We love our home and our new community! Our home buying experience was seamless and the staff (all staff) apart of this process were professional and welcoming.

From start to finish the process was exceptional! At the beginning I was just making inquiries in which Aimee (Sales Agent) was responsive within 24 hours or less with answers and this continued once I did make an offer through and beyond closing. I did my home inspection with Greg and he was awesome and continues to be responsive and helpful after I moved in. The entire team is fantastic and I am extremely happy with my purchase which I made without physically seeing the lot or walking the models - this sale was completely remote from another state and the DW team made me feel comfortable with the process. ... Our superintendent, Ron, was extremely helpful and prompt when we had a question as well as the follow up home maintenance coordinator. All the workers for the trades were always very professional and friendly.

The transaction from day of offer to the day of closing was very smooth. It was convenient to work with Pulte mortgage and Pulte recommended Insurance Co. I felt like there was always a person leading the team and helping me every step of the way to make the closing happen with no problems.

We were hesitant to start a new home build remotely but felt confident in Del Webb and the staff to take a risk. We were completely informed, each step was described then executed flawlessly. We were sent many photos and were informed of milestones so that we could plan in advance for trips to meet or simply look at our new home. It was a great experience with timelines met and no problems. We are in our home now for about 3 weeks. We have had 3 minor issues which were resolved almost immediately, but could have been avoided with a specific quality check. Our team has been outstanding, Paul, Blue, Kristine, and Markies. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. We love our home! The only thing that could have been better is to have more paint choices besides flat or satin. We chose satin and it doesn’t hold up well and needs a ton of touch up, which could have been avoided by being able to choose eggshell. Also, the baseboards would look better if installed AFTER installing tile rather than before; same paint issue. ... More

Overall a seamless home buying experience/process. Salesperson always kept me informed and sent me plenty of information and photos. Overall quality of material and workmanship was good with a few issues related to cabinetry, sheetrock and interior door.

Great community with many activities, very reasonable HOA fees.

We bought a winter home in Mesquite. The buying process was very easy, the visit to the design center was enjoyable and thorough. Zac was awesome as our sales rep and after-purchase go-to guy. He’s been very helpful since we live far away. I’ve been very pleased with Daryl, who is the service manager. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with the house and Daryl has been on top of things, no delays. Overall, the experience has been great!

Buying a home is never an easy thing. But the whole team here at Dell Webb has made it a little easier. Granted it’s not a custom home and many of the things I want will be added or changed over the years, and we always feel we overpaid for things, but in the end, Dell Webb has come through and delivered as promised and I’m in a wonderful home with a great support team that I know will be there for me over the coming years. I love the location and the sun city lifestyle and Dell Webb made that happen. Thanks Dell Webb..

The purchase experience as a whole went very well.

Our Project Manager was always updating us during the build. Afterwards, he was very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new home.

Very well designed community. We traveled around the country looking for a real nice retirement community and found Sun City in Mesquite by Dell Webb. Awesome! Affordable, Luxurious, Well Planned, Beautiful.

The new home is beautiful, well-built, and I couldn’t be happier. Both the interior and exterior are exactly as I envisioned and expected. Reasonable price also.

It’s very solidly built home. The quality of the build is outstanding and the design is well thought out, it’s a very livable home. The staff is fantastic, sales, escrow, mortgage, title, construction manager… all lovely humans who are great at their jobs and are nearly as excited for you as you are. If I had one piece of advice to a new buyer, I’d say do the upgrades, eg get the eggshell paint, under cabinet kitchen lighting, a backsplash, etc. There are whistles and bells you can do later at your leisure, but make it easy on yourself and make sure you order all the basic upgrades that you need before you move in your furniture. I found everyone helpful and answered all my questions. There was a problem with the cabinets I ordered but Patty helped me to find an alternative. Love my new house not disappointed with any of my choices. Love the area and the amenities. Also joined the Lake Las Vegas Sports Center and love the extras they provide. I haven't completely moved here yet but looking forward to it.

Working with the Pulte team was easy and enjoyable, Darren, Paul, Alyssa and Ryan all are great to work with, responsive to our needs and communicate promptly. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the home and the workmanship, but a bit disappointed in some of the quality of the upgrade items in the home. We added a lot of upgrades about 35% of the base home price, and some of these upgrades were not as expected. Other finishes are fabulous but costly. We are happy to be in our home and expect to enjoy our life here in the community. So I would give our overall a 4.9 out of 5.

We selected the Parklane model on a great lot with view of Lake Las Vegas. Learned a lot on buying cycle for a new home. Selection of Model, lot premium, structural upgrades and Design Center. Suggest people to get their favorite model and lot, this is where your money should go. Structural upgrades should be for ceiling fan wiring and sink in laundry room. Design Center upgrades should be very minimum, this is where prices are marked up high, save your $$$, just DIY or hire a contractor to complete your list , you will save tons of cash. All in all Del Webb has been a great experience.

We enjoyed the process of buying and having the house built with our choice of designs.

I would recommend this builder and Del Webb community to perspective buyers looking for an inclusive/ active community setting.

Great experience Beautiful home Welcoming community

The entire sales office was so friendly. Paul was fantastic. Very informative without being high pressure. He took pictures throughout the build so that we could see the progress from our home state. He was always on tap to answer questions. It's a big purchase so it was very reassuring to have someone like Paul, who you can trust. Great job Paul.

We are very pleased with the whole process from acquisition of the lot thru construction. While inspecting the varius phases of construction, we were very pleased with the quality, especially the amount and quality of insulation throughout the structure....especially in dealing with the heat of the summers. Our only issue was the attention to detail in the finishing of both the interior and the exterior surfaces. However, surely not enough to stop us from highly recommending any Dell Web project.
