For the most part, the entire experience was well-orchestrated and organized. There was a lot of step-by-step handholding all along the way which greatly alleviated what could have been a very stressful experience.

The people we worked with to choose our lot and all the structure options were so patient. We had a great experience customizing the electrical options. We really enjoyed the process of customizing the interior. I really cannot say enough great things about our experience.

My experience of buying a "spec" home (already framed) in May 2025 was so easy! First, Derrick showed me several and with the designer selected products, I was able to visual the final look. I decided on the perfect house for my needs, in a 55+ community. Jim was the construction manager and he kept me informed of the progress with photos and emails. He's been a great resource from the start. The team that built the house is working in a time of rapidly increasing costs. Pulte's quality and value are equal to, if not better than, their competition. I have had the opportunity to build 4 homes in my adult life, with 4 different builders. We are enjoying our new home.

Pulte does a wonderful job of helping you through the process of building a home to keep the buyer from being overwhelmed. The various appointments with specialists like electricians, designers and contractors are spaced enough apart that the decision making process never seems rushed. Our experience with our construction manager was exceptional. He was professional and very responsive. We moved in 9 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with our new home!

I enjoyed a seamless design and building experience. Del Webb has hired very knowlegeable and staff from the sales manager to construction manager and every staff person is very conscientious.

Bob, our sales person, provided exceptional service and his interpersonal skills are excellent. He provided answers to all our questions and if he didn’t have the information on hand he quickly sought out an answer. There was no pressure to buy which we appreciated. It was a pleasure working with Bob. Jim, our building superintendent, was also great to work with . He kept us apprised of progress on our home’s construction and always answered our questions promptly. This is the ninth home we have had built. Six were custom homes followed by two homes built in another active adult community. Thus with our previous active adult experiences we were not surprised about the smaller space between the homes, the limited number of options available in most areas of the construction, along with no custom work being done. For lack of a better word, these are “cookie cutter” homes constructed rapidly but the end product is good. Option costs are somewhat higher than most people would expect them to be. In our opinion buyers of homes in most active adult communities have to look at the “total package” they are purchasing. They are getting a nice home along with various amenities not found in most neighborhoods. The HOA assures the homes values will be maintained with their rules and regulation. And, one of the major benefits is the opportunity to live among older adults who are also interested in pursuing an active lifestyle in their senior years. We didn’t have a one-on-one personal experience with the builder only because our home was a completed spec home when we purchased it, so we didn’t actually meet the builder until shortly before closing. When we did meet, we were as impressed with him as we were the home! We are very happy here,

All aspects of the process seem to be a well oiled machine. I was kept informed all the way through the process and questions were answered promptly or appropriately redirected. I was never left guessing or wondering.

Home delivered on time and in move-in-ready shape. Upgrades were worth the extra expense. A quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. And plenty of activities to be a part of.

Colleen and Jim could not have been more helpful as we moved through the building process. We were out of state during construction, but were kept up to date at every important juncture. The end result was a beautiful home, just as we hoped it would be.

Colleen was an informative and responsive sales person--no pressure at all to make the sale. I had a realtor representing me because I was also looking at other homes, but I don't think it was necessary because Pulte staff are top notch. Tyler was a terrific construction manager--knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I love my new home!

Our salesperson, Colleen L and construction manager, Jim L were always responsive and a pleasure to work with. The quality of construction Is generally very good, although the fit of the trim could be better. Also wish we had a better choice of electric ranges or the option to shop for our preferred brand. Otherwise, we are happy with our Adelwood home.
