We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the overall experience of building a house with Pulte.

We wanted a Del Webb lifestyle without leaving Albuquerque. Pulte has amazing floorplans and every home was perfect for us. It was hard to choose. We have been very impressed with most of the home construction. Our supervisor Carlos did an amazing job of keeping on top of our house and answering our questions. Since moving in we have had several small things that need to be addressed. Pulte has been very responsive to our requests. We have little down things will be fixed to our satisfaction. Would we spend the money and do this again? Absolutely. The floorplan is ideal and we are very happy here. We like the Community Management as well. They seem to have everything running smoothly. ... We're not too sure if we'd buy another Pulte home or move into another Del Webb neighborhood. The home was "finished" on time, but we did the final celebration walkthrough in a dirty, unfinished house. The baseboards are in terrible shape, there are doors that need to be replaced due to damage, the Sherwin Williams paint is cheap, the granite in the kitchen needs to be replaced (per the granite company) but haven't been able to get this resolved. The oven wasn't working and after 3 attempts by KitchenAid to repair it,they decided it was electrical and not the oven. My brother in law found where the electrical coming into the house wasn't wired properly into the oven and actually fixed it in about 10 minutes. Our front door was supposed to be touched up and hasn't been painted yet after 3 months. For the amount of money paid, we are rather disappointed. ... More

Nice design. Great view. Well built. Considerate people in every area. Truly concerned with my satisfaction in every department. Sue, Laura, Carlos, Julie are all excellent. Gormet kitchen appliances were good, but not excellent in my opinion.

I loved working with the Del Webb. Paul & Judy did a fine job on building but their financial services leave a little bit to be desired.

The whole process of purchasing and building this home was seamless, despite living a long distance from the site. Weekly phone updates, photos, and open lines of communication with our sales consultant and field manager were critical for making us feel invested in the process. Of considerable help for us was to thoroughly research buying/design selection options on the Del Webb website prior to visiting to purchase, especially if you don't live in the vicinity. Many decisions are required within a short period of time after purchase, so being familiar with design options and being prepared to make those selections was extremely helpful. ... More

We've been in the home a month and 1/2, and have not discovered any major issues. A few minor issues were discovered and were dealt with right away. So far our experience has been very good.
