From the beginning until the day we were handed the keys our experience couldn't have been better .

It was a pleasure to work with our construction coordinator. He did an outstanding job keeping us informed as well as making we understood the construction process.

Pulte's team is helpful, responsive, collaborative... The vendors that they have on site are hit or miss. You sometimes get a great team who are experienced and thorough, and other times you get workers who miss the mark. The vendors' quality control is hit or miss, they aren't always concerned with excellence, but rather, get the job done. Regardless, Pulte's team hears your concerns and does all they can to make you happy in the end. I feel that the Pulte team addresses issues that you bring to their attention and pulls in the vendors to ensure that you get a quality home in the end. The building process was stressful. Hire your own independent inspector and make sure that you inspect pre-dry wall and pre-closing. Have an independent realtor who is familiar with new home construction. We learned so much through our realtor and felt as though she protected our best interests by helping us to be informed buyers. When looking for a new home in our move from Arkansas to Texas, we quickly focused on Del Webb because of its reputation for building medium-sized, relatively affordable homes in master-planned, age-restricted communities. We wanted a quality build, minimal yard maintenance, on one level with some available amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.) in a neighborhood that would enforce maintenance and appearance standards to protect our home investment. Check, check, check, and check. The team we worked with from the initial visit to the Del Webb sales center, through the actual construction and financing phases, and now during the post-build follow-up has been uniformly outstanding. Our sales guy, Pete, provided answers to all our questions for several months (even after the sale was made). Construction supervisor Chad called us weekly to update us on progress, and address any concerns that arose. Since we moved in almost two months ago, Chris has responded quickly to identify and fix the inevitable small issues (landscape plants struggling, paint touch-ups, and more) that every new home has. For the very beginning Lori and I knew that delwell would be right for us. Absolutely awesome pool and amenity center. Excellent restaurant. The build process was smooth without absolutely the best construction manager with Max Thompson. He got us through the entire process. Very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended. He made sure everything was done on time and with high quality. Home selection was exactly what we were looking for. Location of Del Webb was ideal.

Purchasing our new home was a very smooth process. From the picking of materials to the construction phase, to the closing.

We are delighted with our new house. The only suggestion would be to provide more guidance to the owners on how to register with the new service providers (gas, electricity, water and HOA).

I backed out of a home, build and switched to a spec home that needed to close on with an attend a timeframe. The team did incredible job finishing up the house as quickly as possible to meet my deadline. I purchased the only home available to meet my immediate needs. I do not have a full experience to share about the building process and sales process.

Didn’t like the paint options, but over all workmanship of construction was very good.

Great response time, love the neighborhood

The Ocala area offers excellent value. Del Webb offers abundant amenities. Pulte builds a quality home. We have had some issues with warrantee responsiveness as the subs are maxed out with new construction that repairs get the back burner.

Pulte customer service is 110%!!! Pulte sub contractors and quality of workmanship is 75%. I feel like they hire the cheapest subcontractors which include people who have zero experience and no supervision so therefore some things are built extremely well and others are not. Have already had issues with our AC, hot water and major issues with landscape company that pulte hired. Overall I like the home itself and amazing customer service thru the buying process but Pultes above average reputation is no where near what it was 30 years ago. I'm disappointed by that because I went with a "name brand" builder and paid $100k more for a Pulte home over other cheaper options in the same area. ... More

We bought a winter home in Mesquite. The buying process was very easy, the visit to the design center was enjoyable and thorough. Zac was awesome as our sales rep and after-purchase go-to guy. He’s been very helpful since we live far away. I’ve been very pleased with Daryl, who is the service manager. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with the house and Daryl has been on top of things, no delays. Overall, the experience has been great!

Amazing community. The process was easy and enjoyable.

The entire process was transparent and we were included in each phase of the build. Our building supervisor gave us weekly updates and photos. We were impressed with the quality of the materials and the attention to detail. Our home was completed in 5 months. Post build. any issues were promptly addressed. We love our home and new community.

The process with Del Webb Viera - Pulte was a great experience, The sales process was seamless and very helpful. The building construction manager was attentive and walked with us through the entire process.

Nice experience. No major issues. Both sales and supervisor were on top of things. Very pleasant folks. Building time was short!

Process was easy, informative and professional.

Our builder kept us informed of the progress from the day we met him. Very open to questions and requests. We lived 5 hours away so he sent us lots of pictures with his updates.

My wife and I really enjoyed buying our vacation home in Del Webb Nexton. We had a great team who took really good care of us and helped us have a great overall experience. I would highly recommend the builder and this wonderful community.

Helped us continued each phase of building

Good experience from Lisa in sales to Morgan, project manager. Closing day was difficult because of Pulte last minute demands.

Some hiccups with minor installation issues with microwave, short closet door frame with less than 1/2" gap, a broken shower bar that fell when shower curtain is hung, missed linen closet ceiling paint jobs and hard to install Ring Doorbell. rain water flowing towards the front door side walk and wall. But overall the house is good. liked solid wall electric outlets, simple layout of floor plan, no leaks in bathroom plumbing, kitchen plumbing. Good amounts of electric outlets in every rooms and kitchen and garage. liked over sized garage room to store extra stuffs. solid mounting of outside spigot and electric outlets. Nice lawn, I missed watering first week and a half while moving in. no cracks in garage floor or driveway. Just wished, it would been much better, if there was options to select sunroom addition or floor, appliance selections. ... More

We are so happy with our new Del Webb home. There are some minor issues that still need to be dealt with but the are very responsive. However, the highlight of our purchase was our sales representative, John. He was absolutely amazing and still is to this day.
