Excellent, responsive and very quick customer service. I was pleased all through the entire home build!!

The quality of the homes is excellent. However, base prices advertised are a long way from end price. Upgrades are costly.

Wonderful company to buy from --- great sales, service and design!

The pre-sales, mortgage and closing process was mostly seamless, but now that I am moved in, it is quite difficult to get needed repairs prioritized and scheduled. I would like to see better leadership/follow-up from the Pulte team instead of leaving me to deal with contractors directly.

Quality build, impressed so far with their customer service as well. Issues immediately addressed.

The home is extremely well built, insulated and great insulating windows and patio doors.

We are happy with our Del Webb home and with the community My only two comments would be that they don't allow enough options for people willing to pay for them, and it would save them money to do so. They also wouldn't allow us to do some things until after closing that they later allowed people n our same village to do before closing, saving them a lot of hassle - and we are still trying to get it taken care of!

Realize that some of the responses have been slow due to Covid-19

This is the second Del Webb community that we have lived in and feel we will enjoy this one as much as the first.

Build quality is very good and support from the builder has been good as well.

Sales team was wonderful. Respond to all questions and concerns immediately, and a pleasure to work with. Some issues at closing with getting all work completed. Still waiting to get a few issues resolved

Overall a very positive experience purchasing our new house in Dell Webb.

Brand new house while I thought there would be nothing to fix afterwards Pulte/Del Webb set our expectations well. The little things that needed to get fixed were all fixed promptly and expeditiously with attention to the COVID rules and keeping us and the folks doing the work safe. Profesional to a "T"

Our 1st DelWebb home be built and our experience was awesome! Our Field Manager was the best! Our 2nd DelWebb home was an inventory house, we knew nothing could be changed and we were satisfied with 95% of the choices which had been made by the sales team. When considering an inventory home, pay special attention to all the outlets and plugs, some folks are not tech saavy. Always pay the extra for irrigation, well worth it! Be sure the sod is watered from the start or there will be many weeds to contend with. The 4 ft extension on the garage is also well worth the price! The pull out drawers in kitchen are well worth the price! Also under cabinet lighting is very helpful. We returned to DelWebb to be with folks our age and the amenities in place! The folks we worked with from sales, design center and field managers were excellent. The only issue is with the landscaping. The sod is laid down poorly,..it’s not rolled, so the yard is uneven and lumpy. Also, the intersection at our street corner by our house Is not sodded at all, and has tall wild weeds growing. I can’t understand why, with all the Del Webb employees in the neighborhood, that this has not been taken care of.

The only issue we have currently is our laminate floors. Nevertheless, when we notified the warranty dept, they responded immediately for an appointment this week to discuss. Value is excellent especially given the size of the comes and fewer more "Up-grades" to hike the price. So many things are included in the basic price you have money left to "splurge" on a few of them! All of the people we have worked with since last September have my excellent rating for their trustworthiness from our salesperson to our field manager. Responsiveness to issues is a problem right now due to Covid-19 and workers are not allowed in your homes except for emergencies. We do have a few small ones which were on our "punch list" but didn't have time to get it taken care of before the shutdown. During the building process however, they were immediately responsive to any issues, questions or difficulties we had with any of the building issues. ... More

Good sales and build experience. Choice of options is limited and really adds to the price considerably--a bit of a surprise! Quality of some details--paint, wood trim--not up to the quality of the overall house. Overall great home!!

We built this home while we lived out of state. We had challenges with the first building manager keeping in touch and felt frustrated and uninformed but Del Webb reassigned us and the experience completely changed. The second manager assigned was great, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. He took over right at the point our framing was completed, he spoke with us weekly, providing pictures and details on the next steps. We love the area, the floor plan and efficiency of our home. The sales team was helpful in offering alternatives in lot selections as well house upgrades. They were not afraid to provide insight on any questions we may have had. We had our house inspected prior to closing and nothing mechanical or structural was found. Cosmetically there were thing that we identified and are expecting to talk to the supervisor that takes care of after sale issues next week.

We moved to one of the Del Webb homes because we wanted to downsize. We sold our old home and with only about 30 days until we had to move out, we thought we would have to rent interim housing until we could close escrow on our Del Webb home. Betty in the Alma sales office assured me that we could close escrow in time to move straight to our new home. She was awesome along with all the other Del Webb people in the finance and escrow divisions. The escrow was seamless and quick. Betty and Gary, the construction superintendent, worked with me every step of the way to coordinate hookup of our utilities and delivery of our appliances. It was so helpful since I was trying to move out of my old home. We have been in our new home a little over a month and Betty and Gary continue to be available for any questions. We love the new house and the neighborhood. It's such a happy, beautiful place to live! ... More
