I like it here but not to happy with the process to get things corrected that are wrong in the homes & since continued building is being done this type of things isn’t getting any better, I actually was told to just keep a list & on the 10th month review them things will get fixed, however, that’s not true because they will them have problems so it’s like a viscous cycle. The Buying and closing process was fantastic. The issue I have is we are 45 days in the house and we are still waiting for half of the closing walk repair list to be completed. We are now at the 30 day repair list and 10 days past submitting and no repairs have been scheduled. We don’t even have parts to use the full extent of our microwave. The AC still isn’t working correctly, it blows like a wind tunnel and you can’t talk or hear the TV over the noise.

At the end of the process everything worked out. Communication from the builder was poor after closing. Our CM left a couple of weeks after we closed. No one told us he had left. Communication with the regional manager was poor at best. I would advise buyers to make sure all items are fixed prior to closing on the house. We worked with a new CM and a warranty person after multiple communications. They were both fantastic and our issues were finally resolved.

Good experience. Never knew though that we good have had blinds for windows included. I ended up with paying for blinds. Only bad thing I could find

I was fairly please with the buying process however, when it came to the walkthrough and final walkthrough there was a problem. The lot was not properly graded when it was developed, which created the situation of having standing water. After the first walkthrough Pulte re-graded the back and side yards, creating a large ditch across the entire back of the property, inside the property line. Ditch was not there at the first walkthrough. This had a major impact of the yard itself, reducing the amount of space in the yard (I had planned on putting in a fence for my dogs) as I learned the HOA would not permit a fence to cross the ditch. Well, When I bought the house there wasn't a ditch! Now with the ditch I have continuous standing water, the grass is dead, and we have a breeding ground for mosquitos as well. Not the same quality as the Pulte Home I bought back in 2010. Shame that profit comes before quality and pride

I was able to choose all the options I wanted for my home and am very pleased with the quality of my choices. The only thing I would change, is that I chose to leave the extra part of my lanai uncovered. Because there is nothing behind me or on the side, I get a lot of wind and rain from 2 directions. So I am going to pay to have a solid roof put over that area and then the entire lanai screened to avoid wind and rain damage to my outside furniture, and make sure that no rain comes in my house if I leave the windows on that side open, It's more expensive, but sturdier than just a birdcage over that area. If I had it to do over, I would have had the entire area included under the roof when the house was being built. ... More

Trent was very easy to work with and answered all questions and got things done. He went above and beyond in accommodating us with meeting times since we were from out of state. Unfortunately the quality of some of the work done was not up to our expectations due to the limited workforce they are working with. Ryan, sales representative was great to work with throughout the process. He provided a lot of additional information on area and referrals for additional work to be done after closing. A little disappointed that after closing, we did not receive any type congratulations or "thank you" from him once we closed. Pulte Mortgage - this process was very cumbersome...there were too many people that we had to deal with - and we had to provide all of the same information multiple times. Every step was very simple. The initial interaction with the sales staff all the way through the mortgage process and to the closing was the easiest of the 5 homes we have ever bought. The process they have developed is the best we have ever seen from a home builder. We are estatic about our new home and look forward to many years here.

I will only say that it's been an experience. I'm thankful that we were able to close when we did and hopeful for the future of our development.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BUILT 4 HOMES IN OUR LIFETIME AND ALL WERE 2 TO 3 TIMES LARGER THAN THIS LAST AND FINAL ONE FOR US. WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES AND THE WORKMANSHIP AND THE DIRTY MESS LEFT FOR US WAS TREMENDOUS!! WE NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE WARRENTY COMPANY AND PEOPLE COMING BACK FOR SOME REPAIRS AND TELLING US OTHER THINGS NOT DONE WELL ARE ACCEPTIBLE TO PULTE HOMES. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US AND SO MANY OTHERS. SOME HAD TO BE BRIBED TO BUY THEIR HOMES BY THROWING IN A GOLF CART. WE JUST ASKED FOR THINGS TO BE DONE RIGHT. WE PAID FULL CASH FOR OUR HOME AND WANTED TO PULL OUT OF THE DEAL ALL TOGETHER TWO DAYS BEFORE CLOSING. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR REPAIRS AND VERY STESSED OVER THE WHOLE PROCESS. Bridgette our salesperson was the bright spot in this process .

