Up grades are expensive. Cable tv has to have a outlet at every location you want a set all is not wireless. Field managers are very helpful.

The overall construction and value is great. The detail work was a little disappointing as I've started seeing things. Tape adhesive remains across much of the vinyl. Some nail holes on door frames not filled. The paint job was terrible. As we painted, we found areas of the walls where there was no paint! Also pain spatters on the vinyl and window glass. Some poor drywall work, nothing super obvious. I've cleaned everything except the tape residue.

I purchased a spec home and there were a few issues that were supposed to be fixed before closing. When I arrived the morning of closing they were not completed but I was told the would be completed asap. Since closing, I have had promises the issues will be fixed but they have not been completed at this time, 5 weeks after moving into my new home.

The whole process was easy. I lived and worked 2 hours away...I still felt connected to the build process. Project manager supplied pictures weekly to keep me informed. Great experience.

There are definitely things I would change in this house. For example, the shelves in the kitchen cabinets are too high and I am unable to move them without help (which I don't have). I will have to hire someone to do this for me. The linen closet is tiny and will not accommodate towels. But overall I really like this home.

The sales staff were supportive. Showed me many options to help me feel comfortable choosing a floorplan that worked for me, and not just one of the models. The design center was great. My construction manager gave me weekly updates, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt like a bother. I was able to ensure my forever home was just what I wanted.

The devil is in the details, and it's the details that escape Pulte. Solidly constructed home with an excellent floor plan and very good mechanics. But what you look at when you see the interior of the home is poor trim work, very poor painting prep, and poor quality work on the painting, which is so limited in choices I'm repainting the entire home myself with better grade paint.

Many mistakes made with construction, material reused to correct the mistakes. Several Trim problems through out home. And many minor issues that as an owner have been corrected that shouldn’t be.

The house is well built, but has one design flaw. The furnace room and the laundry room should be reversed. That way hot water would flow quicker to the master bath room and to the kitchen area. Right now it takes a full 2-3 minutes to get hot water to the master bath sinks ( complaint from other homeowners also) After the hot water has been shut off for more than 3 minutes we have to wait again a full 2 minutes to get hot water.We are wasting a lot of water with the set-up we have now. The laundry room would be the same distance from the water heater, so no adverse change there. The only ...

We are pleased with the experience. Only real complaint is with warranty website. We left message when roof damaged. Waited 2 days as website stated and then called. Was very rudely told that it is 3 days no matter what website stated. Called on third day and no record of our original input. Had to start process over. Thank goodness for crews on site that noted severe damage and got it taken care of. Now our roof is again missing shingles and we have to start system again.
