Sales support was excellent construction manager has great customer, focus and follow through on all items

The sales-rep (Alex), Construction Manager(Ryan) and warrantee manager(Jason) have all been exceptional. All get top marks. It's odd that Del Webb keeps saying "Congratulations" when they should be saying "Thank you". The purchase process is almost deliberately confusing and is not client-focused. I asked the online team one question and the response was non-sensical so I did not communicate with them again.

The process was very well organized. Sometimes I felt under pressure to do things and make decisions more quickly than I would have liked. I hope we made the right decisions. Selection of options / extras / style / colors was an especially stressful process. On the other hand I understand that Del Webb had to nail down the specs to build.

Overall, very nice experience. I would recommend a friend.

Our Sales person was absolutely wonderful. She keep us updated on the entire process of the the home being built. Every 2 weeks we received a status update on the home from ground breaking to the week before closing. As always, there were a few issues upon closing but the crew was very professional and great to work with in getting the issues resolved. Overall, we are very happy with the build of the home.

Overall experience was good. Make sure you are fully committed to your choices because changes can be frustrating and expensive.

Every aspect of dealing with Del Webb from lot choice to move in was terrific. The only detractors from an otherwise perfect experience were dealing with Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Insurance. I love my home.

There was only one real issue that was always present and that was the 15 month wait to build the home. We signed the contract in May of 2022 and were assured that the home would be built by April, 2023. We didn't move in until Sept 22, 2023. The problem was that we had to move to 2 different rental locations due to this delay. We would see our lot set idle for 2-3 months before any workers arrived. Communication from Pulte was spotty and not informative, very frustrating. Once in the home, I believe that it was well built and we are enjoying our living experience. Overall really good experience, I did not care for the Edmonton options for power windows. Maybe I did not understand, but I assumed it was power for any blinds, but it was very proprietary. It also seemed like the doorbell camera system lacked some basic functionality. The fire alarms went off at 3am, two separate times. So the electronic components need work. The only thing I would like more from Pulte was the kitchen island was cut in two pieces and the patterns do not look natural. We noticed on the model, the the island was a single piece, and we were very disappointed with what is beautiful granite, is now something less. Finally, the two types of grass seems tacky. They grow at different rates and just adds to maintenance for homeowner. Also, the St Augustine grass had numerous dead squares when we moved in. We have yet to figure out how to restore it. We have been very happy, overall, with our New hope buying experience. From the sales personnel to the construction foreman to the handy man and to the response team when we have made a call, everyone cares to do the right thing and to make your experience a thoroughly happy one.

You'll certainly have bumps in the road as they seem to be unavoidable but the Del Webb team is certainly committed to doing their best to make things right. From purchase agreement to closing was just about 1 years time but now that we're in the home we're very happy!

We have had a good buying relationship with Del Webb/ Pulte from communication,buying,loan process. Follow up has also been quick on any items that needed to be addressed once we moved in. The community programs are well organized . We have only been in our current home for a few weeks hoping this positive relationship continues.

We purchased in November 2022 and closed in July 2023. With a bundle of incentives and a competitive 15-year interest rate, we feel we received significant value for our dollar. Add on the fact that we are living in Del Webb Lake Las Vegas, and it is positive all the way around.

Pulte really goes the extra mile to help you with all decisions from picking your lot to the final walk through. Each person I worked with was great! If you're looking for quality, ease of purchase and wonderful people to work with, I highly recommend Pulte.

I did buy at the end of the community so I paid quite a bit more. Do I think the quality equaled the amount I paid, no. For this price I should have gotten a better quality as a standard. ie... no wire shelving, wood, better exterior elevation, lighting package. Customer service and team have been very responsive to all of my requests in a very timely manner. Very happy with them. Very Happy with Builder, Mike, Karen and crew!

Pulte advertises WHITE GLOVE homes. The amount of paint smudges should have been either found by the field rep, cleaning crew or the CSR. You would think that the amount of workers walking all around would have been a bit more observant.

House was not cleaned. I have had cleaners redo tiles and flooring all around. A lot of glue stuck to floor. I have paid to have it taken care of. I was told I could not have items installed before moving in but have discovered many new owners were allowed plus had fans/ lights installed. This put my moving in at a later date. Did not like that within 23 hours of closing that Del Webb wanted to push it out because they did not take care of their hiccup. I closed and waited for 2 weeks to get my problems taken care of. After going to the orientation at Del Webb Bexley I am sure there are items I need and am not aware of. Love my home but as with everything. You make a sale and then move on. How sad. I had a realtor. Said easy moving into new build. Haven’t heard from them either. Easy way to get 21/2%. Community is wonderful. !!! ... More

So far so good! No major issues….. They have fixed/corrected things fairly quickly! So far a good experience!

Andrew took care of major issue right before closing. He kept me updated and was very helpful.

Closing was efficient and complete

We were overall satisfied with the purchase process. However, after signing the purchase agreement, we were pressured by the builder to close substantially earlier. Then, as we got close to the new close date, the builder let us know they wouldn’t have construction completed on time. We ended up with only two days between the final walk-through and the new closing date. This didn’t allow enough time for walk-through issues to be fixed. Now that we’ve closed, the builder has been somewhat slow in addressing these issue but they are getting done.

We were very pleased with April and Misti from the sales office. They answered all our questions and couldn’t have been nicer.

Overall an ok building and buying experience. Make sure you do your research and know what homes and options are available to you as the sales people don’t know themselves or want to spend too much time with you. The initial build was great and solid. But the self inflicted damage weekly by workers was hard to believe. One tradesman finishes their work and someone else come along and damages it. The paint job was very thin on exterior and interior fit and finish is questionable. . Protective materials are removed way to soon and paint overspray is expected. Hard to believe we have to take ownership of a brand new home with so much self inflicted damage. Pulte = Hurry up Getter Done! ... More

The most important area in the home buying experience is the warranty and construction management department. No home is a perfect build and issues do occur but patience and working through problems can get the home to near perfection.

Had a great experience with my builder rep..very responsive, patient and knowledgeable. Truly helped make it a better experience. Many thanks to Ali
