The lack of communication during and after the building experience.

Make sure you have an independent building inspector inspect your home before you sign off on anything. It is hard to get issues addressed after you move in. You cannot get a response from a person to find out if and when your issues may be addressed.

We have experienced problem after problem and Pulte ignores us and is unresponsive.

Sure Manager said issues would be addressed. They weren't. Quality of workmanship is poor. Warranty service is horrible.
