A well designed home and community

no refrigerator. I have not received the refrigerator that is supposed to be here. I have received no input on progress.

Good experience overall with sales and build process.

Candee is super. She was honest trustworthy and worked to give us the best deal on buying she could.?she keep us V informed through the process and beyond. She communicated with us on a regular basis since we were out of date. She always had a smile and ensured we understood everything. She respond no matter when we contacted her. She made the experience easy. The inspector Mark was outstanding. He contacted us through out the build process to show us by FaceTime what was being done as our hose was built.?he did walk through with us monce we arrived in town and explained how our house was engineered. My home was completed right on schedule.

The Del Webb team was wonderful from beginning to end with always keeping me updated with information on each stage while my home was being built, which gave me confidence that I would close on schedule.

As my husband and I cannot be at our new house yet, the builder has been more than willing to work with my mother (who lives in the area) to see all of the flaws and concerns we have. The two of them will be working together to make sure all problem areas are corrected.

Tanya was great to work with. Her expertise and always available attitude made my experience so much better. She was exceptional about keeping me updated and was available when I had any question or concerns (even on her days off).

They want everyone to be happy

Rick was honest and upfront with me at all times. Kept me up to date and despite the late arrival of the Trusses, I feel they moved everything along at good pace. Its a very well built home.

They made the process super easy

Everything was great! Except the paint quality! I'm amazed that these beautiful, well built homes, would use such low quality paint.

The builder's sales agent kept me informed via email/photos each week during construction. I was not present myself during the entire process, and appreciated the updates.

From the sales staff at Del Webb to the Pulte Home underwriters were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my home from the start. I was regularly updated with photo's and phone calls.

How they take pride in the construction of the home and show how the house is built and with what material. If a problem is noticed it is fixed quickly.

Sales process was very informative with no pressure. Photos were provided showing weekly progress. Choosing things at the design center was fun and no pressure. Halfway through the build process the field manager gave a tour of the home informing us of the building process.

Delivered exactly on the initial completion date.

The quality of our new home is outstanding. Pulte does add some quality touches to ensure the home is well built. We do feel the value/price were fair. The base price in our location was best for a Pulte home, where they get you are in the upgrades... who doesn't want some upgrades? We are happy with what we chose. Pulte did submit a change order without our knowledge or permission, we took exception to this. Pulte does put together a pretty solid contact and we relied on our contract to help us prevail in our position on this subject. We have a certain amount of time to submit a punch list after move in. We submitted our items within the time frame but have yet to have all the work completed. Some work has to wait until landscaping is done, however one last task has not been completed, nor have I received a confirmation that all my emails are acknowledged. When adding on your options watch out for what I call creeping elegance. Your 300000 dollar house can become 400 real quick.
