Due to unforeseen life circumstances I had to move quickly. With the help of the Pulte Team I was able to close in 3.5 weeks! Love my new home. They have been very responsive to any concerns, home is well built and comfortable.

I emphasize the efficiency of a Del Webb community

Carlos was the best. He was responsive, timely and dependable.

My salesman Zac was there from start to finish. I switched choice of house from spec to new build and he was there. He sent many documents from the sale of my previous residence to those involving the new one which was a great help. The house is fine. It would be nice if the A/C filter was in a wall instead of a nine foot ceiling. Interiors and garages should come painted. Thank you.

Hannah our salesperson was great and Landon our project manager was also great. They both were very responsive to our needs. I am disappointed with some of the products which were used. Specifically the Whirlpool dishwasher does not do a good job of getting the dishes clean. Also the garbage disposer is only a 1/3 horsepower which is good for an apartment but not for a house. The disposer should have been at least 1/2 horsepower. The concrete on the driveway does not look good and the garage door makes awful crackling noise.

Our construction manager Shelby was responsive, attentive, and friendly. She really made our experience wonderful. Our sales person, Jim L was patient and extremely helpful. Every time we had a question, he responded quickly with he information.

We were excited to find a 55+ community close to our local area offering small homes with a yard that made downsizing an easier decision. Having the opportunity to spend a lot of time at Carter Mill to review the models (many times) was great and allowed us to prepare for a new home at Montebello. We did have concerns of course based on issues described by others on this post about the design choices, build quality, mortgage process, inspections and Pulte sales and project management responsiveness. However, in our case the entire process went smoothly with the only real issue being the delays in completing construction due to issues with Dominion Power. I give a lot of credit to Josh (sales), Emily (design options), Pulte Mortgage reps and David (Project Manager) for our positive experience. Of course we were not happy with the paint quality and some of the “attention to detail” issues and the limited choices in cabinets, lighting fixtures, landscaping and structural options. But all in all, we like the finished product. Since our June move in, we have met many nice neighbors, it’s easy to shop for just about anything and we look forward to to the clubhouse opening in a few months. ... More

I am a previous Del Webb owner from Florida. Team at Oxford is good but not as detailed as in Florida

Found many electrical issues , fixed myself. Framed Mirror was not straight waiting, still, for a replacement

House, at this point, seems to be well built. We moved from Florida and our home there was much quieter, due to stricter building codes (storms). This home is very comfortable and very glad we decided to finish out the basement.

A great home and place to live. Only issues were minor and resolved!

Our builder was exceptional and was with us every step of the way. However, we had and are still findimg a lot of touch up needed involving painting, missing door hinge, over painting on floors to dead sod outside. The lack of a mounting board or studs to secure our TV to the wall was very surprising given the fact that outlets were installed for the mounting on the wall of a TV. The common areas are very well maintained making living here a pleasure.

Overall, this was a very easy and pleasant experience - from viewing available properties, negotiating the contract, working with the construction manager, closing, and working with the customer care manager. The sales rep, Kialey B. went above and beyond our expectations and really set a high standard for others to follow - DWS should name a road or something after her. We purchased a property that was already complete and there were some issues we wanted addressed/corrected before closing. Although not everything was complete, enough was done for us to close on time. Kyle B., the construction manager, and Oliver D., the customer care manager, have stood by their word to complete everything to our expectations and are doing a great job. Well worth the investment. Very glad we made this decision.

Take time to read the papers given to you at closing, they do give you all the information you need.

Flooring was defective before we moved in. Even though we've been visited by a 'flooring services manager', and a rep from the flooring provider, the response has not been very quick. We've been in for over a month and the problem is still not resolved.

Bought a "spec" home, so didn't get to choose any of the features, but love my new home! Would have preferred a few things different, but the house is comfortable and beautiful. Small repairs were handled quickly by the friendly and helpful warranty guy. Living in Sun City is wonderful!

It has been a very interesting experience in a great way. They were always informative about the process of your home. The project managers try to keep up with your needs when possible. Overall on a scale of one to ten I give it a 9.

Our home buying experience went smoothly. Brent, the construction manager, was especially very helpful and helped to expedite our closing. We are in the process of moving in but really look forward to the activities in the community and enjoying our new home.

Our Project Manager (Francisco) was a 5 star individual. Building a home is a very complicated process, but the Pulte Team really showed a great deal of care in every regard. Great selection of standard options so there was no need to add many upgrades. Would definitely buy another Pulte home.

everyone we dealt with in the process of building at DWLO was responsive, cooperative and easy to work with. The experience from contract to move in was quick and seamless.

This was our first time purchasing new construction, but after hearing stories from friends about their experiences, I am grateful that we have not had any major issues. The sales and design team were extremely helpful and responsive. We were kept updated throughout the building process and our construction manager was amazing! He answered any questions we had and addressed concerns immediately. Since moving in, we have found only minor things that need attention and so far the warranty team has been quick to respond. I would recommend Pulte as a builder to my friends. While it’s too soon to really rate the Del Webb North Penn community, I anticipate that it will live up to my expectations. ... More

We love our new home! All of our dreams came true! The whole team of people have been so wonderful!

I've lived in many homes, townhomes and apartments in my life - I've never seen anything built as well as Pulte for this Del Webb community. The amenities here, and HOA included items are amazing too. My construction manager was and still is responsive and friendly. Unfortunately, I know I bought during a high bubble in real estate values and supply chain costs, but that will work itself out over time.
