Sales person was professional, knowledgeable and responsive, and has great interpersonal skill skills.

The quality of my home is great! Just a few issues....Mainly it seems like Pulte’s attention to details is a little low. They build the homes with quality but seem to be on a production schedule. I was told it takes about 100 days to build my home way too fast..... how about adding 5-7 more days to the schedule?? This will give the workers time towards end to really look at the quality of craftsmanship..... fix the common issues that we all find.

Got exactly what we wanted and expected from Del Webb. Great floor plan and we're amazed at the usefulness of space in a home just under 1500 sq. ft. The sales and construction staff were super. Only disappointed with 1) the amount spent on options, and 2) the lack of options with light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, paint colors and limited tile choices.

The local team from sales and building group have been very good to work with. Jeff and Mike are the two I work with most and have been nothing but professional. We have been in the house about 6 weeks now and been very busy making the house our home but have seen nothing to concern me about the quality of the home. If there is any area that I wish were different albeit I don't think exist is around the home being built next door. The mess along the side of my home (which is the only side I have a gate) is a muddy trashy mess. I am sure they will fix it but just the amount of debit coming in the yard along with the mud is frustrating. Maybe there is something better could be done than the orange stuff like a plywood wall? I know it won't last forever but Just a thought. ... More

As a single woman preparing for retirement in AZ...3 things were important to me: New Community, Safe and Quality. Del Webb Dove Mountain exceed my expectations. The purchasing experience was easy, my building foreman was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and explained thing so I could understand. It was a wonderful experience and after the SIP I hope to enjoy the community in Marana, AZ.

My superintendent Randy was great. Always patient and understanding and promptly reactive. Some items way overpriced (esp. at design center where there is a great deal of pressure. Hardware like kitchen sink, towel holders, toilet paper holder look nice but very poor quality. Stella, our sales representative was very honest and helpful.

The Del Web community in Ponte Vedra along with local events and activities in nearby Nocatee offers best of lifestyle accommodations for retirees. We moved to the area from New York in early January and purchased a new spacious Carriage home. Thanks to the professional staff at Del Web we were to get the upgrades we wanted along with the financing. We were able close and move into our new home in 30 days!

The sales personnel are excellent not only with knowledge of the building process, but were very accommodating with their variations of home details referencing materials not available any longer, etc. Your project manager Justin was extremely helpful through the entire building process.

Del Webb community is wonderful with many amenities

Our sales rep Chuck did a fabulous job working with us. When our home in Florida sold quickly, he helped us switch to a move-in ready home of the same model as the one we had contracted to build, making for a much smoother transition. Using Pulte Mortgage was a great experience as well. Overall, the house is well-built. Once our punch list items are completed, we can honestly say that Pulte and Del Webb do a fine job in delivering a quality house in a community that offers a tremendous lifestyle.

It's hard to give a meaningful rating of a new home. We've had some problems with our Lennox heat and A/C system, which they are working to resolve. Also had some serious scratching of the sink in our second bath which needed to be resolved. Beyond that, no major issues. In general, we are very pleased with the quality of the build. Hopefully we'll still feel the same after a few more years.

From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted, you are guided through the process of your new home build. There is check-in and everything is on schedule. Have been pleased with the quality of our home and the Del Webb team at Southern Springs.

Quality bones. Interior paint was poor but good response to our concerns.

Our sales consultant Elizabeth was absolutely amazing! She, in our opinion was the best thing in the whole home buying experience! Danny, our project manager has been a great help as well. It is clear that Pulte has some outstanding people on their team. The quality of the workmanship in the construction of our home has been quite impressive! Overall this home purchase has been an enjoyable time and we are very happy in choosing Del Webb Orlando.

Our buying experience was seamless and enjoyable. Everyone involved, Antoinette, David and Jason have been informative, helpful, responsive and really seem to care about us and our purchase experience. We bought in the community for the lifestyle it offers and the quality of the home is satisfactory for the price we paid.

For the middle class income its a bit pricey, the area n neighborhood is excellent. Tips: have lots of cash on hand for things that arent included in homes, like steps in attics, labor etc.

Purchasing a home in Arizona and Dove Mountain, in particular, was actually a spur of the moment decision. We fell in love with our home and the locale and have not regretted moving there as "snowbirds" and already considering being full time residents.

Many of the kitchen cupboards hit each other, get better hinges. The quality of carpet in guest bedroom is very good for standard. If you have instant water gas, you will need pump for it to work instantly; otherwise, it takes more time and water for it to work than a tank. Love our home, the flow of it is perfect for us.

Good Community, Good Residents, Good Staff, Good Home.

I think certain products and options should come standard with the home and NOT an upgrade to everything in the home. Make sure to ask lots of questions of what is an upgrade and what comes standard...
