Both Mike and Andrew have gone the extra mile in making sure our new home was as complete and comfortable as possible for us upon move in, and beyond move in- we appreciate their time and attention spent getting it right for us!

They do believe in the motto, “Service after the sale.”

Pulte/Del Webb people always very nice, very helpful and very responsive. The price we paid for our home is just the sign of the times….the Northern VA/DC /MD area is and always has been pricey when it comes to buying a home. We are enjoying our home.

Easy process, straight forward. We love our home.

So far my wife and l are enjoying our condominium. We have been happy with all the community events. The vehicles on the other side of Lyman street are a Real eye sore. They need to be relocated elsewhere.

The sales experience was great. Construction people were responsive to questions and issues during the process. And, any construction people we have dealt with have been helpful and nice. The quality of work and items that were acceptable for closing were not great. Poor workmanship on items why no one would think we’d notice. I have to ask….is the goal to turn over a quality home, or turn over a home auickly with major obvious items to be corrected with Warranty work. As I said, there is no issue with the people or the responsiveness. It just seems like if things were done correctly and with pride first, there would be no need for the post closing fixes. Seems like that would make customers happier and keep your recall costs down…..just saying. We are previous Pulte Del Webb buyers from Reno and had hoped the completed home experience would have been better…but, not. If you are really interested, I would be happy to discuss details with you for future improvements. We plan on totally enjoying our home and new location once all the issues are fixed. Thank you. ... Although there were some minor construction issues we had a great experience with Pulte. Customer service is wonderful. Would and have recommended Pulte homes to others.

Great construction mgr. warranty work a little slow

Transparency, Transparency, Transparency. DelWebb included us in every stage of the construction and wanted us to see the workmanship and materials used. They explained the hows, the whys and our construction manager David answered every question without hesitation or delay. I referred two family members to DelWebb and they purchased as well. Our salesman Bill is a tremendous asset to the company. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

We had an awesome construction/project supervisor. Our issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The construction went as planned. We are very happy with our new home.

From the very beginning (meeting my sales manager at the office) to meeting the construction foreman and the construction manager of my specific unit, everything went supremely well. I could not have asked for a better team. The mortgage experience with Pulte also went exceptionally smooth (other than the rate increase created by the late summer wave of inflation).

Our experience going through Pulte was very satisfying. From the design team to the construction managing team to the sales team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. We are now enjoying our beautiful home. I would highly recommend Pulte build your dream retirement home.

Overall a very good experience - they keep you updated with construction progress and gave a very informed and detailed meeting on exactly how the building is constructed. Always available to answer questions and the pre buy walk through was very thorough.

Our overall experience in purchasing the home was very positive. We enjoy the community, our neighbors, and amenities at.the Prairie Clubhouse. In addition to learning about the DelWebb community it is important for potential buyers to know how the community fits into future city development.

Lead contractor very informative about all aspects of construction and answered all our questions. Excellent follow up and addressing our punch list items. Overall, very good experience.

Home buying experience was simple and easy. A few key items have not yet been corrected.

Just be a little patient given the supply chain issues. I was and they made good on them.

We were very happy with the overall look an appearance of our new home. On final walkthrough, 90 percent of items were minor paint touchups. All appliances worked, floors, carpeting, cabinets and counter tops looked great. After punch list was completed almost all touchups to paint were complete. My only negative would be that the painting could have been a little better (thicker coat). Carlos was an excellent project manager.

It has been a seamless experience; any minor details have been resolved in a prompt and timely manner.

From the very start our Sales Agent, Valen was incredible. She helped us with our lot selection, answered our many questions, checked in to ensure we were happy and was very customer focused. Our Field Manager, Frank, was very professional, listened to any concerns we surfaced and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. He followed up after our settlement to ensure we were happy and even came over after our closing to fix a minor item himself. The reason we gave a 4 instead of 5 under "quality of workmanship & materials" is some products had to be substituted due to the industry's supply chain issues (i.e., aluminum windows vs. vinyl). We are thrilled with our new house and our decision to choose Del Webb Bayview as our retirement home. ... More

The majority of my contact has been with four individuals (Michelle, Susan, Max and Deborah) every last one of them were outstanding: competent, friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my needs and desires. Communication was always timely and thorough even though I was an out of state buyer. I’m in the post closing stages now, and they are responsive about addressing an issues that were bound to happen in an endeavor such as this. I had just a few disappointments in what options they offered and some of their stuff doesn’t seem current to todays trends: no sealer in the grout, no photo sensitive coach lights or motion sensitive outside security lights…. But, in the grand scheme of things, these items can be worked around. Timing-wise, they missed backend of my initial 3-month closing window by a month, but a hurricane did roll thru and there were supplier and contractor labor issues that I imagine most builders are encountering. I thought they did a pretty darn good job working thru it all. I’d happily work with Pulte/ Del Webb again! ... More
