Well the issues I have had are 1. Drywall finishes you can see a lot of the seams in mostly the walls we had them fix a few but now that we had the house painted you can see a lot more, as for the trim finishes they skipped a lot of sanding before painting, and now after living in the house for a month the stucco on the side of the house has cracks In a few places, and the craftsmanship of the stucco is not so good, they also never painted the outside windowsills of the upper windows, in my opinion after watching the houses being built around me I think a lot of it may be because of the rushing to get it done they are running around like it's a contest, I don't know if they get by the hour or house, if they would slow down a little you would probably get a better quality build, like the model homes the finishes are what all the homes should look like ... Great team from sales through the building process, it made a painless experience, the closing portion of the overall process could use some improvement.

Working with our builder Daniel was a pleasure. He kept us informed during the entire process, was kind and professional and promptly responded to any and all questions we had. We love our villa and the quality of our new home.

My wife and I traveled to both sides of Florida over 3 weeks and saw 20-25 different communities. Del Webb simply blew everyone away!!

The Pulte team communicated well and kept us informed with the schedule and any issues. Overall they followed up on open items. Lance was a great manager and was always there for phone calls and issue resolution. Appreciate the teams work and follow up

Wonderful experience from sales agent, escrow, title, and everyone in between. My sister bought a Del Web home in Nevada and had a completely difference experience. I am very grateful to all of the staff here and also my neighbors. A very pleasant experience

Our Construction manager was fabulous and attentive to any question or detail that came up. We love our new home.

My experience with the sales and building staffs was great! The closing process was frustrating as the communication between the lender, closing, and scheduling groups seemed to be poor but these administrative matters got worked out. I love the home. Home prices everywhere are quite high and it is hard to evaluate the value of the home for the price I paid. The Wildlight community is great.

Beautiful houses, delivery on time.

Valen was a great sales person who assisted us through the buying process. So far we have not had many issues and the minor ones we had were fixed in a timely manner. Selecting options was probably the only part of the process that we did not like. Not many options and answers to nearly all of our questions was a no.

Kevin sales person was great and helpful. Construction manager Ethan made sure work was done properly and wasn't satisfied until it met his approval and state guidelines.

We had a knowledgeable and excellent sales person in Lisa. She was flexible and worked closely with us. We could not ask for a better building supervisor than MIke always responsive and helpful.

our construction supervisor Jack communicated verbally and with media very effectively. Very helpful when you build a home from 1,000+ miles away and do not see the home in person from lot purchase to move in. Our situation was a bit unique in that two family members were building the same homes at the same time just several homes apart. - both remotely. Jack arranged the supervision of both homes which was extremely helpful and reassuring. Did not have to do it but he made it happen! Also, Kathy our sales person (same person again) was ALWAYS there to sort out questions throughout the process and her interest frankly saved me from some embarrassing and costly mistake. She made a huge contribution to sorting through the Del Webb maze to get things done. We never had an open question open more than a few hours. Both people went above and beyond to find that balance and definitely made a difference in the success and our happiness with the process. Overall very pleased with experience and the weekly updates provided by my builder Ronnie. Very happy in home. My only negative comment was length of time from signing contract to closing, process took 8 months which seemed much to long.

Overall good experience would recommend to potential buyers.

Very well designed community. We traveled around the country looking for a real nice retirement community and found Sun City in Mesquite by Dell Webb. Awesome! Affordable, Luxurious, Well Planned, Beautiful.

Our first home was pre-owned, and we lived in it for 40-years. We searched both coasts in Florida for a retirement home and came across the Pulte Del Webb Bayview community in Parrish. We hadn't considered new construction, but we are glad we did and are now getting settled in a beautiful new home. Pulte made the purchase process easy. Not only did they build and sell us a house, but they also provided one-stop shopping for us as we used their mortgage, title, and insurance companies as well. Advance communications on a closing date could have been a little better but in all we are happy with the quality of our house and the way everything turned out. ... More

We purchased our house on a short sale so we did not go through the design and build process. The interactions with the sales and finance teams were good. Quality of the home is below what we would expect. First and foremost is the quality of the paint used and the paint application is very poor. Additionally, there were numerous paint spots on the floor that took multiple attempts by Pulte contractors to remove. The last individual that removed the paint used Laquer thinner which has resulted in apparent damage to the floor finish which we will be identifying as a warranty issue.This is the single biggest complaint that I and the neighbors I have talked to have. Besides the paint there are basic craftsmanship issues such as hammer marks on the garage door header and dented doors and threshold which were replaced. The pocket door between kitchen and laundry room must have been damaged during install and someone attempted to repair it by “mudding” it, but it was never smoothed put or finished. We found this just after moving in and reported it and it has not yet been repaired. A couple of other small items identified at walkthrough have not yet been repaired. This is a lovely development. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The floor plans are excellent for downsizing. Pulte puts a lot of emphasis on energy efficiency.

The process was very effective, step by step they explain the process of building my home. My weekly updates kept me interested and assured I was making a good investment. There was always progress and follow thru. I was absolutely surprised at how organized and efficient this builder is and follows thru on its promise to deliver.

Home was delivered on time and met my expectations. There were no surprises and all options were completed per plan.

The work load on the construction managers was too much, spread too thin and affected their ability to be timely in their responses. All mangers were knowledgeable, professional , personable and sincere in their efforts to resolve issues.

The house that I've moved into is amazing- very comfortable. The layout and design of the whole house is excellent and very high quality, with only a few very slight cosmetic flaws.

Overall experience was very positive. Our Construction Manager, Lester, was very responsive and proactive. Our only significant problem was the workmanship on the front stone veneer. It was poorly installed with a wavy result in the stone. Lester championed our concern and had it removed and replaced with a superior result. Two months and so far so good!

I would recommend then to others without hesitation
