great feedback while been built lack of response to warranty issues

We were pleased to receive weekly updates from our Salesperson, Ken and our Building Supervisor, Andrew while our home was being built. (We were out of state.) The staff at the Title Company and the Design Center were great, providing us with all necessary documents and updates. Mortgage Company also made long-distance qualifying as easy as possible, although scanning documents was sometimes challenging.

First of all, Del Webb is the Community. Pulte is the builder. Our experience with the Del Webb sales office was great, our rep was Bruce. Very nice guy and super helpful through the buying process as well as follow up visits. As far as the home, I am very happy with the way the house turned out. Covid-19 affected the length of construction time but in the end, the home was completed a day early. We had two construction superintendents, one for the early construction and one for the later through completion. Both were great to work with. This was my third new construction and it went great. Attention to detail through out the house was followed all along so at the final walk through, there was very little to have corrected. The only part of the process that could have been better was at the Design Center where one picks out everything. We felt rushed and the center itself could have been better. As an example, the table where one lays out everything, like tile, carpet, flooring ect was on a table top of granite that had multiple colors and made it difficult to really visualize how things would look. Very responsive during building process, not as responsive from customer service after move in for needed repairs.

Our construction manager is what saved Pulte’s reputation with us. I still have one wall I want redone. No one knows why it was done this way!!!

When we did the walk-through with Field Manager Steve J...we had a very good experience. Issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This is the 4th home I've built over the years and probably the best process of them all. I was kept updated on any issues that came up and my questions were answered promptly. Workmanship above average.

Buying a new home from Pulte/Del Webb is smooth, the construction process is good and the people all round are responsive. We just wish we we told more up front what to expect as the building process unfolded.

Steve in Sales was great to work with, very knowledgeable. You really need to consider the overall cost of what to add in upfront versus doing it later. Moving into a new home has enough worries with just moving, downsizing, gleaning out stuff you should have gotten rid of before. Things happen fast in construction and its exciting to watch it go up. We like our field manager too, Dale. We love the warranties we have, just makes us feel that once you move in, you are not forgotten. Makes me think Pulte stands behind their work. From the night we moved in both my husband and I felt comfortable and, “at home“. The home we bought is exactly the home we wanted and we just love it. Even our cat was comfortable on day one.

They are friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns.

Excellent, immediate response to us from Joey Simpson re numerous important repairs. Contractor installers not getting it right the first time by far the greatest of issues!

We would do it all over again

The sales agent who worked with us throughout the process in choosing the materials in the construction and helped to pick out a lot that met our needs but also helped in directing us financially in what we needed to do to make our dream home a reality was remarkably outstanding. Give her a raise!

Very good experience with my home purchase at Del Webb Orlando. From signing contract to design to final walk through was seamless and a good experience.

Completion of my house was within 1 month of original projection. Found no material defects in construction of home. Very pleases with my decision.

Builder both pleasant and professional. Answered all questions, resolved all issues, and made himself available. Hard to expect more.

Love our home. Everyone involved has been great however the person responsible for design and fixtures obviously had no interest in the fact that seniors live here. The oven has small grey instructions to see and it’s not simple. The microwave opens down many of us are shorter than we used to be so if there are any spills we can’t reach them. The dishwasher has a cabinet between the sink and dishwasher so the rinsed dishes either drip on the counter or on the floor, no consideration there also the majority of consumers are right handed and it’s on the left. These are not major issues but they do make a difference . Again we love our home and the construction team and hope these suggestions and hope Pulte appreciates our input. ... More
