From the sales staff at Del Webb to the Pulte Home underwriters were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my home from the start. I was regularly updated with photo's and phone calls.

How they take pride in the construction of the home and show how the house is built and with what material. If a problem is noticed it is fixed quickly.

Bobbie was our agent and she kept in constant contact with us throughout the process.

In my opinion, the materials used to build our unit are considerably below my expectation based on the price paid, especially since we upgraded almost everything. I realized that we are not buying just a residence, but rather a way of life, but coming from our old to this new home, the floors, cabinets, etc. are a bit disappointing.

Builder was very knowledgeable about all the materials and craft

Disappointed in the overall care of community. Light posts not repaired. Fire hydrants not painted. Don’t like the looks of the electrical poles in yards,yet home owners association wants us to take care of our properties.

The construction process was worry-free and exceeded our expectations.

My wife and I were very surprised with the amount of options and choices we were allowed to make. We feel we got a custom home for a track home price.

Building Supt. Great guy to work with

The supervisor was great and delivered on time kept us informed of progress. However the pool company has given us a hard time with regards to the auto fill not working properly and causing excessive water bills. Their answer was we are not responsible for water usage and you should shut off the auto fill control valve

Closing date was established months before and we closed that day.

Jacob was the project manager. He was very attentive to our needs. Very thorough and timely with communication. We’re glad he was our project manager

WE were living 200 miles away during the building process, but were made to feel we were right there with regular updates. The range of design and finish options were terrific and we felt everyone on the Pulte team had our best interests in mind.

Excellent floor plan. Appreciate how I was kept up to date. Disappointed in the interior painting and air conditioning unit didn’t work after moving in.

The quality of our new home is outstanding. Pulte does add some quality touches to ensure the home is well built. We do feel the value/price were fair. The base price in our location was best for a Pulte home, where they get you are in the upgrades... who doesn't want some upgrades? We are happy with what we chose. Pulte did submit a change order without our knowledge or permission, we took exception to this. Pulte does put together a pretty solid contact and we relied on our contract to help us prevail in our position on this subject. We have a certain amount of time to submit a punch list after move in. We submitted our items within the time frame but have yet to have all the work completed. Some work has to wait until landscaping is done, however one last task has not been completed, nor have I received a confirmation that all my emails are acknowledged. Wanted to join resort lifestyle , quiet small town. We bought a ready to move in spec house with a pond view , pool , three car , 3br,3ba , office den ,great kitchen with open concept to living and dining . Large lanai and screened in pool. Best part was all the great new neighbors. Ave Maria is very nice in a rural setting . Nice roads to and from .Pulte offered us a nice finance package that was a smooth process and quick .

Do your homework prior to purchasing

Great home, some delay in addressing some issues, particularly resolving some openings at the bottom of the sliding door. Allowing bugs and other small insects to enter the home. Other were address quickly and successfully. Beautiful home, Well laid out, and easy to make our own.

For the price, overall workmanship good be better.

We had a good experience. You need to be involved and check on your home often. Do your research and know what you want. Visit the models and meet some of your neighbors.
