Good quality and workmanship. Staff were very attentive to our needs and questions. Not quite as much flexibility in construction and design as I would have liked to see. All in all it was a very positive experience, in a great community and so far, the home seems very well built.

Our new home was beautifully and sturdily built in spite of the chaos in the labor and materials markets. The people of Del Webb Stone Creek were always forthright, respectful, cheerfully reassuring, and as it turns out--completely trustworthy. That was important to us because we were unable to supervise or even visit our project the entire time it was being built.

Pulte homes are a good value for the money you spend. Sales, Construction Management and Warranty Management very responsive. This is my third Pulte/Centex home my first in a Del Webb community .Highly recommend.

The entire experience was essentially virtual, from west Africa to Florida. Despite communication challenges the process moved along smoothly, albeit with with some “delays”. Note: my only “negative” has been the inability to evaluate our Construction Manager since I never received a link to do so. Please take note that for all intents and purposes, I would rate the experience with David G a solid “10” across the board, and nothing less. Please let me know if any further clarifications are needed.

Construction Nails on my tire. Should clean in detail (Magnet cleaner to pick up construction metal piece) the current resident drive way to main road From time to time until finish the construction.

Great house. Great community. Great place to retire.

Our new home was finished quickly. Carlos stayed in touch with us even when we were too sick to come see the progress. Olivia did all she could to help us get in as soon as we could.

Justin and John provided guidance thru the whole process. Whenever we had a question, needed additional information, or needed an issue resolved, they were always there to help. Del Webb is very lucky to have these two assets.

Our building manager “T J Hugel” was excellent.

Overall it has been a positive experience from sales, building and warranty items being cared for.

Our construction manager and the on-site sales team at Pulte were terrific. We lived out of state during construction of our house, and they were very responsive to our questions and issues.

Any new home will have things that need fixing or redoing altogether, but you can be reassured that the Del Webb group will get the house fixed to your satisfaction. Our project manager, Carlos, was able to get us in our house several days ahead of schedule which saved us from storing furniture and staying in a hotel. We have been very pleased with the results of fixing minor problems and making sure we love our home.

Great people and service throughout the building of my new home in Sun City, Texas. I gave mostly 5 ratings, but did give a 4 rating in 3 categories and here’s why: QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS: - supply chain issues delayed completion of my house by almost 6 months. This was NOT Pulte’s fault but was very frustrating. -so many different people were in and out, working on the different aspects of my home. I did periodic checkups throughout the building and several times the issue had to be re-done again, sometimes more than once. However, my Field Manager, Edward Huncherick, was on top of it EVERY SINGLE time I called him. He and my Sales Rep, Jim Lanier, deserve ALL the credit for how much I am loving enjoying my new home. VALUE FOR YHE PRICE PAID -Again, I gave a 4 instead of a 5, and again, I do not hold Pulte responsible. I just think the entire realty market is out-of-control and houses are overpriced. VALUE FOR THE PRICE PAID: -This goes along with the comment directly above. I know if I were to walk into the sales office today and contracted the EXACT same house, land plot and options/ upgrades, it would cost me approximately $90000 more, so that looks like EXCELLENT VALUE. However, because of that out-of-control market I mentioned, hopefully that value will hold and maybe increase more, but there’s no way of knowing unless I sell. Regardless of my lower ratings in the three categories, I LOVE my new house and the 55+ community lifestyle and amenities. Probably one of the smartest moves I’ve ever made!!! Everyone involved in the process from beginning to end made the purchase a pleasure. From the sales associate to the title company and escrow officers to the reps who handle construction issues, all were extremely responsive and professional in answering questions and fixing any issues.

Karen at sales was over the top helpful. Christian and Andy construction supervision very knowledgeable and always helpful. Thanks to everyone.

I couldn't have been happier buying our home from Pulte. I personally worked with Madina in the sales office, Matt on the construction side, and Ryan & Andrea on the warranty side of things. They are all very helpful people who know their jobs well and are very responsive with answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Pulte homes if you're looking for your next or final dream home!

After moving in I noticed that the front door will not lock, this is concerning because of security of the home, I called to have the front door fixed as an emergency and it took 3 days for someone to fix it. Other wise I am happy.

my experience from the beginning to closing of escrow were good. People I dealt with answered my questions and were pleasant .

We love living in Dell Webb and our experience in building with Pulte was smooth. Our sales coordinator (Dana T.) was special, as was our building project manager ( Foster).

Catherine was great to work with, so knowledgeable and professional.

The security and lighting in the community is excellent. The personnel at the clubhouse working in restaurant/bar area are very personable. Alot of great activities.

I purposely start my review by recognizing two Pulte employees: our construction manager, Brian, and Pam, our customer service representative. Pulte is fortunate in being able to employ such professionals- we were fortunate to have worked with them during the construction and post construction process, as per: Because we weren’t present during a majority of the construction phase, Brian was our key contact in regularly providing updates, photographs and by being immediately responsive to questions we had along the way. He couldn’t have done a better job filing his position as construction manager during the entire process. He was our advocate. Post closing, we had a significant construction set back requiring Pam to step in as Pulte’s representative in returning the house to its original state. Pulte, through Pam, never hesitated in providing the labor, material and financial resources to get the job done in a very timely manner so we could occupy the home. Truly exemplary customer service by Pulte in general and by a capable, knowledge and pleasant professional in particular. As for Pulte and specifically Del Webb Nocatee, we recognize these are difficult times with well reported difficult issues for builders and home buyers. As we, along others experienced, there were delays in construction due to unavoidable labor and material shortages, frenetic market activity and in some cases quality workmanship issues likely due to a lack of skilled labor. I specially mention interior trim work and interior painting. A limited summary breakdown ( builder and up grade materials): PROs: kitchen appliances, bath fixtures, flooring ( tile, carpet, vinyl), cabinets, floor plan, yard/landscape, pavers, master bath shower, tubs, customer service, over- all building experience and the beauty of the community CONs: majority of the interior trim, wallboard taping and painting; upgraded “drop zone” and other expensive upgraded items of questionable value and quality; sloppy electrical work ( outlets); inflexibility in making design changes. CONCLUSION: What it all breaks down to is knowing what we now know would we make the same buying decision-the answer is yes (although noting we have only been here two months). Some limited advice includes working closely with your construction manager; know that all your expectations will not be realized due to unforeseen circumstances; that your home is a customized home not a custom home; and that your purchase will be expensive considering the combined base cost of the home, lot cost and items you may select from the Design Center where you will work with the capable and pleasant Priya. ...
