The home building process was made easy for the buyer with the help of the Del Webb team. Any questions and/or issues were immediately addressed and remedied. From the very beginning we fell in love with the Del Webb Bayview Community. We immediately felt the vibes and knew right then and there that this was our community and forever home. No issues at the house. Disappointed that backsplash for the kitchen was discontinued. Just recently experienced an issue with ring doorbell. Seems you need a special tool to remove cover which apparently comes with the doorbell but was not left.

I was worried coming into this new home purchase but once I got to know the people (Team) and our individual construction manager (Garret) my concerns or worries went away. We signed the contract for our Pulte home, then did not see the home “in person” until we closed over 5 months later. We put our trust in our construction manager and our realtor. We were so happy when we walked in to our finished home. Working from 1900 miles away could have been a nightmare but we got our dream home.

We have been very impressed with all aspects of the home buying process. Ian, our Sales rep, was great, very knowledgeable and always quick to respond when we had questions. While Del Webb does a good job of supplying a quality product, there are problems in Del Webb communities that need addressing. First, the management company does not register new homeowners for weeks. It does not matter how dedicated the local folks are, the corporate office does not well support the local folks, so there are real issues. Also, while the home build was fine, Del Webb does not do a good job of managing traffic in new build areas, so one often has to wait to get in and out of one’s own house. Also, on occasion the driveway itself is blocked. This is a real issue because ...
