There were a few things that we thought could be custom - the answer was always NO. We moved in with items remaining to be done - we have been here 5 weeks now and items are still waiting to be done. We were nice and didn't bother with any escrow - that was a mistake. For a high end builder, these homes are surely NOT high end. We have gone to a few meet & greets and all we hear is other homeowners with similar complaints. Some for almost a year now.

Decent home construction but not much flexibility in making any changes while being built.

I am disappointed with the quality of the kitchen sink and stovetop even with the upgraded package.

Del Webb is a great company primarily because of the great people it employs. Brian Pascal the construction manager who worked with us illustrates the professionalism, competence and dedication that comprise the workforce at Del Webb. It is people like him that make the home building experience stress free, exciting and yes even enjoyable.

From the very moment that I visited the complex, I knew this was the place I wanted to call home. I picked the Turin Townhouse which was perfect for all my needs. What I didn't know was that the service I would receive from the Project Manager, Mike F, would exceed all my expectations. His professionalism and willingness to work with me on every aspect of my home was exceptional. I felt confident that I would be completely satisfied with the end result, and Mike F delivered. He introduced me to Dean M on my walk thru who continued to make me feel that my best interest was his highest priority. He was patient, informative and responsive. I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone involved in the process has a goal to be very responsive to the homebuyer. The DelWebb/Pulte personnel are professional, courteous, and possess excellent customer service skills. Tina, Michael, Ralph, and Dean are terrific. This has been a very pleasant experience.

The workmanship is less than desirable.

Everyone from the sales consultant to the field manager were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

In my opinion, the materials used to build our unit are considerably below my expectation based on the price paid, especially since we upgraded almost everything. I realized that we are not buying just a residence, but rather a way of life, but coming from our old to this new home, the floors, cabinets, etc. are a bit disappointing.

The front gate system is terrible half the time people can’t get in and then some days there own all day . They are unnamed a lot . The management company is a bit irresponsible and too far away with only a email not a phone number . If there was a true emergency it would be a disaster . Need more resposible people at front gate .

Great Experience working with the building team. They made my dream place come true!

Our overall experience was very good. Everyone we delt with was very professional. Still waiting on punch list items. We hope they will be done in a timely manner.

Overall good experience. Unfortunately we bought off floor plan. Design center could have been better educated about the unit.

The only disappointment was that I was not told at the design center that you had to pay extra to have a garage painted. I would have thought that the interior of the garage would have been painted with the grade that you choose that came with the house.

Poor follow up after closing.

Materials were generally of good quality. However the quality of the workmanship was poor.

Many lay-outs to choose from although there were no apartment models available for viewing when I purchased my apartment in Building 1.
