The Pulte Team did fine work!

House completed well within the window that was promised.

We were very pleased with the communications during the building process. Any issues were immediately taken care of by our project manager. After the closing, however, several small details that were supposed to be addressed were never completed. We were told several items were supposed to be corrected, but it never happened. Still waiting after almost 2 months! Most of the areas to be addressed were in the cleanup/finishing of the construction - painting, concrete splashes, sod rolling, etc. Have had to finally do most of that on my own.

We had a great experience with the build of our Pulte home due to the people we dealt with throughout the entire process. Jeff, Joe and Jonathan couldn’t have communicated any better when we experienced the inevitable labor and materials issues that come up during a new build. They responded quickly and took care of the few deficiencies we encountered during the build process and helped us make a smooth transition to the post purchase customer care team. We started as hopeful buyers and ended up as happy customers and fans.

We moved into our new Pulte home in a 55 plus community after moving to nashville from reading pennsylvania. The design and build process was the best we’ve experienced after having bought 5 new homes in our life! Completely transparent and beating the promised build schedule! Quality was all and more than meeting our expectations! Few issues were resolved quickly!

Overall great experience. Could pay alittle more attention to building details and finish out. Very quick to resolve issues.

It appears that you are rushing in the building of the homes and some of the features are done rather sloppy. Also, because of the rush to put up the houses and the lack of materials, ie. windows and screens, you are substituting.

The house was built to our expectations and our head of building is great! We have had a few issues with the house after we moved in. The outside faucets leaked, the electrical in the garage keeps blowing the gfi outlet and our roof leaks. So far the roofers have come out and sprayed water on the roof. It didn’t leak where they sprayed so they said there was nothing they could do and left. That is why the rating is not a 5 across the board.

Excellent sales experience. The sales and support staff were great to work with.

This is our 15th home purchase from various locations around the country. Del Webb has been our best overall purchasing experience.

Seamless and the sales rep was fantastic

My salesman helped me during entire process. Especially especially since I did everything from purchase, decorating choices, and closing ande made it easy even though I was in California and Able to accomplish it all.

The commitment and support we received from Caryn and Kelly was outstanding. Caryn was very kind and understanding, and always made herself available to answer questions and provide periodic updates. Kelly provided great communication and was attentive to our needs as he guided us through the construction process. We hope to have great memories here at Del Webb.

Our affinity for forward thinking floor plans and comfort led us to Toll Brothers and Pulte. We stumbled upon Pulte's Del Webb in December 2021 and fell in love with the community, thoughtful planning and amenities. The value is much greater here than in the Northeast corridor (NJ). We are very happy here.

The staff at Del Webb from the sales rep to our project manager were great. Always responding to our questions and concerns. Sales rep Debbie guided us through the process of selecting our options and was always there to help us. Our project manager Josh took us through the walk throughs and resolved any construction issue. Josh went above and beyond to help us. Not as impressed with the quality of workmanship, we are still finding issues, but as long as the staff are willing to resolve them, it will be fine.

Ease of picking out our home model, lot, and all the amenities. Nice experience.

Moving from CALIFORNIA here has been eventful, and trying. I think it has been and will be worth it. Pulte has made that as easy as it can be. Not perfect but good.

We love our house! Great quality, very fair price and we love being a part of the Del Webb community. The amenities are great. Our only frustration, was the way our realtor dealt with us every time there was an issue to work through (and we knew buying a new home was going to be some issues to work through). When problems/challenges came up, rather than try to explain things or walk through the options with us, we were basically told to take it or leave it. THREE separate times the option given to us was accept this or walk away and lose your 10% down payment. My spouse and I were both in sales. Take it or leave it is not a great way to do business. The experience up to the purchase was very pleasant. After the Project manager, Dennis, was no longer part of our experience it has not been as great. Response to issues is very slow and many excuses for missed appointments have been given. The issues are minor so no real way of life problems only customer satisfaction items that are irritating but not consequential.

Good communication and responsiveness to concerns

Love this house, We were a little concerned about the total build time. I know materials were a big issue but the delay couldn't have come at a worse time due to interest rate increases.

The experience from finding the right home and location to the closing has been an exceptional experience. The sales rep was very informative through out the process. She kept us informed about the process of our home. The construction manager team have been easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We have been invited to several community events and met with homeowners and potential home owners. We develop relationships with homeowners before moving in. We have been living here less than 2 months and it has been a great lifestyle change. I would recommend anyone to this community who is looking for a place of relaxation and fun filled lifestyle. ...
