The sales-rep (Alex), Construction Manager(Ryan) and warrantee manager(Jason) have all been exceptional. All get top marks. It's odd that Del Webb keeps saying "Congratulations" when they should be saying "Thank you". The purchase process is almost deliberately confusing and is not client-focused. I asked the online team one question and the response was non-sensical so I did not communicate with them again.

Overall satisfied with our new home, disappointed in the quality of interior paint and wood trim. Everyone at the sales of was professional and responsive.

The buying process was very easy and the sale staff was excellent. However, now that I have moved in, and paid in full my new home, I have experienced a large number of construction flaws and the response to get the issues fixed is unacceptable. I have no return on my phone calls nor text messages, I feel very neglected by a builder whose contractors did not complete quality workmanship and the final inspection should have corrected the problems. I am not a happy customer as I am left hanging waiting for someone to not only acknowledged the problems but will send reputable workers to fix the issues in a timely manner and communicate with me on an ETA. Having the shelving of the master closet collapse and tearing the drywall to mention the latest is very dangerous, I am afraid that the shelving system in the entire house is weak and could become a danger, Having exposed wiring was also dangerous. Sending an electrician who does not follow the work order and does not complete the task is neither professional nor acceptable. House was not properly cleaned before closing. Closing was postponed several times and we were not able to move in until about two weeks after closing. Painting required a lot of touch and redoing. Calking quality in bathrooms and other areas was poor and had to be redone. Trim was missing and front door would not propery close. Rear patio was below ground level and flooded. Our original sales lady, the construction manager and warranty manager have been helpful in getting most of the required work finished but there are still outstanding items and issues.

Warranty issues need to be addressed with some urgency. Toilets were cheap and seats should be self closing. This is a low cost feature. Sales need to offer more options and time to consider.

Our Construction Manager Lance was outstanding. Any issues, which for the most part were few and minor in nature were dealt with quickly. Lance tended to them in person immediately.

We chose this neighborhood bc it is absolutely beautiful. We decided on the Contour plan by Pulte. The workmanship is definitely lacking. The painters were sloppy. The tile guys did not do quality work either. Our tile in the master bath is extremely uneven. Waiting on repairs now & they r not very responsive. Just not as pleased as we thought we would be with our new home. And sadly the lady that did our closing was extremely unprofessional. Overall we do love the house & the neighborhood and will certainly enjoy the amenities when they are available.

From our Realtor Gil, Title Debbie, and builder Jakob, it was a wonderful experience! The property is beautiful, and the development is like a resort! Very happy!!

It is wonderful to have a brand new home in Temescal Valley that is so affordable. We also enjoy the indoor pool and clubhouse for over 55 people. Everything the Association does is helpful and well organized. There is beautiful landscaping in the common areas and at the clubhouses.

The process was very well organized. Sometimes I felt under pressure to do things and make decisions more quickly than I would have liked. I hope we made the right decisions. Selection of options / extras / style / colors was an especially stressful process. On the other hand I understand that Del Webb had to nail down the specs to build.

scratch on microwave door, flooring grout with drywall dust everywhere, hallway bathroom tub with crack, missing tile grout, black markings above drain and shower tile grout is leeching, back patio ceiling speaker at wrong location, front door threshold sweep with gaps, no interior paints touchup kit provided, missing hallway bathroom towel ring, scratched and rough finishes on upper wall cabinets in kitchen and laundry. The final walk was rushed.

Overall, very nice experience. I would recommend a friend.

Be prepared to spend another $50,000 over what the list price is of your home. The upgrades are ridiculously overpriced, and they do not allow for even the smallest of changes to the plan. You have no say on what landscaping is put in, so you have to tear it out and start over. They are very slow in fixing the things that were not installed correctly to begin with. The new home is great but Pulte as a company sucks big time.

The quality for a 600+ home is horrible! The paint, which was upgraded is horrible! Paint on the floor, rugs. chips on my counter that if they could not fix it expected me to pay for it. The landscaping person is absolutely useless! I had dead plants that I acknowledged before I moved in an trying to get them replaced correctly did not happen! It was not a good experience that's for sure!

I could not be more pleased with the entire process. Buying a home is always stressful but everyone here at Del Webb Lake Las Vegas was extremely helpful and responsive.

We built this home remote from Michigan and we didn’t really know what to expect. Our construction manager Cody and sales associate Holly did a great job keeping us up to date on the progress of our home on a weekly basis. Construction of our home finished ahead of schedule. The quality of construction exceeded our expectations. Thankfully we had no issues with construction. The entire process was an enjoyable experience.

Just a huge money grab. Price and value are out of sync. Plastic plumbing fixtures?

I highly recommend this builder. From the start someone from Pulte was always in contact keeping me updated on the construction which made me feel confident on my choice. The quality of my home exceeded my expectations and it was finished before the due date. I picked Pulte after looking a few other builders because of their workmanship, price, and the Pulte Team who works to made the process really smooth.

Jeremy our sales representative was very professional and attentive. He made the buying experience easy.

Our Sales person was absolutely wonderful. She keep us updated on the entire process of the the home being built. Every 2 weeks we received a status update on the home from ground breaking to the week before closing. As always, there were a few issues upon closing but the crew was very professional and great to work with in getting the issues resolved. Overall, we are very happy with the build of the home.

The entire process with a new home purchase at Del Webb Stone Creek (DWST) was an exceptional experience. The communication and support from the DWST Team was professional, personable and customer focused. The DWST Team were always timely in their follow up and follow through especially since I was physically 1300 miles from the new home site. The sales/marketing phase with Allen was the foundation of my purchase with knowledgeable and insightful explanations. The Design Studio Experience with Nicki was outstanding in choosing the interior decor. Gordon, my assigned Construction Manager, sent a weekly update including photos of the building stages. I chose Pulte Mortgage for financing with support, guidance and understanding expertly provided by Kirby and Michelle. The entire DWST and Pulte Team realize that they are not only in the construction business but in the people business. I now have a quality built home that was a solid value in comparison with others in the 55+ market. This was my third new home construction experience in my life and certainly the best. ... More
