Management is excellent. Mortgage experience with Pulte Mortgage was dreadful.

Quality construction and good response.

Lovely neighborhood. Great floor plans.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from the first sales meeting through final construction. Our house was built on time in spite of very adverse weather conditions; heavy rain, extreme cold/ice. Also in spite of material shortages. Everyone worked hard to keep to their original promises.

They did the best they could in a tough environment

Andrew did good. Minimal contact with Sales after ours passed.

Very good team at Del Webb Stone Creek that all like what they do and do their jobs well. They are understaffed for the increase in the number of new home builds in the past year. Overall we are very happy with the quality of our home and the Stone Creek community.

Everything as far as the buying process and all the way up to closing was great. Everyone was super nice. I think after we closed a couple issues came up. We have now lived here 5 weeks and we haven’t had an oven that works. I have been through the warranty department and everything but have not gotten anything resolved yet. Still no oven. I also think that when they pressure wash your sidewalk and driveway that they should do the curb and sidewalk in front of the house. My sidewalk and driveway are clean but the curb and sidewalk in front of the house looks like red clay. If I want it cleaned I’m going to have to do it myself. ... More

Pulte Homes are well constructed and energy efficient. Good selection of materials for finishing the interior. Great floorplan designs with option selections. Overall a very nice home.

We're new residents in our development, and giving it 3 stars for the workmanship as there have been too many issues overlooked after we moved in- mostly cosmetic and nothing structural to our knowledge.

My Lake Oconee building experience went very smooth and the home was completed within the original time line. The Sales & Builder Professionals were always great to work with !

Great buying experience. On time delivery was great. Post closing fixes a little slower than expected.

Candee is super. She was honest trustworthy and worked to give us the best deal on buying she could.?she keep us V informed through the process and beyond. She communicated with us on a regular basis since we were out of date. She always had a smile and ensured we understood everything. She respond no matter when we contacted her. She made the experience easy. The inspector Mark was outstanding. He contacted us through out the build process to show us by FaceTime what was being done as our hose was built.?he did walk through with us monce we arrived in town and explained how our house was engineered. He endured us the house was built to Pulte excellent standards.. He was friendly excited about telling us about the house. He endured any mistakes were corrected during his inspections. We had a great experience buying our home in Del Webb Cypress Falls in North Port FL. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The construction manager was excellent and kept us informed throughout the entire build process. We are very satisfied with our home purchase and highly recommend Del Webb as an active adult retirement community.

My home was completed right on schedule.

The model homes and availability of staff to answer questions were great.

It is a 55+ community. The lot looked flat but we ended up with a lot of steps in both entrances to the front of the house. I feel like should be avoided in a 55+ community.

We were pleased to receive weekly updates from our Salesperson, Ken and our Building Supervisor, Andrew while our home was being built. (We were out of state.) The staff at the Title Company and the Design Center were great, providing us with all necessary documents and updates. Mortgage Company also made long-distance qualifying as easy as possible, although scanning documents was sometimes challenging.

The Del Webb team was wonderful from beginning to end with always keeping me updated with information on each stage while my home was being built, which gave me confidence that I would close on schedule.

First of all, Del Webb is the Community. Pulte is the builder. Our experience with the Del Webb sales office was great, our rep was Bruce. Very nice guy and super helpful through the buying process as well as follow up visits. As far as the home, I am very happy with the way the house turned out. Covid-19 affected the length of construction time but in the end, the home was completed a day early. We had two construction superintendents, one for the early construction and one for the later through completion. Both were great to work with. This was my third new construction and it went great. Attention to detail through out the house was followed all along so at the final walk through, there was very little to have corrected. The only part of the process that could have been better was at the Design Center where one picks out everything. We felt rushed and the center itself could have been better. As an example, the table where one lays out everything, like tile, carpet, flooring ect was on a table top of granite that had multiple colors and made it difficult to really visualize how things would look. As my husband and I cannot be at our new house yet, the builder has been more than willing to work with my mother (who lives in the area) to see all of the flaws and concerns we have. The two of them will be working together to make sure all problem areas are corrected.
