Very responsive during building process, not as responsive from customer service after move in for needed repairs.

Tanya was great to work with. Her expertise and always available attitude made my experience so much better. She was exceptional about keeping me updated and was available when I had any question or concerns (even on her days off).

A more thorough walk thru about 1 or 2 weeks after move in to address questions the new owners will have about their new home.

Our construction manager is what saved Pulte’s reputation with us. I still have one wall I want redone. No one knows why it was done this way!!!

The landscaping of so many trees and blooming flowers makes me feel like I live in an enchanted forest.

When we did the walk-through with Field Manager Steve J...we had a very good experience. Issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This is the 4th home I've built over the years and probably the best process of them all. I was kept updated on any issues that came up and my questions were answered promptly. Workmanship above average.

Buying a new home from Pulte/Del Webb is smooth, the construction process is good and the people all round are responsive. We just wish we we told more up front what to expect as the building process unfolded.

We had a great purchasing experience with Kristin and building experience with our construction manager NIck. Both are an asset to your company.

So far all has gone well, responsive to fix something fast ie. a leak after a major rain storm. I bought my house basically via phone which was a new experience and there's a couple of things I might have changed if I had been seeing the actual houses but I'm still loving my house.

Exceptional workmanship that exemplifies quality. Service issues get resolved promptly. The sales personnel, Melanie and Connie, are extremely helpful and are pleasant to work with. Thank you for employing these true professionals.

Steve in Sales was great to work with, very knowledgeable. You really need to consider the overall cost of what to add in upfront versus doing it later. Moving into a new home has enough worries with just moving, downsizing, gleaning out stuff you should have gotten rid of before. Things happen fast in construction and its exciting to watch it go up. We like our field manager too, Dale. We love the warranties we have, just makes us feel that once you move in, you are not forgotten. Makes me think Pulte stands behind their work. They want everyone to be happy

Overall they did a wonderful job building my house. They took care of all small issues I had in a timely fashion. They could have put a second coat of paint throughout the house though,

I had the best construction manager I have ever dealt with. Phil was friendly and knowledgeable in the building trade and bent over backwards to get it done right. Phil did a great job supervising my house. Thanks to Phil, the house is good except for minor things.

The home is great your staff very helpful. We bought a model and the condition of some things was not kept up to date so dealing with those issues. Also building next door construction debris and damage continues

Pulte built us a great home. No build quality issues. The home was built exactly to specs. Everything met our expectations. A great home buying/build experience!
