As my husband and I cannot be at our new house yet, the builder has been more than willing to work with my mother (who lives in the area) to see all of the flaws and concerns we have. The two of them will be working together to make sure all problem areas are corrected.

Tanya was great to work with. Her expertise and always available attitude made my experience so much better. She was exceptional about keeping me updated and was available when I had any question or concerns (even on her days off).

They want everyone to be happy

Rick was honest and upfront with me at all times. Kept me up to date and despite the late arrival of the Trusses, I feel they moved everything along at good pace. Its a very well built home.

They made the process super easy

Everything was great! Except the paint quality! I'm amazed that these beautiful, well built homes, would use such low quality paint.

The builder's sales agent kept me informed via email/photos each week during construction. I was not present myself during the entire process, and appreciated the updates.

From the sales staff at Del Webb to the Pulte Home underwriters were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my home from the start. I was regularly updated with photo's and phone calls.

How they take pride in the construction of the home and show how the house is built and with what material. If a problem is noticed it is fixed quickly.

Sales process was very informative with no pressure. Photos were provided showing weekly progress. Choosing things at the design center was fun and no pressure. Halfway through the build process the field manager gave a tour of the home informing us of the building process.

Delivered exactly on the initial completion date.

The quality of our new home is outstanding. Pulte does add some quality touches to ensure the home is well built. We do feel the value/price were fair. The base price in our location was best for a Pulte home, where they get you are in the upgrades... who doesn't want some upgrades? We are happy with what we chose. Pulte did submit a change order without our knowledge or permission, we took exception to this. Pulte does put together a pretty solid contact and we relied on our contract to help us prevail in our position on this subject. We have a certain amount of time to submit a punch list after move in. We submitted our items within the time frame but have yet to have all the work completed. Some work has to wait until landscaping is done, however one last task has not been completed, nor have I received a confirmation that all my emails are acknowledged. When adding on your options watch out for what I call creeping elegance. Your 300000 dollar house can become 400 real quick.

We are very pleased with the entire process.

Del Web has built me a beautiful home at a good price. Mesquite NV is turning into a great place to retire. I'm very pleased with all aspects of my purchase. Minor problems were fixed by friendly workers.

New homes always seem to need some degree of "tweaking" after one moves in, and Pulte has been responsive to our requests, with only one exception, which we hope will be addressed soon.

Our build went well, and was finished the exact day that was planned several months prior. Very nice inside and out. For the price, plywood/osb should have covered the entire house; not just certain sections. The are a few other very minor construction decisions that I wished could have been reviewed prior to certain phases being completed, but overall, I'm extremely pleased with the finished product. Cost wise, you pay for convenience of having items installed during the build. For example, the ceiling fans will be somewhat more expensive than buying them and installing them yourself. Workmanship and materials are fine, but the amount of plywood used for exterior sheathing of walls is quite low.

Trustworthy people and company; very happy with our new home.

Our home was carefully built. Ron (Superintendent) even sealed all edges of the building to the foundation. No critters will be able to get in. He showed us all the details in how the home was built, we were very pleased! Our development is very quiet and we have great views. My only complaint is that there are no side fences included in the already expensive property. So be prepared to come up with several thousand more to fully enclosed your lot.
