Love our home. Everyone involved has been great however the person responsible for design and fixtures obviously had no interest in the fact that seniors live here. The oven has small grey instructions to see and it’s not simple. The microwave opens down many of us are shorter than we used to be so if there are any spills we can’t reach them. The dishwasher has a cabinet between the sink and dishwasher so the rinsed dishes either drip on the counter or on the floor, no consideration there also the majority of consumers are right handed and it’s on the left. These are not major issues but they do make a difference . Again we love our home and the construction team and hope these suggestions and hope Pulte appreciates our input. ... More

I am very pleased with my purchase. This is my second purchase of a new home with Pulte and owned other pre-owned homes from this builder. The only issue I find is Pulte does not provide the same quality of customer service as they did in the past. They do not provide a CSR person to help you with your new home issues other than going to your field manager who tries to accomadate your request for service. There is an 800 number for customer care but they redirect you back to the field manager.

The builder was great but I found that the companies they recommended for insurance, blinds and mortgage took took long to respond, were too expensive or too busy to take my calls.

This was a positive experience and I am very happy with my new house.

Everyone I've met and spoken with are very happy that they chose to buy here.

Their were many obstacles to face due to COVID. Windows were delayed, appliances on back order, However, after a three month delay the project managers, did all they could to find a solution. During that time they continued their best to move what construction they could move forward and worked diligently once the other windows had to be chosen to complete the house as expeditiously as they could. It was a good experience to work with dedicated project managers and so appreciated.

The entire process is described from day one. There are stages and time-lines that have to be met and are. Standards are high! David, my builder, made me feel like I was his one and only customer. I've built 3 other homes in my life and this, by far, has been my best experience. They truly care

Structurally solid construction. Floor plans that are well laid out. Immediately felt “at home” in my new house.

Our only concern is the responsiveness to post-closing issues.

Del Webb has great processes and follow through to deliver a quality home.

My sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me get the home and lot that I really wanted. The build experience was good and I was updated every week on the status of my home. My only complaint is the paint that was used on the inside walls feels like primer and I was not given any for touch ups!

Both Dean and Ralph were great. They both made the transition into my new home great.

We have built three homes in our lives. This one was the best! Quality, trustworthy love our home.

Working with the sales and team building the house was seamless. They were courteous of our time and kept us informed of all updates and timelines as they occurred. Closed on the timeline despite weather and Covid issues. However, there is some disappointment in some of the final finishes. As the community has grown some of the finishes that were in the model that were either standard or options are no longer available like a painted garage or wainscoting.
