Be ready for delays and unfinished house at completion

Everyone we dealt with was great, even though our home was delayed by nearly 3 months, we always felt they cared about us and our problems.

Our Sales person and the Construction Foreman were outstanding - always there to help and very responsive. The Design Center was not helpful to us for making design decisions for the look we wanted in our home. And we felt their options we very over-priced. The actual Home, structure/framing, layout, and space in rooms, closets, etc, is Great. We love the design/layout of our home. The attention to detail from the sub-contractors (Cabinets in particular) was bad. For the location and price we were paying, I felt more of the extra options we purchased should have been included in the baseline home. Using Pulte's Escrow and Mortgage lenders was the Best - the process went very smoothly! Follow-up repairs has been disappointing - we have been here 1 month and we still have not received anyone to come and fix items (1 bathroom still has no hot water in the sink). ... More

Pulte builders pushed to get the "home completed satisfactorily" certificate signed promising to take care of outstanding deficiencies within 30 days. We are still waiting for fencing that's had been damaged in 3 places, metal sticking out of doors, electrical screw ups. We are now being ignored and our issues remain unfinished. I am very close to posting through social media what not to do when buying a home by Pulte construction. Very disappointed. The Del Webb community is great but your builders are terriblem

There were problems with delays and no materials. We had to spend additional monies that wasn't budgeted for living expenses over and above. Not very pleased with timing. House is fine.

Our site manager, Rick, was always available when we had questions or concerns. Each new customer is assigned someone that will be with them from start to finish. It gives continuity to the project and peace of mind to the new homeowner.

Other than the delay due to the lumber shortage, everything was great and love living in my new home.

Candee is super. She was honest trustworthy and worked to give us the best deal on buying she could.?she keep us V informed through the process and beyond. She communicated with us on a regular basis since we were out of date. She always had a smile and ensured we understood everything. She respond no matter when we contacted her. She made the experience easy. The inspector Mark was outstanding. He contacted us through out the build process to show us by FaceTime what was being done as our hose was built.?he did walk through with us monce we arrived in town and explained how our house was engineered. He endured us the house was built to Pulte excellent standards.. He was friendly excited about telling us about the house. He endured any mistakes were corrected during his inspections. My home was completed right on schedule.

The Del Webb team was wonderful from beginning to end with always keeping me updated with information on each stage while my home was being built, which gave me confidence that I would close on schedule.

As my husband and I cannot be at our new house yet, the builder has been more than willing to work with my mother (who lives in the area) to see all of the flaws and concerns we have. The two of them will be working together to make sure all problem areas are corrected.

Tanya was great to work with. Her expertise and always available attitude made my experience so much better. She was exceptional about keeping me updated and was available when I had any question or concerns (even on her days off).

A lot of Small Disrepancies Within the Interior that Needs to be Fixed.

There is no way you can make a mistake purchasing a Del Webb home no matter how hard you try. With the number of retirees in the U.S. each year looking for a nice place to live you will always be ahead of the game and will never be without equity in your home.

Very upset about no wall or gate for service door in the garage. Why even offer it. I would’ve never ordered it waste of time and money .

Would recommend DelWeb to other home buyers.

Simply put, Pulte/Del Webb is an extremely responsive, accomodative, reliable builder of high quality homes.

They want everyone to be happy

Don’t always follow through with what they say they will do. Also a disconnect between sales and field crew

It was pleasant, efficient and timely. They made the buying experience great, even considering the COVID-19 barriers that existed.
