Like pex plumbing, cabinetry, insulation materials, lumber quality, wiring, landscape countoured for proper drain, flooring, accoustics, windows. KitchenAid fridge & oven have issues. Upstairs toilet was non functional upon arrival. Low voltage audio system was not installed, parts missing. HVAC air filters were filthy, looked like they had not been changed for a year or more.

Jonathan D. did a great job in every way. He was helpful, patient, informative and absolutely responsive when we had questions or follow up work needed even after closing. From the sales team to the builder, everyone was a dream to work with. Recommend Del Webb communities (this is our second property) and the whole buying experience was wonderful from beginning to end.

We had four build managers and, except for our last one, Rodney, they were not responsive to issues we found as the build was going. But, once the home was completed, Rodney took us through the home, explained everything to us and if there were any "mistakes" he made sure it was taken care of immediately. So happy to be here.

The experience of a brand new home was great. To pick out the designs that you want. The salesperson was awesome and both she and our field manager kept us up to date on progress. The service and status was definitely appreciated and made it a great experience. Highly recommend these Del Webb homes and staff.

My main complaint is the quality of the workmanship. Three out four of my appliances were damaged and had to be replaced. Many of the windows have scratches in the glass and need to be replaced. The care the tradesman demonstrated in building the home was deficient - for example the new carpet and flooring had paint, sanding dust and red clay marks (looks like nothing was covered or protected before performing the work). Initial repairs were done poorly. Things are getting repaired properly once the punch list was turned over t the warranty department, but was disappointed in the house ...

Extremely poor customer service across the board from the Pulte team! Pulte's main objective was to get as many houses built as fast as possible with no regard for buyers or quality. Also no regard for targeted market - older population

Check every step of construction.....get private inspection prior to drywall installation and prior to closing. Pay special attention to electrical issues and upgrades. There have been numerous issues for which I question if licensed electricians have been hired. Although I have not been pleased with construction issues, field managers have been wonderful in correcting issues. I have had three field managers, Nelson Riggs, Chris Nelson, and Rodney Daniels....they have been fabulous and very trustworthy....

Make sure you have an independent building inspector inspect your home before you sign off on anything. It is hard to get issues addressed after you move in. You cannot get a response from a person to find out if and when your issues may be addressed.

The building project manager was on top of all the situations that arose during the construction. Delays in delivery of materials due to supply chain issues. Timely replacement of materials delayed to keep the project on schedule. The sales rep provided input to help us make appropriate decisions on the items selected for the build. The sales admin provided insight and suggestions for services in the area.

Being an out of state purchaser, we had to contact them for any progress reports or schedule visits that were part of their promotional materials. We were never told our expected completion was moved from June/July to August/Sept until June. When an issue with the quality of a truss being used that was revealed in pictures and email to them, we had to contact home office before being addressed. Three other truss were installed broken and repair on site. Our shower started leaking which was the result of a staple being in the waterline. The lot was poorly graded and turf was poorly laid ...

Our home was inspected prior to closing and the inspector found several issues with the structure and the plumbing. Some were fixed prior to closing and some were not. We find the finishing work to be very shoddy (paint drips everywhere both floors and hardware, molding not fitting, no molding on the top of the fireplace, very sloppy paint jobs). In addition the EZ Breeze was not installed properly and we had to get the president of the company out to fix things. The pantry door was installed incorrectly. Pulte Homes did not want to accept VA financing and made it quite difficult to purchase using outside financing. They fired our lot supervisor and neglected to tell us for over 6 weeks. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors and sincerely hope that Pulte cleans up its act.

Buyer has no options on some issues. Painting color selection, failure to finish garage, process for buyer to review plan to ensure design meets expectations and buyer knows what they are getting. More through involvement by buyer at key stages. Seven foot garage doors and layout of drive way needs to change.

We would never purchase Pulte again. The finish work is Terrible. Lots of damage. The house was treated like garbage. We are living with permanent damage to floors and sinks, windows that are not straight, imoroperly mounted doors,, etc.

I feel like I have a reasonable quality home. Pulte is very responsive until closing. Then it’s a bit of a struggle. I feel there should be more choices than whirlpool corporation appliances. They have shownTo have some minor issues that I can see so it worries me about what I cant’t see.
