We had a phenomenal experience with Del Webb homes. The selection of models of homes was thoughtful to the needs of the people who will be living in it. They were responsive to all our questions and any issues we had about our new home. We are happy in our new home and highly recommend Del Webb homes.

From the moment we saw the plans for the Del Webb community, we knew we wanted to live here. The sales team and construction team were with us every step from initial deposit to closing. They made the process of buying the home easy and efficient. We love our new home and it’s built with quality products and sustainable practices.

Since the Del Webb Community is not your traditional custom homes, I was not sure what to expect since the range of choices, etc. is less than usual. This is what makes them unique as they have a high to low range and you can still build a real quality home with higher upgrades to give you a great value for the price. I realized also that some extras and changes I would need to do on my own like upgrading of closet shelves, garage shelving and flooring, lights, etc. but that this could be easily facilitated with outside vendors. When we priced the home we put everything in it we wanted and then took out items we could live without. Our sales person Danielle was very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Choosing and picking carpeting, tiles, flooring, etc. also went seamlessly by visiting the showroom. The follow up on all our needs and questions was expeditiously performed by Del Webb and its representatives. For a person that has built a custom home before, this process was a breeze and was really stress free. Work was done as promised and on time. Good builder

Both the Sales agent and Field manager provide weekly updates and responded immediately to e-mail/texts on questions I had. The Sales agent delivered on all the promises made during our initial meeting.

The process was smooth and easy. Everyone was professional, and answered all our questions. I would recommend using them. We built our home while living out of state, and was pleased with the entire process.

We are very pleased with our new Del Webb Carolina Riverside home! Everyone from the sales, to project manager was very personable and knowledgeable. Our house was completed at the time stated and at the price stated. We have been very pleased with the entire Del Webb process!

Throughout the building process Andrew gave us weekly updates. His communication was exceptional! We were confident the house would turn out great. The house exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Pulte homes and the Del Webb community.

We absolutely love our new home in Carolina Orchards. The Martin Ray model fits our needs perfectly. The upstairs loft serves as a sewing room for my wife who is a quilter and the third bedroom is great when my daughters come to visit. The overall building experience was seamless as our project manager Matt kept us well informed throughout the entire process and completed the home as promised.

Very responsive during building process, not as responsive from customer service after move in for needed repairs.

The sales agent who worked with us throughout the process in choosing the materials in the construction and helped to pick out a lot that met our needs but also helped in directing us financially in what we needed to do to make our dream home a reality was remarkably outstanding. Give her a raise!

Their were many obstacles to face due to COVID. Windows were delayed, appliances on back order, However, after a three month delay the project managers, did all they could to find a solution. During that time they continued their best to move what construction they could move forward and worked diligently once the other windows had to be chosen to complete the house as expeditiously as they could. It was a good experience to work with dedicated project managers and so appreciated.

Our only concern is the responsiveness to post-closing issues.

Could use more upgraded trim and doors! Trim painting not done well at all more detail to painting
