We purchased our home from Pulte in Del Webb at Traditions from afar. The sales people and design people were wonderful to work with while helping us to wade through the intricacies of purchase and design. Kudos!

The whole process start to finish took only six months and it was a smooth transition. The sales people and our construction manager were attentive and very helpful, always quickly answering questions.

Community amenities were the primary attraction.

The construction process was almost flawless! Our project manager completed the project on time per the projected completion date! And I understand the project was on budget. Joey did a great job!

The home purchase, construction, and closing process is all well planned and proven. The community is highly desirable, which does result in high market prices. We are pleased with our new home and would recommend Del Webb.

Del Web has taken all the worry and chaos out of the home building process and made it an enjoyable experience!

We had a good experience. You need to be involved and check on your home often. Do your research and know what you want. Visit the models and meet some of your neighbors.

Brand new house while I thought there would be nothing to fix afterwards Pulte/Del Webb set our expectations well. The little things that needed to get fixed were all fixed promptly and expeditiously with attention to the COVID rules and keeping us and the folks doing the work safe. Profesional to a "T"

We were very pleased with the sales and design staff who were very attentive to our needs. I had submitted a review of our builder who met our expectations and beyond. Our only disappointment has been the lawn. We have had at least 20 bad squares and some low spots that retain the water when it rains and killing the grass. We are awaiting this to be addressed.

Since closing I cannot get anyone to take responsibility for landscape concerns. My project manager has left. A different PM has not responded to my text and another PM said to contact warranty. Warranty said they did not handle landscaping and contact the builder.

Warranty is less than desired. We bought a new home and have cabinent issues that warranty does not want to resolve prior to the 1year. Scratches all over appliances that make them look used! In a brand new home!

WE are very disappointed in the quality of workmanship on our new home. We have been in the home about 6 weeks. Since then we have had electrical wiring issues that could have caused a firel Additional wiring issues have been found while making changes to make the home ours. We were awakened at 6:10 am from sleep when one of the blinds in the master bedroom fell. A review of all the blinds in the home revealed that none of the blinds were installed properly and could have fallen at any time. The master shower pan has a chip in the corner. we discovered a broken spacer in the grout in the master bath floor. The drain in the upstairs tub is stained. There is paint on many of the faceplate covers for swithches and outlets. It is clear that the faceplates were not removed before painting. Water flow from both hose bibs are low. A high quality impulse springker cannot be used because there is inadequate flow to make the sprinkler move. (I would note that a home in back of my home uses an impulse sprinkler and gets great coverage and no problems.) At the end of the process everything worked out. Communication from the builder was poor after closing. Our CM left a couple of weeks after we closed. No one told us he had left. Communication with the regional manager was poor at best. I would advise buyers to make sure all items are fixed prior to closing on the house. We worked with a new CM and a warranty person after multiple communications. They were both fantastic and our issues were finally resolved.

I would love to give this a 5 star review but having to try and use the mortgage division prevents that from happening. After 70 + days I went through another lender and was completed in 9 days with a clear to close. Pulte mortgage certainly doesn't like self-employed business owners. My wife and I are so glad we decided to proceed. We love it here. Can't wait for the club house!!!

We are very happy with our new home. Quality workmanship and great floor plan . Our construction :manager has done an excellent job, following through after closing to address whatever issues might still need to be resolved. Our new home was worth the wait.

We knew we wanted "lifestyle". We knew that meant Del Webb. We had visited several other lifestyle communities, some Del Webb, some not. Carolina Overlook has the perfect combination of features, size, age, community and price. We couldn't pass by. The house is great, the neighbors are welcoming and the process was as simple as a hard thing can be! Moving is hard, but Carolina Overlook by Del Webb makes it worth the effort!

It went as expected from start to finish

Good, informative and responsive.

Some of the issues that were found when we had our pre-close walkthough led me to believe that the pre-close quality control was not the best. The kitchen sink had a leak. How was that not found? There was insulation stuck in the main water line of the home. Our private inspector indicated that there seemed to be a problem from one of the toilets and the project manager said he would have all the plumbing checked. Clearly that didn't happen. They had to dig up the beds in the front of the house to get the lines cleared. As far as we can tell, everything was fixed, but some of the items never should have happened. There is missing grout in the main shower that we didn't notice until we started to use the shower. Caulking was missing in the guest bath. Imrpvement needs to be made in your QC department. ... We purchased a spec home in the final phase of our development. Pulte offered strong incentives to settle quickly. The upside is that we got a great value. The downside is that there are things about the home we would’ve done differently had we been able to customize it at the outset. The construction manager responsible for the home was extremely responsive and helpful prior to and immediately following move-in. Overall, we are very happy with our home.
