Material Supply shortages and higher than usual demand caused many delays with the construction process. I'm happy with the final produce but 5 month delay in the construction timing.

The buying process was easy. However the fact that you only have two weeks to make any changes or upgrades was troublesome. The pricing of upgrades is outrageous. Why the home has tile- carpet - tile in the entry makes no sense. And asking for that small piece of carpet to be tiled was not allowed.

Good experience. We communicated via text and communication was good and timely. We like this community and the concept which Del Webb developed. Lots to do and a good place to downsize. Safe and secure!

Staff is easy to work with. Neighborhood is exactly what we were thinking it would be. Very friendly

Quality of build was great. Finish part of build could have been better and not so rushed.

Our buying experience was smooth and done remotely. Our sales agent was very responsive and helped guide us thru choosing structural options and signing the contract. The team at the design center we’re great to work with in choosing our interior options and our building manager kept us up to date throughout the construction period. There were several unforeseen delays during construction, though one in particular I feel could have been avoided. Soon after closing we discovered several items that needed to be corrected and that list grew as we found more. We are now in month 3 and only a few of the items have been addressed. We’re working with the warranty team and hopefully all issues will soon be corrected to our satisfaction. ... More

Property facility manager addressed the issues that were missed by the building crew.

Although our field manager changed mid-build, we had good communication from both managers. Construction was delayed 10 weeks waiting for impact resistant windows--not the builder's fault. Upon closing, we had a small punch list, and our customer service rep/liaison has been outstanding in scheduling subcontractors to correct those minor items. A month after close, we are still waiting for the kitchen appliances we selected during design. One will arrive next week. Other residents have experienced the same, and current supply chain issues have not helped. Overall, we are pleased with our new home and very pleased with the neighbors and greater community. ... This is our 4th home but only 2nd from ground up. There could have been more communication or better communication. We understand that times are a little different however customer service should not change. Also, a customer should not receive their home dirty.

The quality of the structure is very good but some of the finishes leave room for improvement. The field manager, Zach, was great! He always responded in a timely manner & remedied the issues. Some of the issues relate to the lack of labor availability…a sign of the times.

Every single person I worked with in the buying, design, building and closing process was extremely personable, responsive and went out of their way to make things happen. Due to unusual market situations, there were disappointing delays but in each and every case they kept me up to date and never made unrealistic promises. It was well worth the wait- I could not be more pleased with the house. We closed with a few details still to be completed but they are in the process of getting those done now- so much better to be in the house while waiting for a few minor things to be addressed. The Del Webb Nocatee community is all that I hoped it would be. I highly recommend Pulte/Del Webb. ... More

Unfortunately, due to supply chain problems, Pulte was unable to complete our home as originally scheduled. Their communication on the delays could have been better and help avoid needless extra costs on our move. Overall their response to problems after closing has been acceptable.

We were informed throughout the entire building process.

Overall experience was great. I had one hiccup in my building process, but the issue was resolved as best could be. I feel some of the tiling and caulking could have been done with better attention, and I didn’t feel I received good instruction on some of the details with the sprinkler system that caused me to have a huge water bill. Overall I’m please with my home and neighborhood.

Value for dollars spent is good.

If you asked me, what would make the process of buying and subsequently moving into my new home better? I would tell you to have patience, because you will need it. Some of the trades people need to pay a bit more attention to detail, and to make sure that their work meets the standard of what the home buyer expects. The follow up care is responsive and will address any issues. However, I feel many things could be avoided if those trades people placed a bit more care in their work. Overall, I am very happy with my home and really like the community. It’s just those issues with the quality of some of the work by some trades people that I have an issue with. Knowledgeable salesperson, great plans with lots of options made buying easy. Build process was explained well, and necessary changes were resolved as quickly as possible. Pleased with final results.

We looked at a lot of developments and I really wanted to build with Pulte and found a great location and start the building process. We had some hiccups that were quickly resolved a little later in the process and they delivered a very nice home. As far as production builders they did a great job. Our field manager that was assigned to us at the end was awesome.

Great building manager. Trim & doors leave something to be desired…..Some areas the woodwork looks poor. No touch up paint left for us at all. Wire shelving installed with plastic clips, rather than metal, consequently we had a long closet shelf fall down! very poor that we had to pick everything out just two wks after we signed. Very rigid about changes. We had 3 plumbing errors where there was a pipe in the middle of the den, a drain in master closet rather than utility room, & plumbing put in at wrong end of shower. We were told it would be fixed & yes it was.

The pandemic delayed the process, but we are delighted with our new home.

The contractor was very cooperative and thorough.
