This was the first home we have built and the experience was absolutely perfect. They guided us through all the processes and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The quality of our new home is excellent and we love it! Would definitely build with them again.

Our Build Manager (Dana) has been exceptional. He has taken care of every request whenever issues occurred. He responds when needed and has always acted professionally and courteous. Our number one issue is with the home is our flooring. Our tile floor was installed improperly and poorly. We obtained our keys on February 3, 2023 and to this day our tile floor has not been corrected. The few tiles that were replaced caused issues to a number of adjoining tiles (caused them to become loose). After meeting with a tile installer, we have determined there are approximately 75 tiles that are either loose or have hollow spots. Just a very very poor installation job. A lot of work will have to be done in order to get the flooring corrected. Our flooring issue relates to the 3 star rating for Quality & Value. ... More

Great Home except 30-Day warranty issues need to be addressed in a timely manner. Too long to verify and eventually execute fixes. I realize lots of homes being done now and Labor shortages contribute to this but Co. needs to increase Labor Force to take care of these issues. You pay half a million dollars for a home you should expect discrepancies to be fixed in a timely manner.

Jill (sales) guided us through the process and stayed in touch. She was always willing to get us answers even if it didn’t pertain to her job. Absolutely awesome! Susan (design center) knows her job extremely well. Very professional yet a lot of fun to work with! I can’t say enough about the entire team. They are the best in every way!

After meeting with construction manager, the only time we heard from him is when we brought up a concern. His replies were curt.

I really liked the houses I saw here. They were comparable or better than other communities I looked at, and so I took the plunge. The area's amenities, shopping, entertainment, etc were already established and in place so while my street is a construction zone, the area is not. Because we are at the end of the build out, I had no choices in finishes, flooring, colors, cabinets, etc. So it was like when I bought my first home which was a resale. It took longer than expected to complete, but everyone was responsive to my concerns and still is as we work together to adjust the few things that were not done perfectly or need adjusting (the closet doors that came in late, needed painting and hanging for example). This is a beautiful new community. The builder did a great job on our home. We had lots of options to choose from to make it our own. The job was done in a timely manner & we are now settled in and ready to meet new friends and enjoy this special community

We had a wonderful experience with our sales person, Mike. He was very honest, supportive, and provided considerable information throughout to us. Following this, we were equally lucky to have an outstanding construction manager, ANDREW. He was an excellent communicator, he provided us with periodic photographs, as did our sales person. He explained each aspect of the construction. throughout the construction. He was with us for the entire day we moved in to make sure everything worked well. Unfortunately, the one area that has been lacking thus far is follow up and attendance to a number of minor items. Oven door – lower door – was not installed correctly, and we have not use the oven as a consequence since we moved in almost 45 days ago. The cleaners, who came in on the date we moved in, did considerable marking and scuffing of our walls and boards. This has not been attended to, although it is not a priority in terms of time. I am assuming that the warranty area is understaffed based upon the amount of homes that closed in such a small period of time. Builder and subs don’t follow plans and build what they want with low quality.

When you first stop here to look at homes they are great. then it goes down hill from there. You are not allowed to make ANY changes after you design your home because you signed your contract but they constantly make changes and delete items. we were lied to about our lot and they offered a four foot extension on the garage which I wanted. I was told that was no longer offered because there was no demand for it. All of many of my neighbors have it and we all purchased and designed our homes within a month of each other. we were lied to about our lot as well everyone one our street was told the same "STORY" about the lots how someone purchased it and backed out. Bruce lies a lot! His attitude is also poor. our construction manager Jack did not provide the service as promised very poor communication. AS more people move in the same problems exist in every single home. so I am not just some disgruntled homeowner people that have lived here for years have told that they have had the same issues. Its odd that they ask for input but never make any corrective actions. they have the nerve to ask you for all five star ratings knowing they don't deserve it. why do companies ask for these surveys and when you're honest you never hear anything back from them. It's all smoke and mirrors. Stop with the excuses and treat your customers like they are valuable. without them you would have nothing. Do something you know what is going on! ... More

Poor workmanship and a person could still go broke having fun hoa doesn't even pay for fitness classes

Fixed shelving in the panty is impossible to deal with. Can not fit small appliciances for storage such as a Kitchen Aid mixer or bread maker. Kitchen draws are not deep enough many appliances. No drawers in two of the bathrooms. Linen closet door is extremely small. Laundry room door can not be opened all the way without hitting the dryer, needs a design change. No pride in workmanship on those working on the house. Flooring has spots of "glue" throughout the entire house.

If you want a punch list a mile long that never get finished then this is the house for you. If not beware! Appointments are made and NOT kept and Pulte’s customer care group DOES NOT care.

Trent kept us inform the entire way he explained the process well at closing and final inspection. The quality is great.

Took a very long time to build due to the pandemic. Our first manager terrible but our second , Steve, was outstanding. I think our house overall was ok but the trades are sloppy and need to be watched closer. Haven't got repairs done yet but they are scheduled for completion .

My salesman, Travis, was great to work with from start to closing. Manny, the construction manager, was extremely responsive. Ashley and Charlotte were wonderful to work with. I especially loved their efforts to reduce my interest rate and closing costs!

Everything was good until the end then Pulti rushed the trades to finish . The floors are filthy still after 2 months . You want to clean them now after we moved in . We were told we would be fined if we don’t close . We did and got stuck with repairs All because you want your numbers to look good for the month .If you protect your finishes you will be successful

Lisa was an excellent sales agent. From the time I first walked the models until I actually went to contract she answered all of my questions. If I called, texted or walked into the sales office she would make time for me. The project manager James kept me updated on the progress of my home being built with either a text or sending me photos. He followed through on everyone of my issues.

Be prepared to wait longer than anticipated for the construction to be completed. But the long wait pays off, once settled in a well constructed building with good materials. Only two suggestions for the design of the “Mystic”! 1) The door swinging open to the separate water closet in the master bathroom takes up all the limited space in that room, leaving no wall left for placing a simple cabinet! Instead a pocket door would help opening up the room. 2) Add 2 (3) feet depth to the MBR closet (extending towards the garage). Although we cherish the 3 car garage, I believe there is still plenty of room left to fit 3 cars in the remaining area. ... More

We purchased in March of 2022, at the height of the hysteria, and closed on 2/10/23. Had the home inspected 3 times, and found pages and pages of issues, which were addressed. The worst was yet to come with the finish work. Beaten up trim, gouges, dings, and paint speckles all over the wood floors have created a mess. Spent 14 hours scraping the paint off the floors! We didn't move in, had the crew come back for fixes, which they rely heavily on selling you the concept that you have a year to use the warranty if you're not happy. We still haven't moved in, as we are from out of town and could not supervise the work. Unless you can be on site, supervise the work, you'll wind up with a product that requires REWORK! Many folks around us are so disgusted with the quality, they are living with iit as it is....as they don't want the crews back in the house. We bought the model. It's fair they deliver the same quality. We won't give up. What an incredibly stressful thing to go through, for our dream home with a price tag of over $650K. Buy used and remodel, unless you have the time to supervise every day for a year while it's being built. If we could get our money out of it, we would sell this house and start over with an existing home. Pulte gets another shot at fixing the trim, more paint on a perfect floor, and we will be present to supervise. Exhausting!!!!! ... More

The assistants we recurved from choosing a site, selecting options and colors, communicating and fixing the insignificant issues was superb. Through the entire house buying experience all the Del Webb staff made this a painless journey.
