From the beginning my salesperson Ross has been very responsive and showed genuine concern for me and my family. He follow up with all my calls in a very timely manner and was quick to get resolution Tim F construction manager also met my concerns and never rushed me , he gave me his attention and also was very responsive to get resolution Both made me feel that they have continued to support me and hold my hand through the process Excellent customer service from both of these gentlemen

Everyone is is friendly and there’s always something going on.

It’s very solidly built home. The quality of the build is outstanding and the design is well thought out, it’s a very livable home. The staff is fantastic, sales, escrow, mortgage, title, construction manager… all lovely humans who are great at their jobs and are nearly as excited for you as you are. If I had one piece of advice to a new buyer, I’d say do the upgrades, eg get the eggshell paint, under cabinet kitchen lighting, a backsplash, etc. There are whistles and bells you can do later at your leisure, but make it easy on yourself and make sure you order all the basic upgrades that you need before you move in your furniture. Buying and financing our new home through Pulte homes was a seamless and efficient experience. The house is well built and designed. Del Webb Wildlight is a great community with ample amenities.

The home was very well made. A few problems with electrical and home appliances. The refrigerator did not work when we first moved in. It was new and it took a month to get it replaced. It did leave us less than able to feel Del Webb was a reputable as we first felt. Now that we have a replacement all is good.

That Richard and Mark are responsive and informative on any questions I have had on my home and grounds. and Kim from HOA is professional and approachable.

From the first time I explored a Del Web home, through several times that I changed my mind on what home I wanted to purchase, the sales staff and the builder - supervisor have encouraged me and found me a great new home with amenities that appeal to me.

I already let several friends and a neighbor at the apartment complex we left and they expressed interest.

Home was finished when I first saw it. THey were able to repair/replace small itmes successfully.

For the most part I’m satisfied but on the interior function of sink drains could be better.

Overall the experience was great our construction manager Kristen was awesome to work with. I would recommend that they install USB outlets in the home.

Our contractor, Alvaro was exceptional!!! His professionalism, communication, and his interest in meeting our needs exceeded our expectations. He was always available to answer any questions and constantly updated us with the building process/progress via email, texts and photos. He is dedicated to his job 100% and a great asset to the company.

The home itself and the development/neighborhood are a step up from our last 55+ community experience. The build quality, amenities, and builder and HOA staff all have made this move a most enjoyable experience.

I found everyone helpful and answered all my questions. There was a problem with the cabinets I ordered but Patty helped me to find an alternative. Love my new house not disappointed with any of my choices. Love the area and the amenities. Also joined the Lake Las Vegas Sports Center and love the extras they provide. I haven't completely moved here yet but looking forward to it.

The buying experience was not stressful. The quality of the house is awesome. Del Webb has their processes down, construction, sales, design center, financing and closing. Well done.

The whole experience with Pulte was very pleasant. From the initial sales process with Ross, who was incredibly helpful, to Tina in the mortgage and financial aspect, who was very patient, accessible and also helpful, to Niko in the construction area who went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution of any issues. They all were marvelous and I am very happy in my new home. It has been a great experience.

Working with the Pulte team was easy and enjoyable, Darren, Paul, Alyssa and Ryan all are great to work with, responsive to our needs and communicate promptly. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the home and the workmanship, but a bit disappointed in some of the quality of the upgrade items in the home. We added a lot of upgrades about 35% of the base home price, and some of these upgrades were not as expected. Other finishes are fabulous but costly. We are happy to be in our home and expect to enjoy our life here in the community. So I would give our overall a 4.9 out of 5.

When we first moved in there were a few little things that needed taking care of. At first we were worried however John has been very helpful in taking care of all the issues and put our minds at ease. Patrick was here to help take care of a couple of issues and he was also great!! Very happy with my new home and the response to my issues. Thanks,

The whole process from start to finish was extremely seamless. The satisfaction of choosing your lot, floor plan, and finishes is so gratifying. We love walking into OUR home each and every time.

Overall excellent and very responsive to any and all questions or concerns. A very good value for the price. Amenities are excellent. Highly recommend Dell Webb to anyone.

We selected the Parklane model on a great lot with view of Lake Las Vegas. Learned a lot on buying cycle for a new home. Selection of Model, lot premium, structural upgrades and Design Center. Suggest people to get their favorite model and lot, this is where your money should go. Structural upgrades should be for ceiling fan wiring and sink in laundry room. Design Center upgrades should be very minimum, this is where prices are marked up high, save your $$$, just DIY or hire a contractor to complete your list , you will save tons of cash. All in all Del Webb has been a great experience.

We enjoyed the process of buying and having the house built with our choice of designs.

We weren’t thrilled with the sales process, but the construction and lending teams more than made up for it. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. Very pleased!
