The trades are very sloppy, and the Construction Manager missed a lot. We had several issues including light switches not connected to exhaust fan (how did that slip by the code inspectors), missing gutters, NG drop was too short and would not turn on, water under kitchen sink sometime during the build and left the cupboard flooring bubbled, hot water connected to the cold water connection which was labeled "Cold", Quartz in bathroom that was stained and had to be replaced, etc. I could go on and on but will leave it at that. As mentioned, the Warranty Manager, Brandon, is a lifesaver.

We are very happy with our new home so far.

I love my home! And I would do it all over again. The people here in the neighborhood are great. I've met a lot of good friends already. I can't wait for the amenity center to be done.

In my opinion the fees charged for many of the options were excessive.

Had to do some work in house to make it better. My biggest complaint is there is limited storage in my home.

For the most part everything has been good but we are still waiting for someone to get back to us regarding issues we are experiencing with our landscaping. It is very frustrating when no one returns your calls!

Nice neighborhood basically nice home, but don’t miss anything on your final walkthrough which is only about an hour. Everything you missed is a challenge. Most of the things we miss should have been corrected by the construction manager who’s job is to ensure quality control.

Buying this home was very easy. They build these homes very quickly. I have a lot of construction around me, so I see how fast they go up. I love my new home.

Thomas did a wonderful job guiding me through the building of my new home! He listened to my concerns & went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!!!

Austin is very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all my questions in a timely manner and helped me to understand builders code. He made being a first time new home builder a very enjoyable experience even though it still was stressful at times. Keep up the good work with people like Austin!

our experience with Del Webb was one of ease from the buying to walking our house with the construction manager. I would highly recommend Del Webb community to anyone of our know. We can’t wait until the clubhouse is done in Clayton, North Carolina.

Love home plan but very disappointed in workmanship and lack of correcting what Pulte considers “cosmetic” issues after closing.

We had a very good experience with our construction manager. He made a great effort to correct or explain questions. Would be glad to work with him again

Austin was phenomenal in every way with attention to detail and making sure everything was done correctly! He is an asset as an Employee and should be commended for it.

Not pleased with the overall experience. Already have dealt with several major problems, including a water leak behind a wall which flooded my guest bedroom. Repairs required included cutting a large hole in a wall and having multiple drying machines running loudly for three days. We have a pocket door into the bathroom which was installed incorrectly, and has required four visits from contractors requiring complete removal of the door frame, and resulting in multiple repairs to walls, ceramic tiles, and carpet. It is still not complete after three months and still is not working correctly. We have carpet between the master bedroom and hallway that is delaminating and no longer fits in the transition between the floors, possibly requiring complete replacement of the bedroom carpet. We have a pantry with crooked walls and flooring, likely due to a very poor repair after a water leak from the dishwasher during the initial construction. Multiple places throughout the house have floor molding that has not been prepared correctly for painting. Master bathroom shower pan (ceramic tile) has very poor grout coloring, and looks like it has been there for years. In all, the house did not appear to have been built by professional tradesmen. ... WE are very disappointed in the quality of workmanship on our new home. We have been in the home about 6 weeks. Since then we have had electrical wiring issues that could have caused a firel Additional wiring issues have been found while making changes to make the home ours. We were awakened at 6:10 am from sleep when one of the blinds in the master bedroom fell. A review of all the blinds in the home revealed that none of the blinds were installed properly and could have fallen at any time. The master shower pan has a chip in the corner. we discovered a broken spacer in the grout in the master bath floor. The drain in the upstairs tub is stained. There is paint on many of the faceplate covers for swithches and outlets. It is clear that the faceplates were not removed before painting. Water flow from both hose bibs are low. A high quality impulse springker cannot be used because there is inadequate flow to make the sprinkler move. (I would note that a home in back of my home uses an impulse sprinkler and gets great coverage and no problems.) These problems are so subtle as to not be observable during the pre close walk through. ... More

The entire process to buy our new Del Webb home in Carolina Gardens Fuquay-Varina, NC was seamless. The interface with Pulte with construction, financing and insurance was very well coordinated. The quality of the workmanship of our new home is outstanding.

This is the first time we have built a house. The sales person listened to our needs and gave us spot on recommendations. Our project manager kept us informed all along the way. The house was finished when they said it would be. Our "blue tape" walk thru was so helpful and informative. The closing went smoothly and we are happily in our house.

Miscommunications between builder and sales office about the house and location on the lot and misrep of house location in the purchase agreement.

The process is straight forward but the selection of interior finish requires at least two visits. The consultant was pleasant and helpful, but we felt rushed, The sales experience went smoothly but discussions were open for interpretation. The site project manager was awesome. He did everything he could to address issues.

the workmanship is a bit shoddy. Paint on the carpet, doors that aren't hung correctly, weather-stripping falling off, paint blistering under front door sill, cabinet doors out of adjustment and not being able to get adjusted properly, drawers delaminating, etc. I understand these are track built homes but there should be more pride taken in the finished product.

From the beginning contacts in the Sales Office until the completion of the home we were always informed of the progress of finances, building design options that were communicated in a polite and responsive way.

Our buying experience was wonderful with Dorothy. She listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions. The quality of workmanship was not great. Many problems - paint splatter on floor, cracked and chipped tub, crack in master mirror, cold water supply line for washer had cracked unit, walls were not straight, trim work was sub-par - looked like a dog chewed off the ends of the quarter rounds,. This is what we walked into at our Celebration walk through. I had to scrub paint off my floor and out of my kitchen sink. There was no quality control by our project manager Joey. Very disappointed. Potential buyers need to be present when building the house. Our Customer Care rep Brandon was very responsive and fixed many of our issues. I am still not satisfied with the tub repair - it looks like its been repaired, and the trim work is still terrible. I will ask these items to be replaced at the 11 month insprection. ... More

I was extremely impressed with my Construction Manager, Tomas. He was very professional, trustworthy, responsive, and thorough while going through the Pre-Drywall and Final Inspection.
