New homes always seem to need some degree of "tweaking" after one moves in, and Pulte has been responsive to our requests, with only one exception, which we hope will be addressed soon.

Good response to issues

This is my first experience building a new house. Communication with builder during the process was good. I would receive weekly updates. My sales consultant was extremely helpful every step along the way. After closing, there is a system in place to report repair issues. A personal consultant is assigned. Mine is very polite and returns my calls in a timely manner. However, there needs to be a better follow up procedure to be sure the work actually gets done. Otherwise, the homeowner shoulders this responsibility by having to make repeat phone calls. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 to acknowledge that there is a lot of building going on that may cause the staff to be overwhelmed and this is my first experience and I have nothing to compare it to. ... Home was completed on time, quality construction, very few items on our punch list and the ones we had were resolved quickly. Very pleased with our builder and Del Webb overall!

Love the layout of my home. Large selection of options made it easy to personalize to my taste. Perfect size. Great neighbors and loads of activities at Lodge.

Del Webb Lakewood Ranch is a beautiful community. Landscaping, houses, and layout of the community are all topnotch.

The entire Pulte experience was seamless.

Overall nice home but the craftsmanship was terrible many do overs.....multiple times on same items.....still not remedy on paint and drywall issues.....we do understand we have time to get remedy but tile concerns electrical concerns plumbing issues....would not recommend this builder though supervisors and sales people were great, selection of upgrades and explanations were not a good experience due to lack of explanations

The job supervisor was excellent. Always answered and fixed any concerns we had.

SCP has more than met any expectations I had during the entire home purchase process. I enjoyed working with the sales staff and the Pulte Mortgage team. I continue to enjoy the decision to move on a daily basis.

We are very pleased with our new home. There were very few items to list on our 30-day checklist for them to come back to remedy. They were very responsive during our move-in period. We would highly recommend Del Webb!

Union Park. Only downside is the landscaping. Done very cheaply. Needs improvement. My field manager Aaron in excellent. Worst part of my whole experience is Plute Mortgage.

The sales staff was very helpful in helping us pick out the various fixtures, cabinets etc for our new home. We lived in New York and the construction foreman kept us informed on a weekly basis as to the progress being made, we closed on time.

The workmanship is excellent

As soon as we came into the Del Webb community sales office we were sure this was the place for us. We have not been disappointed with our decision. Great 55+ community with plenty of events to meet people, fantastic facilities, and membership use of the Grande Dunes Ocean Club facilities. Wonderful walk and bike paths, exercise room, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis & pickleball courts. Pulte/Del Webb has been very responsive to the few minor items that needed addressing.

All employees were extremely helpful, courtesy and responsive to all our questions throughout the whole process

WE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES BEFORE CLOSING AND OUR PROJECT MANAGER DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO BE SURE THAT THINGS WERE ADDRESSED BEFORE CLOSING. HE MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE.

We are still waiting for Pulte to respond to our request to fix a couple of issues.

The interaction with Del Webb (Pulte) representatives has been outstanding. I was very surprised to see the lack of the same level of professionalism with the landscaper, however. Three of the plants they provided were already dead when planted, and they would not replace them even though I was in the 30 day period for identifying issues. They seem to be out of sync with the quality of Del Webb.

Build and construction quality excellent. Any repairs were immediately addressed. Nick our construction manager was awesome and very responsive. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction!

Workmanship suffers due to limited time subcontractors have to complete the job.

As we prepared to relocate to Lakewood Ranch and Del Webb, we had the assistance of our great sales consultant, Jen D. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive to our questions and plans, and made the buying process so easy once we were ready to move forward. She had incentives ready in a timely fashion that helped streamline our decision-making process. Once into the build, our project manager, David B. was an extension of the responsiveness that Jen had already laid down. David was a real pleasure to work with, and always had an answer for us when we emailed him anything; it probably helped that we were local while our house was being built, but that didn't affect his communication. When all was said and done, everything came together smoothly, and what we inspected at our Celebration, and the minor fixes that David committed to complete in the week running up to closing and move-in, was excellent. Design of the home is outstanding and they back up their work with great pride

Wes was our contact person on construction. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the construction process and keeping us up to date. Sorry he not available for other future home buyers he has moved on to other Pulte projects.
