The quality of people that we have had the pleasure to work with during the selection and purchase of our new home has really been great. Tim, Tessa and Ashlee have all been knowledgeable professionals, very courteous and patient. When we would ask them to do something for us or have a question, they were always prompt and courteous in their response. Great people doing a great job!

Very happy with help from our sales representative and the field construction supervisor. We had prompt follow up to questions and concerns and resolution to our satisfaction. Natalie and Matt were a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood is great, will be better when all construction is complete, neighbors are friendly and helpful.

We live out of state and were unable to have on-site viewing as our home was being built. Our Field Supervisor was great about sending us pictures, and calling to talk with us about the progress of the construction. When we came for the final walk-through and signing, we were so happy to see we had a lovely, well-built home. We still are not moved in yet, but have had an opportunity to spend some time in our new home. Everything works as it should, and the few issues that we had were addressed right away and resolved satisfactorily. We have met neighbors, used the pool, gym, etc., and are eager to move into our new community (hopefully within the next few months). We are confident that we will love it! ... More

Our project manager was on top of the building process from start to finish. Our pre drywall tour was informative and amazing as every aspect of the house was displayed and discussed. Our final walk through with him was detailed and a couple of minor flaws were corrected within a couple of hours.

Great place, people are friendly and welcoming. Common areas/grounds are beautifully maintained. So many activities to keep you involved and social. Love the community.

We have a great home.

Our overall experience has been very good. From the purchase with Linda in the sales office to Nick as the project manager, they have answered all questions and followed through with items we requested. Absolutely no complaints. We are just now at our one month home inspection & touchups have been scheduled.

Happy with most everything except can't seem to get shutters on outside of home after many requests, and refrigerator won't produce ice cubes in ice maker.

Supervisor who built home Excelent. Sales person great & knowledgeable . Disappointed couldn’t make changes after signing or pay for other options. Too much like track homes. Most retirees would like to have some special features & options for their last home.

Good communication throughout the process from our sales representative and our field manager. When an issue arose, it was handled fairly and in a timely manner.

Timelines are usually met. Quality of subcontractors may vary. Problems are usually solved. Lot sizes may be narrow.

Love our new home and community.

I'm loving my home but Del Webb has located the patio of the new home being constructed next to mine 8 feet from my patio. The back door of the home next door looks directly into my home and my door looks directly into the home next door. I'm not happy about either of these situations. Care should have been taken to avoid this. Del Webb needs to provide privacy for both our homes in the form of a privacy wall between them. I'm hoping they will offer and I don't have to fuss about it. A screened in porch with either latice work or some type of privacy between the two homes. I want to be able to recommend Del Webb as solving problems created in the building process. ... More

Very pleased with my new home. Any issue had been addressed and completed

We had talented, professional folks helping us through the entire build process from sales to design to build to closing. Fantastic support that really made the difference. The home turned out better than we imagined.

The sales, design and construction management staff were friendly, knowledgable and professional. They helped guide us through the process, answered our questions and quickly responded and addressed any issues that came up along the way. The homes are built well and the products that they use are high quality. We were very satisfied with our Del Webb Mirehaven experience and would recommend them to others.

No doubt we will never regret our move to Del Webb. The Pulte team provided complete contact information for all services in their impressive Homeowner's Guide. Furthermore, many key people anticipated our questions and concerns , even those we had not considered. They visited us early on to ensure everything was going smoothly.. The Riverwood community has welcomed us with open arms and many fun invitations. We are excited about years of cycling with wide, safe paths, playing ping pong with new friends, pickle ball, golf, and much, much more. Maybe we discovered Camelot or closest thing to it. It was actually hard to chose which model we wanted to build on our lot. great designs and features and very good customer service & communication from our construction supervisor, Jason, and our salesman, Steve, during the whole building and turnover process. Beautiful community and can't wait to use the club house as soon as it's completed.

Everyone is very helpful. If I did it again the only thing I would do different is pick out all my own kitchen appliances not just the refrigerator.

My salesperson and building supervisor were great. They worked hand and glove to deliver the product on time and without issues. I realize that we probably paid more per square foot but did so for the amenities. They could have done better with landscaping as there are no warranties on the shrubs. However, I am in the house a month and am very satisfied

Sales people very helpful

I moved from out of state and everyone was so helpful and kind. The home is everything I hoped for and more. The community is fabulous!
