Fast and efficient. Home was done earlier than we expected.

Our assigned Construction Field Manager was Exceptionally good. He was professional, informative and addressed our concerns along the entire way.

Nothing is perfect in life. This home is close. Our golf course lot is gorgeous. Helping us place our home on the lot was a crucial part of our build. The fact that we have had past experience with home construction helped us be more understanding when problems came up.

We love our new home! It has exceeded our expectations. Plus Pulte stands behind their product. It's my third Pulte home.

Very happy with my house. I had a few very minor issues that were taken care of within a week of calling them in. I want to stress that these were very minor. I'm very happy with Pulte and highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality built house.

The Sales person was very helpful. The field manager always called to tell us what phase of the building was in and when to expect what the next step will be. Will be glad when we can get the yard and landscaping in. Our suggestion is to new home buyers, is to get the taller bathroom vanities, and the comfort highth toilets.

The entire experience with our Del Webb home has been great. The representatives were always available and knowledgeable about every question we had, were never rushed, and if we had requests for changes no matter how trivial they may have seemed (e.g. light switch location) they were accommodating. They assigned one person to be our daily contact through the build process and had regular meetings with us at the house to walk us through each phase. Though we haven't had to use any warranty services as we've found no issues in our first couple of months, we have met the warranty representative who came by the house to meet us and give us all contact information should we need it. The only reasons for the 4 star vs 5 star is the home is more expensive than comparable non-Del Webb neighborhoods, but we were willing to pay to be in this community, and it has been worth it. The other 4 vs 5 is due to them still working through some of the subcontractors that aren't top of the line. A beautiful home in an outstanding neighborhood.

We are pleased that Carolina Orchards welcomes a family atmosphere.

We are enjoying becoming new members of the Del Webb Community. This is the first home we had built out of the seven previous homes owned. Workmanship is not what it has been in the past, but the staff has been Great helping find solutions to correct small defects.

I had a very good experience with the purchase of my home at Del Webb. What made it exceptional, was my project manager who oversaw the whole process from beginning to end and beyond! Thank you, Bobby for all you have done!

Our house was finished in just a few months on time. Last-minute details were addressed satisfactorily. We are pleased with the overall process

Every choice one makes is a BIG $$ upgrade. Kitchen sink’s sprayer with a plastic hose. Awful. The laundry room all in one faucet and sprayer is much better than the kitchen. The light and vent fan controls over stove are so high I can’t reach them, so they’re not used. How is one to clean the huge MBR shower without having a handheld hose? The shower head is too high. Powder room sink is so small, soap bottle falls off. Time to use wide spread faucet and handles, and get rid of the cheap all in one type. Some wire closet rods are so high, I can’t reach them. Talking about those wire closet rods. Stop making your choices so obvious. The buying experience was great, the decor choices were not. To end on a positive note, the neighbors are great! ... More

The home buying experience was positive, and our builder representative(Marvin) was very kind\good. We have been in now for a little over a month, and are surprised and disappointed with the quality and workmanship of the finishes. It appears that "speed" was more important than quality, finished, product. In addition, we have just had to call the customer care line as ALL of the toilets\drains\tubs\showers have backed-up. Not the first impression we were hoping for.

It is difficult if not impossible to get a resolution to problems. I will list three issues since moving in 1 while cleaning secondary bathroom doors the inside glass door fell off the track. Causing a chop on the lower part of the door. It was difficult vtobreplace the door in the track. After submitting pictures to dell webb Pulte they refused to do anything to the door because they claimed we broke it. 2. Sounding tray in cabinet was off the track submitted a request for repair. I was told the construction manager would come by to fix it 2 weeks later a friend fixed it. 3 before closing I noticed there was paint spattered on the driveway, front entrance and back patio. The construction manager told me he would arrange to take care of it. 4?weeks later there was still paint splattered in the same place. After several calls and visits by the stucco company and the painter each blaming the other both tried power washing to no effect. There has been no resolution after two months. ... More

Elaine in the sales office was great and Nate in the loan office was also great. As for the house being ready at close it was right down to the wire. The house looked clean on top but wasn’t that good once we started looking around.There was a lot of talk but not much getting done and things we bought up that needed attention were not finished.

AC was was a horrible design in attic. Sent from Air handler to one large box that fed the main room. Then the back of house and extra rooms were were fed off that main box. So, neither area gets proper air. They have been out 3 times. Just a bad design. And we found out installer did not put enough freon in system. Really just a bad design and bad effort all around

The quality of the people is great, very friendly and welcoming. We had the whole interior of our home repainted and some drywall repaired, we paid out of pocket for that. We still have an exterior wall that needs paint also. I do not believe the house was cleaned after construction, I am still finding drops of paint on countertops and dust that should have been cleaned prior to us moving in. But I will say overall so far we love our house I just wish there was a little more attention to detail.

Preclosing was wonderful. Postclosing issues remain yet unattended. Twice in the last month warranty issues were submitted, paperwork indicates to expect a response within 2 days, elapsed time now 5 weeks with no acknowledgement of receipt or course of action. Very shoddy. Very disappointing. I’m considering what my next actions should be: Physically appear at the office? File in Small Claims Court? Arbitration? Local news media? Maybe you guys have a suggestion?

We had some items that needed to be redone such as caulking, scratches on glass, and painting - these were taken care of. However, we bought a home with all new appliances, since day one our refrigerator has a loud humming noise. The builder sent out one person and he said they are supposed to sound like that. We made it a point to go into other homes that are for sell in Del Webb to listen to the refrigerators and none of them sound like ours. We called our Pulte representative and he came and said he will have another guy come and look at the refrigerator. The guy came and heard the humming and leveled the refrigerator and said to call him if it didn’t stop. Since then, I have sent recordings daily of the refrigerator humming and I have not heard from the refrigerator guy nor our Pulte representative. ... More

New home buying experience was excellent From sales with Bridget thru a smooth closing to a wonderful experience with Lonnie in construction. Follow up issues have been lagging a bit though. I m sure they will be attended to as reputation is stellar.
