Our build manager (Todd) was excellent! Keep us in the loop at all times and followed up on my wife’s concerns immediately. The build actually was complete sooner than anticipated which added additional value to our positive experience! Thanks Pulte!

We love this home. It’s quaint and in a lovely community.

Nothing was ever cleaned up in or around the sight during the entire build.

The build process to closing wait was way longer than expected. We were given completion timeline from August to September and our move in was 11/16. When moving here from another state this delay lead to many challenges and very stressful year.

The Sales staff and Field Manager we had were wonderful. The quality of materials are top notch. The craftsmanship and attention to detail could have been better although I rated above average. For the few issues I experienced, the response time lacked effort. Overall, very pleased. Highly recommend.

We liked our builder very much. He called weekly and was very responsive. We have been in the house only eight weeks and have 2 issues at this time. I have been told that I could call an electrician and pay for a change. The other issue I have not addressed yet.

Your sales and home building staff were great to worth with - very personable and enthusiastic about their work and helping their customers.

The staff they have in the mortgage lending department are personable and efficient. They always welcomed a phone call. After we moved in, trying to get repairs is not a quick response from the technicians. Pulte answers emails very quickly.

They had things done when they said they would. We got weekly updates of the progress of our home which was great. They explained step by step what was going on. Most issues which needed correcting were done prior to closing. Good job !!

Had to dig up foundation to determine why water flow not good from bathroom...foreman ws on top of it and explained everything in detail

Everyone from the sales consultant to the field manager were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

Our sales professional, Bruce Muhlberg, was a superb representative of Pulte and his patience and knowledge of the Pulte homes was invaluable as we considered our home options at Hill Country Retreat. Kenny Jiral and James Donahoo were outstanding in providing follow-up to the few minor issues we experienced. Overall, Pulte was a pleasure to work with!

The process was very stress free

We have been in our home for about a month and like it very much. Had a few issues but they are being taken care of. The area is great and we are looking forward to getting out more once Covid is less of a problem.

The home purchase, construction, and closing process is all well planned and proven. The community is highly desirable, which does result in high market prices. We are pleased with our new home and would recommend Del Webb.

There are many options and the prices are very tranparent

From the sales staff at Del Webb to the Pulte Home underwriters were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my home from the start. I was regularly updated with photo's and phone calls.

How they take pride in the construction of the home and show how the house is built and with what material. If a problem is noticed it is fixed quickly.

We are enjoying our new home and our development.

Bobbie was our agent and she kept in constant contact with us throughout the process.

Having looked at many communities across Florida, we chose to buy into the Del Webb community in Lakewood Ranch for a few reasons. The community itself offered an incredible array of activities and amenities among the best we had seen, secondly, the plan designs appealed very much to what we were looking for in our dream home, thirdly, the build quality of the homes themselves is top notch, with redundant features designed to keep the home safe and secure. Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding communities also appealed very much to us for its vibrancy, activities and quality of life we experienced when we visited. Great quality and attention to detail. Our spec house had many upgrades, the most stunning of which is the kitchen. There have been minor issues to be corrected, which have taken more time and effort than we would have liked. But overall, it is a beautiful community, a beautiful home, and the home-buying process was easy.

In my opinion, the materials used to build our unit are considerably below my expectation based on the price paid, especially since we upgraded almost everything. I realized that we are not buying just a residence, but rather a way of life, but coming from our old to this new home, the floors, cabinets, etc. are a bit disappointing.

Purchase process was helpful and satisfactory Build took 30-45 days longer than estimated. Have been in the house almost 60 days and punch list has not been addressed.
