The Title group were communicative and responded timely to questions and requests documents. The title portal was very helpful. The Sales team was proactive and supportive in helping us find the perfect lot. They even set up our trust proactively for close. The Construction team addressed all our issues timely - without complaint and delays. They educated us on our new home. The Warranty team reached out proactively to educate us on the service request procedure and ensured our appliances were registered timely and accurately. The Warranty team continues to complete our punch list.

From Dustin, to Preston and Brian, to Ron and Natalie, everything has been good. While I love the house, there are a few things I would change. Just so you know, this is not our first Pulte/Del Webb home!

Everything went as planned although my loan wasn't approved until about 5 days before closing on my new house since it was previously based on a conditional approval on selling my old home. But it all worked out well. Thanks you all!

From initial visit to the sales office , new construction, through two months of actual living here my experience has been excellent . The personnel at all levels…. Sales people though construction contacts through law firm for closing through person doing warranty work …… all very professional and helpful and knowledgeable. I just had a home built in the Del Webb Veramendi community in Texas and couldn't be happier with the process. Cody H was my construction manager and he kept me up-to-date on all the different phases of the build, which was much appreciated since I was in Michigan! Now that I've closed and moved in, he's been a big help with follow-up instances of learning about my home....like how to prep the home for a freeze or where the 220-breaker box is. I think I'm going to love it here!

Pulte it self has been fantastic. Very organized and helpful. Mike our build manager could not have been better. We got a quality build and everything we expected. The part that was taxing was the mortgage company. To many layers and steps. You never knew who you were talking to for what purpose. Someone would call to make an appointment for you to talk to another person for some unknown purpose. No accurate info about what you had to paid on cash for closing until late in game. Like time to prepare.
