Great experience. My home is very energy efficient and well built. No surprises and I received exactly what was promised.

The floor plan suits our needs. There was an early completion date and we were able to move in right away. The quality is great and the subsequent service has been very satisfactory.

Everything was great! Except the paint quality! I'm amazed that these beautiful, well built homes, would use such low quality paint.

We have built three homes in our lives. This one was the best! Quality, trustworthy love our home.

Working with the sales and team building the house was seamless. They were courteous of our time and kept us informed of all updates and timelines as they occurred. Closed on the timeline despite weather and Covid issues. However, there is some disappointment in some of the final finishes. As the community has grown some of the finishes that were in the model that were either standard or options are no longer available like a painted garage or wainscoting.

This is our 2nd Del Webb home, great company!

We really love that the appliances, plumbing, and light fixtures were great quality choices.

I worked with Scott in Sales and John A was my builder. They both were great!

I bought a quick move in . Very happy with their choices. My project manager Anthony was very professional and on top on any issues that came up.

Todd and Brendan were by far excellent!!! I appreciate them for making this experience an amazing one. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but with their commitment everything worked out. Cheers!

Having 3 different project managers during the build because 2 left the company didn’t help. The attention to detail was lacking in one main area... painting! We had spent extra to have the doors and trim painted black... well the moldings where put down were white , so the tried to paint them once installed... black paint on the carpet, tile and grout... still not resolved. The overall house turned out beautiful. The quality of the other finishes are awesome. I also don’t understand why carpet is installed before the house is painted. The paint job is truly the only thing I’m very disappointed in.... you can’t make the house your home, putting up art and pictures until the painting issues are corrected. ... More

Quality design, materials, and workmanship. Any corrections needed were promptly addressed.

Process was made very easy, although the selections at the Design Center are very limited and very expensive.

We absolutely love the Del Webb Bexley community. Overall, the build experience was great, Pulte mortgage process was terrible and the after close warranty process has been mediocre.

Quality home, caring people, great community.

We had a great experience with Pulte Homes. They have the process down and are so helpful in designing your new home. They are e trembly responsive and attentive to detail.

Energy efficient homes are very nice. You’ll fall in love with the quietness of the home.

Jerry was great. He kept us informed through the whole process. He did a great job!

From the sales office to the building experience it was great.

Julie was a great saleswomen. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and made the whole buying process very easy.
