Enjoying our new home very much so far

Our sales agent and builder regularly kept us updated on the progress of our home build, and were very responsive to questions and concerns that we had during that process. Kudos to the Del Webb sales and home building team!

I found the website provided a wealth of information. I was able to easily examine all of the floor plans, and the virtual tours were enlightening. The sales staff is very warm and helpful. Since I was not able to get back to the community I was interested in to select a lot, my sales person was kind enough to take photos of available properties which fit the profile of the type of property, I wanted in the community I had chosen. The process for buying a home here is very well organized and very intuitive, providing answers to questions I had not thought of. Also, photographs during the creation of my house, sent to me by my fabulous salesperson, helped me to feel included in the building process. We love our new home! This was the first time we had a home built. Everything we chose for the house and all the upgrades were done perfectly. The experience was worry free and the house was finished on time. The Del Webb community has been friendly, just what we were looking for.

The construction quality of my new Del Webb home is very impressive! They use high quality construction materials. The workmanship is second to none! Some very minor issues were corrected in a timely manner. The community amenities and landscaping are outstanding! I highly recommend Sun City Mesquite by Del Webb!

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. Paul did an excellent job keeping us informed of the construction. The house was completed on the estimated date that was given to us at the beginning of the process. No issues. The house turned out beautiful. Closing was easy and met all our expectations. After a month of living in the house we found a few minor things that needed to be repaired. We contacted Daryl and repairs were done in a timely manner. This is our second home built by Pulte and I noticed a big difference on improvement with customer service and communication during the construction phase and post construction. Overall all good and we made a through fine Hard time for people our age but we can see daylight now

Everything went very smooth from start to close. Very easy process for building a new home. The only issue is lack of options along with extremely high costs for any upgrade. Love the house and the community so far.

Paul in sales was very knowledgeable in everything aspect of a home owners wants and must have, he was on my side from the get go, and Markies McDonald well it a good thing I don’t own a business because I would make him my Customer Service Manager , Great job to both of them, now I’m a resident of Nevada
