The moving close date was confusing.

Nice home, but don’t expect everything to be correct. The end product is still very nice.

A lot of things like closet shelving and shower heads that I consider cheap. Also backyard is totally uneven and pitted and danger to walk on.

Our experience overall has been a positive one. The most important thing that I want to point out is the way Josh kept us informed of the build process, answered all our questions during the build inspection and was there for our closing inspection making sure we were satisfied with our new home. He made our experience moving here a good one! Thanks Josh.

To be honest, I am very disappointed in the quality of the windows, cabinets, carpet, sinks, faucets, and fixtures.

Oversell, we are very satisfied w our Pulte home. We moved from a much larger custom built home and while our new home is not a custom home, the finishes are very good. The building process went well. We had the advantage of being on the build site a lot since we were local. I would definitely encourage future buyers to do the same if possible. Communications during the build process could be more proactive. We would have also liked more flexibility & choices with finish selections, providing more value for the price.

As we’ve learned from other Pulte built homes, you buy for the community, not for the workmanship as it seems to definitely lack in a Pulte built home.

As with most new construction problems are on going prior to closing and continue following that date. However, a rating of “10” from us to sign off at closing was expected. We were far from satisfied with a finished product at that time, but simply wanted to complete that phase of closing. We felt considerable pressure to rate the completed project too high at that time.

Love our home. The Floorplan is beautiful. There were issues in the final stages but most were addressed. It was after closing when we found a few other issues missed by us and our inspector. We are still trying to contact them to see how we can rectify the situation.

We like our Palmary however the construction equipment across from our home is unsightly and detracts from our enjoyment and appreciation of our home.

In a 55+ community, one would think all possible lines of communication would be available, especially, simple traditional phone conversations for those who are technically challenged and will not use a WIFI system. Unfortunately, the younger contractors and managers think that emails and video conferences should be the standard method of contact and have not yet understood their customers. Also, planning and schedules should be communicated and prioritized. The retired have the time to monitor and highly expect the agreements for timing to be maintained.

The Del Webb neighborhood concept is excellent, and now that the neighborhood is about 40 complete, the actual layout, common areas, etc. are well done. The homebuilding experience itself was disappointing. Many problems and quality concerns were not addressed until the day before closing and then were rushed through and not fully addressed. 6 weeks after closing, most of those issues still have not been addressed or corrected.

I was initially enthusiastic about building a new home, but as months dragged on with no progress it was obvious that my home had “fallen through the cracks.” Eventually the building supervisor was replaced and it got back on track. There were numerous little things still undone, but I was encouraged to close, assured that these would be taken care of asap. It,s been more than 2 months and I’m still waiting. Now I’m told these construction issues will be treated as warranty problems and not addressed for 10 months! It’s really taken the joy out of a beautiful new home.

We love our new Del Webb home. They were on time with our finish date and closing went smoothly.

The process with Pulte is outlined well but still overwhelming for a first-time home builder. The challenge of supply chain and sub-contractor shortages added a lot of difficultly for the builder, but our home was completed on time. We hired third party inspectors, which I would recommend even for a new build. Our construction manager, Anthony, was always very responsive, patient and kind in spite of how stressed out and demanding we could be at times. We have lived here a week and love it! I feel there needs to be a quality control process that ensures that one process is completed before another begins. I had an experience where my shower floor was not ready to be tiled. It was tiled when there was a hollow area around the drain. Not what you would expect for a $500,000 home.

Had Lot of delays from product availability and manpower. Did get me in to new home before booted out of old one. Quality was not job 1. Walls not square, certainly noticeable on tile flooring. Notice more defects as time goes by.

Pretty responsive to issues and questions we had.

We went through four different construction managers of which Joel was by far the best. He communicated issues whether it was good or bad news Our house sat for 60 days with no work done. Very frustrating. We have not completed our list of items to be fixed due to being out of town. We are back now and will pursuit these items.

We love are home but there are a few things That need some attention I hope that we have not been forgotten it has been a few weeks since we have seen anyone

Great floor plan! While there were definitely good people and good things involved in this home buying experience, there was also just as much pain, sloppiness, and disappointment. Definitely hiccups in the building and post-COE processes, and I ended up being the loser most times. Now 7 weeks after COE, and I'm still struggling to get my COE punch-list completed. C'mon Pulte, I know for a fact you're better than this. I have a good person on my side now, but you let me down for a very choppy, inconsistent process. Due to the ongoing issues for everyone living in the past and current years of shortages, pandemics, etc I am only disappointed on the length of time to get my home completed. I love the location, the home itself, the honest answers to questions from my construction manager.

we were told we would receive kohler or american standard plumbing fixtures because that is what pulte uses however we received an inferior brand gerber, we have had 4 stopped toilets in the first month, plumber said they would come check them. gave builder a checklist at closing very little has been done. closed at thanksgiving then left after christmas.so that is a busy time for subs. good follow up with calls we will see what happens, fit and finish not great hopefully everything will be corrected, floating floor is different, sounds hollow, this is our tenth new home and so far the quality seems ok. the closing was a little concerning because our builder left pulte 2 weeks before closing. when we return hopefully everything will get done. great neighborhood, think we will be happy here, appreciate the warranty and the builder covering it with us ... afraid the quality of workmanship displayed in my home less then I expected and hoped for---too many small issues to list but they all add up to each room with little attention to quality detail...,I am sure I will be doing complete repaint of walls and trim(with sanding) within first 2 years of ownership. landscape ok, but not what I would have selected and not sure why I could not select a layout or type of bushes from a selection, much like flooring and lighting. out of space to add more