Disappointed in the quality of the workmanship compared to other Pulte homes. Cracked concrete, inside doors that are not leveled / can't be closed and which were fixed by bending door hinges. Kitchen cabinets that needed touching up. Door seals that needed to be replaced since they were short of the door width. Misaligned garage door, Paint droplets on tile floor. We had 4 windows glass panes replaced. Not sure whether the work was rushed to meet closing date.

When we started this purchase - we were raving fans of the builder, but at the end we could no longer recommend them.

Sales Office lied when they told us work on the new building quit every day at three. They work seven days a week until dark sometimes even after dark. We were told appliances were checked and tested before we moved in. Mine, and at least 30 other people in my building have electric ranges where the ovens tripped the circuit breaker. Every time it is put on. It took whirlpool a month to come out and investigate the situation. Dog owners are ruining the new building. They let the dogs defecate right outside the front door, ruining the grass. We have even had dogs defecate in our elevator and the lobby where the owner just took off and left it. The rule is dogs should be walked 30 feet from the building. These people do not read emails. They should be sent regular mail on what the rules are, and fine the ones who break those rules. I also don’t know how Pulte can build multi family buildings without automatic doors in compliance with ADA regulations. ... More

Communication was bad. Lots of finger pointing and certain departments would not return calls Construction manager was thorough and responsive

We experienced a few issues after moving in and they were fixed in a short period of time.

I have total confidence in Del Webb Company. Everyone at the company that I came in contact with was totally professional and went above and beyond to help me through this process as stress free as possible. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Del Webb/Pulte have been responsive to any concerns and the customer service is excellent.

The construction supervisor, William, was GREAT. I give him a 10 out of 10. He worked with us and kept us updated throughout the construction process. The follow up person, Robert, that is supposed to pickup any issues still open after closing on the property has not responded or followed up on anything. He gets a 0. The sales agent, Carin, was very good. She gets a 10. We have a problem with trying to change our mailbox. It is located at the top of the row and my wife is too short to see inside the box and hard to retrieve the mail. The Closing Coordinator with Pulte Group, Rita, keeps insisting that we will have to receive a handicap box which requires a letter from my wife's doctor. To be clear, we DO NOT want or need a handicap box and have NEVER asked for one. She also says that all of the boxes have been assigned to all addresses in the community and can't be changed. She further said that the Post Master is in charge of this. But my wife spoke in person to Patrick, the Post Master, and he told her that Del Webb Pulte has all the keys and that Pulte was in charge of assignments. I am sure that Rita still has at least 100+ homes that have not been completed or even started and therefore those mailboxes have not been given to homeowners yet. Rita further suggested that my wife bring a step stool and a grabber to retrieve our mail. So, for the next 25+ years, she will, rain or shine carry a stool, a grabber, and many times an umbrella to the mailbox and then carry all of these items plus our mail and packages or boxes back to the car. What an absurd idea. Rita gets a MINUS 10. The grass from our property line to the lake was never put in. There are completed homes on our side. The ends and across the lake had grass installed several weeks ago. Our whole section has weeds growing higher every week and the dirt to the lake is eroding away. Another 0 for the HOA. ... More

We haver purchased several Pulte/Del Webb homes over the years and always have a very positive overall experience. This time was no exception. Zach, our sales person was very cordial, knowledgable and extremely accomodating. He went to exceptional lengths to meet our requests and needs. Josh, our building supervisor has been a pleasure to work with. He has been very responsive to service requests and quick to followup on any inquires or remedies.

The process was beyond frustrating. The walkthrough was scheduled before the property was even remotely ready to be shown. Many items were identified that needed to be addressed. To date all items have not been corrected. The home was dirty - foot prints on counters, windows not washed, floors not swept or washed… it is unbelievable the way the property was turned over. There are still issues with damaged walls, bulging tiles and painting needing to be done. I would not recommend anyone to purchase here. There was not enough attention paid to detail. Devon was great as our sales person. Answered all our questions, was prompt to answer emails, etc. Our house was finished within the time frame given so it worked out perfectly for move from my old house. Think workmanship is very good. Am very please with my purchase.
