Except for the sales person, who was very good and responsive, the rest, for the most part, you are non existent, once closing was done… the only way, I come across information is through the residence Facebook. Filled out forms during Dell Webb orientation.. with the manager… we have no name tags, never been contacted by e-mail for events or anything, my e-mail to the manager was ignored, no newsletter, it has been over 6 weeks we still do not have an account number through the title company… we have been busy getting our previous house ready for sale etc…

My expectations of DelWebb were low to begin with. I have no doubt this likely seems unlikely from your end however my experience with DelWebb has been terrible from the start. The initial sales agent had to be replaced and as a result I contacted my lawyer about elder abuse which requires a level to be met to proceed. Even though the lawyer felt we met the standard I did not pursue as proving monetary damages would have been a challenge. So lets start there, the initial sales agent simply did not do his job, did not effectively communicate and left many things undone that suddenly had to be ...
