The sales experience was great. Construction people were responsive to questions and issues during the process. And, any construction people we have dealt with have been helpful and nice. The quality of work and items that were acceptable for closing were not great. Poor workmanship on items why no one would think we’d notice. I have to ask….is the goal to turn over a quality home, or turn over a home auickly with major obvious items to be corrected with Warranty work. As I said, there is no issue with the people or the responsiveness. It just seems like if things were done correctly and with pride first, there would be no need for the post closing fixes. Seems like that would make customers happier and keep your recall costs down…..just saying. We are previous Pulte Del Webb buyers from Reno and had hoped the completed home experience would have been better…but, not. If you are really interested, I would be happy to discuss details with you for future improvements. We plan on totally enjoying our home and new location once all the issues are fixed. Thank you. ... I looked about a year and there were so many communities to choose from in this area but, in the end I thought Del Webb Pulte would be the best option. I really was disappointed in the overall quality of the materials used to build and the workmanship building the home. I am looking forward to making friends and enjoying the community so hopefully things will work out.

Although there were some minor construction issues we had a great experience with Pulte. Customer service is wonderful. Would and have recommended Pulte homes to others.

I love my house! The floor plan is great. The design process was rushed and I was disappointed in the quality of the finishes supplied with a $500,000+ home. There have been issues that have been resolved and done issues still rock on 6 weeks post closing. Don't get me wrong, the neighborhood is great. I just think the houses are overpriced even in this market.

I was initially enthusiastic about building a new home, but as months dragged on with no progress it was obvious that my home had “fallen through the cracks.” Eventually the building supervisor was replaced and it got back on track. There were numerous little things still undone, but I was encouraged to close, assured that these would be taken care of asap. It,s been more than 2 months and I’m still waiting. Now I’m told these construction issues will be treated as warranty problems and not addressed for 10 months! It’s really taken the joy out of a beautiful new home.

Have been in our new home two months and still have not been able to get a list of things fixed when some should have been known and corrected before settlement. Still waiting for dates to correct the issues after e mailing three times

Our salesperson Sarah was great. She has been very helpful. Wish I could say that about the construction process. We signed contract Feb. 1 and closed Dec. 16. The house was not ready to close. Lots of issues and the paint and texture job was terrible. Still trying to get everything taken care of two months later. Jesse in Warranty has been very helpful but lots to do.

Love our new home. The entire process was great. Would highly recommend Del Webb to any of our friends. Couldn’t be happier

Love the community, amenities are very nice the people within the community are awesome! People are friendly & very helpful. The quality of the houses are not so great! They put up so many at one time that they are sacrificing the quality as they build each house and cut corners. Very expensive for the quality.

The realtor that sold us our home was misleading. We were led to believe our edging and lawn mowing were included in the HOA fee and after we got there found out they were not. In talking to our neighbors, many of them said they were also misled about this issue.

Our building manager was awesome! Our experience from start to finish was great! Any issues that we had after we moved in, were dealt with quickly.

Overall the experience was positive. No major issues and quality of construction is very good. Value is very hard to assess in an inflationary period but seems in line.

So far we had only a few issues. They have been either resolved or scheduled to be resolved. Overall the quality of houses build these days has declined no matter who the builder is. If you have a good field manager that does at least some quality control you are in luck (our field manager was great to work with). Towards the end it was obvious that things got rushed. We caught a few mistakes that were made and they got corrected immediately. Unfortunately, our house was finished well before the houses around us. We live now in a construction zone which is not always fun. The worst part is the trash flying around everywhere. Everyone is putting food related trash in the containers and the birds come and take it out and now you have it flying all over the place. The worst is the dust. It is everywhere, and keeping the house clean is nearly impossible. This could have been scheduled a bit differently. Of course, this has no effect on the overall quality of the house. I know a lot of folks in our neighborhood have a lot of issues and hearing about it can be discouraging. We stay positive and work with the Warranty department if we have an issue. The Warranty department has been great to work with. We know they have a lot of work with so many houses that were finished lately and try to do their best. ... More

Transparency, Transparency, Transparency. DelWebb included us in every stage of the construction and wanted us to see the workmanship and materials used. They explained the hows, the whys and our construction manager David answered every question without hesitation or delay. I referred two family members to DelWebb and they purchased as well. Our salesman Bill is a tremendous asset to the company. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

We had an awesome construction/project supervisor. Our issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The construction went as planned. We are very happy with our new home.

Pulte seems to care about the quality and seems to be very honest and truthful. We had a great salesperson and construction managers. They did do what they said they would do. Only negative I’ve run in to was getting things done after closing thru their warranty department - they are most likely short-handed and overworked. If I had to do it again, I would not close until every single issue (punch list item) is done satisfactorily - no one has any motivation to work on a house that has already closed and warranty department is slow.

Worst workmanship ever! Best advice is not to buy a Pulte home!

Tim, the construction manager, did my walk through and he was very thorough and informative. There is obvious pride in the workmanship. The minor things I noted were taken care of immediately. The Customer Care team, Joe and Gary, are very responsive. It’s reassuring to have a contact responsible for the non-emergency items that inevitably come up.

It’s sad , customer service is horrible, they all lie , from Dec 22 to now Feb7 all unfinished areas have not been done , from the president of construction down , no response ! The house was left dirty Was promise to clean it. Never got done ! The HOA is a joke, too wait two Months of approvals, no personal service , plus the streets are in uneven! No body takes responsibility! From the president, you cannot get in touch with ! Never I will ever anytime move into a community of Del Webb ! Sorry it’s your sins !!
