We had three different construction managers during the building process. This lead to very little supervision of the trades people working on our home. We felt like we were our own construction manager! Every item of discussion that came up felt like an argument and bullying to get us to accept substandard or damaged workmanship. There definitely was no feeling that we were the customer and the one paying for a home that should be built without defects! The response given was “Pulte is a production builder and mistakes will happen.” Yes,Mistakes happen but they should be fixed without repeated requests from the buyer! If Pulte put this slogan,”We are a production building and mistakes will happen”,on their website we would not have built with them and I’m sure many others would walk away! It was a battle to get the house completed to a standard that we finally felt comfortable closing on. During the last month they sent in out last construction manager Logan who at least listened to our concerns and was able to complete our home to an acceptable level. Over very good. Building manger was great, work very hard and quickly to resolve issues at close and after we were in house. Cleaners did a ok job, but not as clean as expected. Our construction manger made sure this an other issues were completed.

We looked at Del Webb homes for several months and nearly bought in the fall. When an opportunity came up around the end of the year for a special price on our home that was already completed with upgrades above and beyond our wish list we worked with John to make it happen and with a relatively flexible closing date to complete the quick sale of our existing home. Since moving in we have had small issues resolved quickly and to our great satisfaction. Nice job everyone - thanks to the whole team.

We have only been in our new home for a month, but here is our impression thus far. There was considerable turnover during the build with our construction manager, our sales rep, and our customer care person. That made the experience quite frustrating. We finally had a great construction manager at the end of the process (Tim) who made the closing come together. There are a number of punch list fixes that need to get resolved and they are scheduled. We will await those to be completed before we give a complete review. The home is beautiful. Jason the project manager made the experience seamless. Any issues are dealt with promptly until you are satisfied.

The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was that on my change order paperwork it said I would be receiving 42" upper cabinets and everyone said that it was a glitch in the system that printed that out and it was a mistake.

The buying process with Art was great. However the selection of options was very limited (supply chain issues?). Jason has been great as construction supervisor. However, he has been dealing with poor quality control by subcontractors and subsequent timing to address punch list issues. Overall we like the home and everything the neighborhood has to offer!

It seems after Pulte gets your money that they dont have any concerns about addressing your issues that arise after the sale. Emails went unanswered and nobody seems to care about the items that need addressed after the money changes hands.

My experience with Pulte has been very professional and responsive. my last two homes have been with Pulte and I have nothing but good experiences with them. they have taken care of any issues, not that I have had many, even past their warranty. They have listened and considered all my requests. I have also been impressed with Dennis, their construction manager and my salesman: John.

David was great but after living here for a while you see a lot of poor work

Issues are not easy to solve as the construction manager doesn’t transmit issues not solved to customer service After closing customer service is polite but not work in a timely manner But the house is great and perfect for our needs

This house is not quality built, there is so many things wrong it’s not even funny. Inside and out needs things fixed, things are very poorly done.

Overall the house looks good. Squareness of walls and trim needs considerable work to make it acceptable

The location and view are fabulous. This home has ticked off everything we wanted. The style and size are exactly what we were looking for in a home. And the amenities exceed our wish list.

We are extremely delighted with the overall experience with Pulte and the Del Webb Sunbridge team! Kialey our sales consultant, Darren our build manager and everyone else on the team made the hole process a pleasure, which is much much better than our past experience with Shoma 25 years ago!

We did not receive our house in clean condition. All other issues have been resolved or in the process of being taken care of.

They are not hard sell people. They listen to you and answerer all questions. From the Selling Agent to the Property manager.

Our experience was not as pleasant as we wished. Our first construction manger was not very responsive to our concerns. How ever Nate was our construction manger at the end was great and helped us out. Our sales person was very short to us about our concerns and and basically dropped us at end. Pulte Del Webb needs to have more quality checks for what people are speny

The sales did not understand are needs. 3 things I did want not to be on a hill which you could not tell when bought. No room for pool was not told. Woods on otherwise of golf course were going to be tore down for homes.

I had nothing but good experiences with the staff of all branches my house is beautiful love the community. The CLubhouse is awesome and inviting staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Siglinde

Horrible & difficult experience with Pulte. Our third new build with them & a completely different experience this time.

Lived here for 3 months now and still getting repairs made. One big issue of the wall vibrating when the door to the garage is closed, will never be fixed. The house is the price you pay to live in Sun City, and I love the life style here. So I pay the price.

Built quickly without attention to detail.

So far our experience has been positive. All issues that required a quick response have been handled in a timely and professional manner. A number of minor issues have been identified and will be communicated at our post-closing inspection. Our final comments will depend on how those are resolved.

The most important items that are visible for fit and finish leave a lot to be desired. Painters don't properly tape around hardware. Many things aren't square and is obviously visible. Warranty calls are in a backlog for obvious reasons.
