Our experience with the sales reps, both Pamela and Bob at DWOC were great. They were very attentive and helpful throughout the build process. Also, our Project Manager Daniel was excellent. Great attitude and thoroughness with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, we aren't impressed with the after closing Customer Care Team in regard to one person who has handled the issues that arose after closing. We've reported things that needed addressing and their lack of follow through has made this part of the Pulte experience frustrating. Customer care process and rep simply below par. Not happy.

The house wasn’t ready for the walk through.

The overall experience in the build and relationship with our construction manager Christian was excellent. However the workmanship by the trades and the quality of the materials used especially the doors, cabinetry, paint and overall finishes are disappointing and in my opinion subpar.

They need better service for repairs and things that don’t work 1 day after closing

We have only been in the house under 2 months now and we are happy with our home which was a spec home. We like the lot and sitting on the patio at night enjoying the views. Other than wishing the lot was bigger and the house had more closet space we do have some minor complaints: 1) The garage floor is pitted throughout the garage which is going to require an epoxy coating to hide. 2) There are a few light switches in hard-to-reach places. 3) The trim painting must have been water down since it has very little gloss/shine to it compare to the touch-up paint that I purchased. Night and day difference between what the build painted and the paint coming out the can that I purchased. 4) The Whirlpool wall oven and microwave and installed on the same wall have different color clocks. We were told by a Dell Webb area manager that this is a Whirlpool issue and nothing they can do at this time. 5) We are concerned the AC sizing for the house and after discussion with a couple trusted AC specialist the conclusion that a 2.5ton unit paired with a 4-ton furnace/blower is undersized. We have noticed In the 100 degree heat with the typical humidly levels the unit runs non-stop during the day. Love the floor plans, place is very nice. Salesperson did give us some misinformation specifically that the water and sprinkler system are part of HOA and that the taxes would be 1900 per year. At closing we found out the irrigation system is our responsibility and the 1900 taxea is onlyy for first year the it goes up because the house was built. Would not of changed our minds but ho eaty took a hit.

Great Pulte sales team, however too many build detail issues

We are happy with our home but have some unfinished landscape work and trim work that needs to be addressed, very difficult to get anyone to make it a priority or receive a schedule that they can meet. Waited four hours last week and contractors never showed and no communication from anyone.

The agent we used Evo was super Professional and made the purchase of our new home as easy as it could be. I have bought and sold four homes to date and none have been as pleasurable as this experience has been. Moving forward, your construction management team and my care manager has not been the experience we would’ve hoped for. We love the community and the amenities. Our home is beautiful and will work through some of the missed steps.

well built and comfortable home

This is my second Pulte new construction home purchase in the last 4 years. I think the quality of the materials and build construction is very good. With this last purchase however, I am less than thrilled to the attention to details of the interior finishes and care by the trades. Had many issues with things being missed, or sloppy finish that was less than satisfying. I am still waiting for a lot of these issues to be fixed - more than a month after closing

Dawnyle was amazing and listened to us. However our warrantee team just kept giving us excuses for the poor workmanship.

Customer Care Person did not hold to his word. Never showed up when he said he would and had to be prodded with higher up management to get a response. Home is well built. But fixing minor issues after move in was a headache.

Our Salesperson and Construction Manager are fabulous people. Got prompt responses and they know their industry. We paid close to a MILLION $$$$$ for this home but the details are very weak ... I saw trades working and painting homes in the dark ... Builder i.e. PULTE should have very high Standard Procedures when delivering a home. Response time on punch list is weak ... we had very high expectations. We do love our home and would sincerely like to thank our salesperson and fabulous construction manager. You both are marvelous.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice, but my problem is the quality of materials and the Lack of knowledge and experience I feel that being a bunch of Latin workers out here someone should be speaking Spanish to them to explain to them and training them how to do things the correct way with the workers that were working on the house

Neighborhood is neat, and facilities are excellent.

The people employed by Del Webb are great and they really try their best. Unfortunately they can only do so much to make up the below acceptable workmanship of the sub-contractors. The people are unskilled and it seems like they do not care at all about the quality of their work.

The sales rep we worked with was awesome! He knew where we wanted to be and some of the ‘must’ items in the home and worked hard to get us there. The build/ construction process was a little frustrating as we had a few changes in the construction manager the 1st couple not being really responsive. The one we ended with was great but, unfortunately, we missed some opportunities to have corrections made in the build process. There are numerous spots where attention to detail was missed. For the cost, there should be better overall quality of work. The community is great and so far, the response to needs from HoA is good. ... More

After a month of having to call workers to come back and fix over 45 problems, our home is finally beginning to shape up. However, materials used are not at all up to a standard of what we paid for the home. All in all though, we are now happy with our new home. The office staff who worked to get our problems addressed and corrected were very responsive to our needs. We are very pleased with the care and concern given to our questions and problems.

The purchase process was good

Brian the construction manager was great.

The home buying process was very good. The materials and designs are great but the workmanship building the home is lacking. Contractors are lacking attention to detail and are careless in their finished product. Examples are chipped tile, poor drywall plaster. Overall we are happy with the home but we made a lot of corrections ourselves.

overall it was a good experience, the only downfall was we had many construction managers and when it was time for the final walkthrough the repairs were not done prior to closing and it was a process to get things fixed but they are addressing all of our concerns.
