Closing was delayed because we didn’t have a certificate of occupancy. Our home builder and I had to follow up several times with the closing department to let them know the certificate of occupancy was finally granted. Our home builder went above and beyond to get us in the home and addressed all issues. This is our third Pulte home and we know they build a good product. Just very frustrated with the closing process.

The house construction seems good. Value for the money not good. Lot has a bad view of a house in the back. Highway noise is very high. At $675K I believe we over paid for what we got. The Amazon warehouse in the neighborhood is an eye soar. Neighborhood looks more like a military. I just don’t think the neighborhood is ascetically attractive. The few people we have met seem very nice. We love the lap pool. We were very disappointed that due to the timing of our purchase we had no input (zero) of anything in the house. Lack of flexibility.

One officer within Del Webb was dismissive of my concerns. Aside from that one aberrant example, my wife and I were very pleased at everyone’s expertise and kindness. From the front desk personnel, to the salespersons, to the woman guiding us through the interior design process, to the construction foreman and his colleagues, they all have been supportive every step in the process. It’s our first home bought from the ground up, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Sales encouraged me to select a hilltop lot with a great view - feels like living on a golf course! Workmanship, construction manager were superior. 30 day inspection items were quickly taken care of. Impressive!

We were very excited about moving into our new home. Yes, we knew there would be issues with a new build. However there have been SO many quality issues with our new home and repairs needed. At this time we truly question the overall quality & workmanship.

Very satisfied with the home overall, however, the final finishes are a little sloppy. I believe they send in a final crew to touch up, who slopped minor amounts of paint on light switches, windows, floors and counter tops. Also, tile grout is a little messy around some perimeter areas. They need to have a little more pride with these details.

Our home is beautiful and everything we hoped for. Overall experience was great!

Homes are expensive here in Del Webb Nexton but a big part of what you're paying for is the location, community amenities, and style of living. It turns out our sales rep was quite honest about all the positive qualities she mentioned and she gave great advice about what home upgrade options were good value and which ones were perhaps overpriced. From what we've experienced in comparison to other homebuyers we've talked to, the biggest difference in how things turn out, be they good or bad, is the effectiveness of the construction manager. It turns out we had one of the best construction managers and therefore a good outcome, as did other homebuyers who had the same manager. Others who had not so effective construction managers or multiple construction managers during their construction process have had numerous issues to deal with during and after construction. ... Repairs after move in can sometime be slow.

Beautiful location and the grounds are maintained. I wish the response time for issues were shortened!

We are evaluating our purchase through the lens of intent. We were looking for a 6 month oasis in a community that offers all the amenities for an active lifestyle. So the larger view is that we are thrilled with out purchase and looking forward to returning in October. One can find negative reviews, construction inadequacies etc, - but our experience with Peter and Edith to acknowledge, coordinate and follow up with remedial actions has been entirely positive. The repair timeline was well communicated and adhered to. The sub contractors that we have met have been professional, competent and very diligent in correcting any issues. We found the buying experience very good. The sales staff were always responsive to our questions and returned call relatively promptly, The virtual meetings with Tim were very helpful. We especially enjoyed working with Marie, who helped us picking out the many upgrades to our unit. She was a great designer. Jason kept us informed on the building progress throughout long and stessful process.

Del Webb is a trustworthy builder who listens to ones needs and responds in an excellent manner, The whoe experience was easy and delightful.

Our long distance building process was very good. Our construction manager and sales associate answered our questions and updated us on progress throughout. They were quick to address any issues and responsive to our concerns. We are happy with our build experience and the quality of materials used.

Ask a lot of questions and make sure you understand the process.

We could not be happier with our home and the community of Stone Creek. Del Webb did a great job from start to finish. Our construction manager Jack was very responsive and kept us apprised of all progress. He was very responsive to our questions. We would highly recommend del Webb in Stone Creek to anyone looking in the Ocala area.

Financing with Dalton was the best ever experienced in the five homes (retired Navy) purchased. Our construction supervisor, James, was incredible in every facet. The people of Del Webb far exceeded the subcontractors quality of work. It was not the standard for the price paid for the home.

The builder neglected details and was in a rush. Grouts in the bathrooms are barely there and rough. I wonder if the tiles will stay together much long and grout sealer was not even applied where the bathtub and floor meet and the grout is cracking from drying. Generally the workmanship is quite poor. I wonder what else I will notice later. And the doors are too big where the space is small; they hit together. Buying process was pleasant.

We were impressed by quality of building construction and responsiveness of staff.

There was poor oversight of the trades during the build. We found multiple issues that our construction manager did not find i.e. electrical, flooring, cabinetry, finish carpentry, etc. Pulte was good at responding to our concerns and attempting to rectify some but it was frustrating to continue to find so many issues from the pre drywall to the pre close walk throughs. We felt as though we had to be the construction managers of the build. However, we do love the community, but sorry to say, it just was not a good experience with the build.

Your warranty service sucks. You are more interested in avoiding responsibility and costs than satisfying your customers. Again, I could cite numerous examples but you really just don't care

So many problems. Closing set then postponed indefinitely without informing us. Appliances not hooked up. Final walkthrough never done. Promised cleanup never done. Garage door has been worked on but still awaiting part to complete repair. Sprinklers set incorrectly resulting in a $900+ water bill for a two week period. Driveway crumbling. At least the roof doesn’t leak. Yet.
