Builder/Contractor was very responsive to our questions and needs. Overall a very good experience!

The process went pretty smoothly. Pulte worked with me to accommodate my schedule. They completed everything prior to settlement. Alec, my project manager, was on top of getting the items fixed found on walk through. He was very through with his own walk through that I found only a couple of things. I was also impressed by how clean the house was on move in day. 2 months in and I am very happy with everything. I recommend Pulte as a builder.

What an extraordinary home buying experience! I discovered the Del Webb development two years before I found my perfect home, and was able to purchase. From my first visit drive through the area I was struck with the beauty of the homes, as well as the amount of well kept green space. The day I purchased was quite unique. Having looked daily at available homes, as well as the availability of building a house, I saw a house and lot on the Del Webb website. I literally couldn’t wait until the open house the next morning. Within minutes I knew this was the perfect house for me. in less than two hours, I was in the sales office putting down earnest money. From that point on the process with Pulte was seamless. The sales team and mortgage company facilitated a quick closing to accommodate the schedule of the buyers of my current home. Totally pleased with the community. It is everything we had hoped it would be. Excellent value for the money. For an active 55 plus person, there is no better community with all of the planned amenities.

The entire experience from start to finish was easy and professional. Pulte was accomodating to us when we wanted certain adjustments to our plan that weren't normally allowed. Justin, our construction manager was awesome. Always available, always responsive. I have heard horror stories about Pulte houses and mistakes and problems so was prepared for the worst. There wasn't one thing wrong with our home.

I should start by saying that as business owners, we have bought and sold 18 houses over 50 years in multiple states. this is our 2nd Del Webb. The entire experience has been excellent. Even though there are a couple of maintenance issues that need addressing, Frank Brown, our warranty contact, is on top of everything and has gone above and beyond what would be expected of a warranty contact, to help us in getting to 100%. Possibly the best new home-buying experience and definitely the best new home warranty experience we have had, and this would include both full custom builders and major builders. From the meet and greet and introduction to the Del Webb concept with our sales agents Sam and Beth, to dealing with our construction engineer Alexis, to dealing with Pulte’s finance person Gabriella, to dealing with Pulte’s warranty person Meagin, the process was professional, thorough, detailed, informative, and pleasant. These people were all there to assist us and provide us with the best experience. We asked a lot of questions, and always got a timely response. I feel very good and confident with our new home purchase. This team truly made our home-buying experience a good one.
