Everyone from the sales center, the construction team, insurance group were all very professional, attentive to answering questions and assisting with all areas during the home buying process. I love my new home!

Typically with any new construction, problems occur, getting right is up to the Project Manager. I was fortunate to have one of the best. After closing some issues needed to be addressed, which I'm confident will be.

Solid home on a beautiful site

The sales experience with Karen was amazing. She is amazing. The building process got off to a rough start. When Michael took over, the experience totally changed. He was great to work with.

Only thing I thought more time should have been spent on how to work the irrigation system. Not being mechanical I find it somewhat; perplexing.

Communication during construction was great.

Sales team was wonderful. Respond to all questions and concerns immediately, and a pleasure to work with. Some issues at closing with getting all work completed. Still waiting to get a few issues resolved

Process very simple and well set out.

The entire experience with our Del Webb home has been great. The representatives were always available and knowledgeable about every question we had, were never rushed, and if we had requests for changes no matter how trivial they may have seemed (e.g. light switch location) they were accommodating. They assigned one person to be our daily contact through the build process and had regular meetings with us at the house to walk us through each phase. Though we haven't had to use any warranty services as we've found no issues in our first couple of months, we have met the warranty representative who came by the house to meet us and give us all contact information should we need it. The only reasons for the 4 star vs 5 star is the home is more expensive than comparable non-Del Webb neighborhoods, but we were willing to pay to be in this community, and it has been worth it. The other 4 vs 5 is due to them still working through some of the subcontractors that aren't top of the line. I did buy at the end of the community so I paid quite a bit more. Do I think the quality equaled the amount I paid, no. For this price I should have gotten a better quality as a standard. ie... no wire shelving, wood, better exterior elevation, lighting package. Customer service and team have been very responsive to all of my requests in a very timely manner. Very happy with them. Very Happy with Builder, Mike, Karen and crew!

The end result was very good, a few minor issues during the process. There are only two lasting negatives. 1.The inability to have the house oriented as desired, (front door facing neighbors front door instead of front door facing the ugly side of neighbors home replete with gas, water heater and other mechanical items), is undesirable, and seeming to be something that could be addressed without issue and clearly possible since my desired orientation exists elsewhere in the community. 2. Forced acceptance of undesirable design elements. a- Stepped kitchen wall cabinets instead of a straight run, b- Pull out garbage several cabinets away from the sink, c- limited options on range hood, d- using 9” and 18” cabinets on either side of the range hood instead of balancing them and using a narrow base pullout on the side of the stove to balance the base cabinets on either side of the stove. We had read done horrible reviews about the quality of Pulte homes in several websites. There are numerous complaints about quality and responsiveness to issues on the BBB website. We have found the opposite to be the case. Our home was delivered with only a few very minor issues. These were largely cosmetic in nature. We have submitted warranty requests, and corrections are underway. The home is a pleasure to live in, and is very comfortable. Overall we are very satisfied with our Pulte home.

Love this community. We have started to join many of the activities. The house is really coming together.

Given the economy times, there were delays. These are not customed homes, design flexibility and options are limited to what is offered. Yet, same model has endless possibilities based on customer selections. Building. Sales, and desig team were responsive to my questions. HOA, two HOAs, did not expect that. Bylaws are strict recommend being up front w new buyers about the 2 HOAs. That seems to be the greatest challenge to many residents. The activities available to residents have variety, are well priced, and are very enjoyable.

We were extemely pleased with our Constuction Manager, Cory. The supply line problems was a real concern and very frustrating, but we managed.

It was great to see the house while being built. However, Pulte does not consider the buyer very well - requesting I travel on Thanksgiving week. The time to visit should be better planned along with closing time. I was fortunate since Pulte worked with me on the timeframe.

overall, I received lots of communication about the house building process. my questions were always answered till understood what I was asking. It may be just the climate of building houses nowadays with everything very rushed. I wasn't happy with the painters or paint that was used, and the concrete work could have been a little neater.

We love our house. Material shortages caused the process to be prolonged.

Applying for Pulte mortgage was a nightmare experience. We closed 2 months ago and some necessary basic building issues have not been completed.

I am so happy with my home, come say hello!

Subcontractors need better auditing and Detailed inspections Before closing by management

Solid construction but a little sloppy with fit up. No major issues and customer service team was responsive to address issues.

Our field mgr and sales agent are fantastic.. The "exception" is CPI sub.contractor who did the interior walls internet wiring - quality of their work was zero - they never tested their lines and I was forced to pay several hundred dollars to another "quality" sub contractor to fix their errors and shoddy work. That is why above Quality rating is only 4 stars.
