The quality of the homes is excellent. However, base prices advertised are a long way from end price. Upgrades are costly.

Build quality is very good and support from the builder has been good as well.

Our 1st DelWebb home be built and our experience was awesome! Our Field Manager was the best! Our 2nd DelWebb home was an inventory house, we knew nothing could be changed and we were satisfied with 95% of the choices which had been made by the sales team. When considering an inventory home, pay special attention to all the outlets and plugs, some folks are not tech saavy. Always pay the extra for irrigation, well worth it! Be sure the sod is watered from the start or there will be many weeds to contend with. The 4 ft extension on the garage is also well worth the price! The pull out drawers in kitchen are well worth the price! Also under cabinet lighting is very helpful. We returned to DelWebb to be with folks our age and the amenities in place! The buying process was easy from start through close. Everyone was very professional and responsive throughout.

Good sales and build experience. Choice of options is limited and really adds to the price considerably--a bit of a surprise! Quality of some details--paint, wood trim--not up to the quality of the overall house. Overall great home!!

We built this home while we lived out of state. We had challenges with the first building manager keeping in touch and felt frustrated and uninformed but Del Webb reassigned us and the experience completely changed. The second manager assigned was great, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. He took over right at the point our framing was completed, he spoke with us weekly, providing pictures and details on the next steps. We love the area, the floor plan and efficiency of our home. The layout is exactly what I needed.

Our construction Mgr was very helpful. There are many points to cover and he did a great job but realistically some things you will not find until you live in the house. They have been great about a response to correct if fix problems.

Love my new house, quality building and style. Closed during COVID and didn’t get good support after moving in.

The entire home buying experience was conducted with honesty and professionalism on the part of the Del Webb sales people to the individual that walks you through your finished home. Never once did anyone promise anything they could not deliver.

Overall marks are high. Warranty issues such as shower tile, leaky sliders and sticking stove knob will be taken care of. Paint splatters everywhere.

My superintendent Randy was great. Always patient and understanding and promptly reactive. Some items way overpriced (esp. at design center where there is a great deal of pressure. Hardware like kitchen sink, towel holders, toilet paper holder look nice but very poor quality. Stella, our sales representative was very honest and helpful.

The sales personnel are excellent not only with knowledge of the building process, but were very accommodating with their variations of home details referencing materials not available any longer, etc. Your project manager Justin was extremely helpful through the entire building process.

Our sales rep Chuck did a fabulous job working with us. When our home in Florida sold quickly, he helped us switch to a move-in ready home of the same model as the one we had contracted to build, making for a much smoother transition. Using Pulte Mortgage was a great experience as well. Overall, the house is well-built. Once our punch list items are completed, we can honestly say that Pulte and Del Webb do a fine job in delivering a quality house in a community that offers a tremendous lifestyle.

It's hard to give a meaningful rating of a new home. We've had some problems with our Lennox heat and A/C system, which they are working to resolve. Also had some serious scratching of the sink in our second bath which needed to be resolved. Beyond that, no major issues. In general, we are very pleased with the quality of the build. Hopefully we'll still feel the same after a few more years.

For the middle class income its a bit pricey, the area n neighborhood is excellent. Tips: have lots of cash on hand for things that arent included in homes, like steps in attics, labor etc.

Purchasing a home in Arizona and Dove Mountain, in particular, was actually a spur of the moment decision. We fell in love with our home and the locale and have not regretted moving there as "snowbirds" and already considering being full time residents.

Just some minor issues to be taken care of after settlement. Nothing major. All and All this appears to be a well built house.

Been in home for 2 months, finding little things that sub-contractors shortcut, covered over or ignored. Believe they took advantage of new to the business construction manager. Fortunately so far, I have been able to fix or repair items w/o much, if any, cost.

Surpasses our expectations of an Active Adult Community. If you can't find activities it is on you, there is just tons of things to do.

Beautiful homes

We have recently moved into our new home and we still have smiles on our faces. For the most part we are very happy with the house. There are things that of course could have been improved on, but overall, I would give the entire experience a B+ rating for satisfaction. We love the community, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly easy living community, where there is always something going on.

My field mgr. was wonderful! He addressed any and all of my problems. Although I know this is not a custom built home, I believe the level of craftsmanship could be better, especially on the finish work. Some of the problems I incurred were small but should have been seen as the work was being done...not by the homeowner. That goes for inside and outside. Bottom line.....I love my home and love living in Del Webb!

We got the quality we expected given the very reasonable price and we are now happily living in it with no issues. When you consider the included amenities the home is a steal.
