caulking/grouting and splattering of paint on the hard wood floors. But the house is well constructed and closing process was very efficient.

The building experience overall was great we were at the house every day. My only complaint was with the design center. There were many options that were not even mentioned and were not found out until too late. This was very disappointing. I would recommend that future buyers are given a check off list so they know what is standard and optional. Also at the sales office, a computer mock-up of the home In color would be very helpful so you know what you are buying. We did not know the actual color design until the home was completed.
